He was also certain that Menilman would support him.

He also had the friendship of Count Galanode, the Minister of War, whose influence was definitely not to be underestimated.

He had three Sacred Order subordinates, dozens of Transcendent members, and tens of thousands of troops. The Westwind Knights were already a tremendously powerful force.

Charles believed that as long as he was not rebelling, there would probably be no major nobles in the Fars Empire who would want to clash with him to the end.

Charles was quite diligent in promoting the Beast God Transformation Technique, and this time everyone involved was of the Sacred Order. Besides him, learning this "minor spell" was almost effortless.

Antonio and his four Sacred Order knights had all transformed into Silverback Ape People. After all, these were the most populous beastmen in Red Cliff City, making it easier to explore the mysteries of their bodies.

The team left Red Cliff City and set off on foot towards the beastmen's camp.

Since they had transformed into beastmen, they couldn't use their original strength, but instead, it was Charles who continuously looked after everyone along the way since he had awakened the Bloodthirsty Fighting Spirit and had transformed into a young bear person, becoming Transcendent.

The Bloodthirsty Fighting Spirit of the beastmen was no secret. Along the way, Antonio, unwilling to remain "so weak," worked hard to cultivate for half a day and also succeeded in awakening the Bloodthirsty Fighting Spirit, becoming the second "Transcendent" in this "beastman" team.

Encouraged by Charles and Antonio, Golden Ram Herolf didn't want to be outdone. However, he was not the third Transcendent beastman in the team; a knight named Saroner under Antonio's command had beat him by over an hour.

After that, by the time the team arrived just outside the beastmen's camp, no fifth member had broken through.

Obviously, even though they were all of the Sacred Order, the differences in talent and insight were evident.

Antonio's other three Sacred Order knights, Sabastine, and Mama Karen consistently fell slightly short and couldn't grasp the Bloodthirsty Fighting Spirit in such a short time.

The human cultivation system is diverse, with sources from the Nine Great True Gods, self-contemplation by the Great Philosopher of the Human Race, from the Evil God, or various other mysterious origins. However, the Bloodthirsty Fighting Spirit of the beastmen all came from the Dragon God, and each tribe's beastmen cultivated the Bloodthirsty Fighting Spirit from the same source. Yet, different results were produced when different beastmen cultivated the Bloodthirsty Fighting Spirit. The Fighting Spirits of the Lion People and Bear People were completely different, and the Fighting Spirits of the Leopard People and Elephant People had nothing in common. Charles, curious along the way, discussed the Bloodthirsty Fighting Spirit with Antonio and gained some insights.

Once outside the beastmen's camp, Charles led everyone to temporarily hide, waiting for the Black Dragon, Tumishen, and Qiudelo's support.

He took out some dry rations, made a pot of thick soup, and served a small bowl to everyone. Once everyone had eaten, he personally cleaned up.

Charles was the only member of the team who wasn't of the Sacred Order. He didn't intentionally make use of the Golden Ram Herolf; instead, he took on many tasks himself along the way, smoothing out the impatience within him.

After tidying up, Charles wandered around the vicinity alone.

It was now his usual time for training. Charles hesitated for a moment but didn't revert to his human form. Instead, he tried to practice the Bloodthirsty Fighting Spirit. In recent days, Antonio had told him that the Beastmen's Bloodthirsty Fighting Spirit was completely different from the human's Fighting Spirit. It not only tempered the body but also focused on the spirit, resembling a mix of Fighting Spirit and the more ancient Battle Spirit.

However, while human Battle Spirit focused on spiritual sublimation, the Beastmen's Bloodthirsty Fighting Spirit took a path of becoming berserk.

Following Antonio's analysis, Charles gained some insights. While training, he kept recalling the wars he had experienced lately and the various brutal scenes he had witnessed. A violent temperament suddenly arose in his heart. The Bloodthirsty Fighting Spirit inside him burst explosively, his red fur bristled, and a black Rune appeared on his back.

As soon as this Bloodthirsty Rune emerged, Charles instantly broke through the second level of Bloodthirsty Fighting Spirit, and a surging power flowed within him.

He had inquired about this from the Hunchback Red Bear Warrior and the Old Leopard Man, gaining knowledge of the special abilities that some Bear People could develop through practicing Bloodthirsty Fighting Spirit. All signs of this Bloodthirsty Rune indicated that it must be "Bear Strength."

Both Hunchback Red Bear Warriors and Grinding Mountain Yellow Bear Warriors could develop this special ability. Bear Strength allowed Bear Tribe warriors to gain the strength of "an additional bear," making those who could cultivate Bear Strength among the elite of their tribe, with immense strength and formidable combat power.

Charles moved his body and felt that the power within him was unending, and he was also slightly happy.

He knew that his major practice was Bloody Glory, and having trained it to the fourteenth level, he had long stepped into the High-Level Transcendent, and he was not going to change his cultivation method, but the breakthrough in Bloodthirsty Fighting Spirit still gave him a very refreshing feeling.
