The Dungeon Conquerors: Journey to the Peak

After having a conversation with the housekeeper and learning about his needs, Rein started to inspect the house thoroughly first. To start the work of drawing magic formations, first he needed to have a good idea of the already existing formations of the house and about the structure of the house.

Luna was quite knowledgeable about architecture as she had studied quite a few books about it. So after they were done checking the house, she started to tell them what she managed to find out about the architecture of the house.

This house was built quite some time ago and had not been renovated ever since. The architecture was a bit outdated and could not handle the new and more advance architectural formation that the magic academy had came up with in recent years.

So Luna first told the housekeeper about this who had no idea about this type of thing. Even though the housekeeper was an old and experienced person, he was not a mage and had no idea about the recent advancements of the magical world. So as soon as he was told about the new and improved architecture, he contacted the owner for his input.

After some time, one person returned with a letter from the owner. He requested a meeting with Rein and his group and wanted discuss this new architecture with them face to face. Rein wanted to finish this task as soon as possible but not doing the best possible job with the mission was not something Rein wanted. So he agreed to the meeting.

Fortunately, the businessman was aware that Rein and his friends were most probably from noble families and making a noble wait was never a good result. That was the reason why he immediately decided to hold the meeting.

Rein, Lopas and Luna met up with the businessman in a cafe just outside the noble district. After his conflict with the nobles, the businessman was trying to avoid the noble district as much as possible. That was the reason why held the meeting here instead of holding it in a cafe inside the noble district.

Rein and his party did not mind that and started the discussion. Even though Rein had heard what Luna had to say about the architecture, he was not really very knowledgeable in this aspect. So the main person who did most of the conversation was Luna herself.

The businessman, who was their client was not really knowledgeable about houses and construction. It turned out that he mostly did business with farmers and buying the house in question was his first attempt at real estate. But with the terrible results of that first purchase of his, the businessman had decided that real estate was not for him.

But still after knowing that not having the latest architecture design could massively bring down price, he decided to renovate the house. He had paid a lot on this house, so he could not bear to sell it for a cheap price. After Luna had also told her quite a bit about the price of a house with latest architecture, so the businessman was sure that he would be able to make a steady profit even with taking the cost of the renovation in account.

But the new architecture design was not easy to find without a proper channel and connection. This time, it was Lopas who came to his help. But obviously not for free. She negotiated with the businessman and sold him one of the latest design from the Leonance family for a hefty sum. Even though Lopas was quite loose with money and was more of a muscle headed person, she was actually quite good at finding profits.

Not only Lopas sold the advanced architecture design for a hefty sum, she even made a contract with the businessman to provide him with people who would do the renovation for him. Lopas did not do this to only help their client but also to help Rein.

If the businessman wanted a different company to do the renovations, it would definitely take more than a week for all the work to be done. But that would not be a good as Rein wanted to finish the job as soon as possible to start their secluded training again. That was why Lopas decided to give this task to her people who would be able to complete the renovation in two to three days.

Because of that reason, Rein got two days of free time in his hand. So the next day, he decided to take Flora and Mertha out to visit the city. They had never been to the capital before, so it would definitely be a great experience for them.

While Rein was doing that, Lopas went to visit her family home. Her father, mother, brothers and grand father were all missing her a lot. So she was planning to spend the whole day with them.

Lopas was quite fond of her family and as after starting her seclusion she would not be able to see them for quite some time, she was planning to spend a few enjoyable time with all of them.

As for Luna, she went to visit the royal palace. Even though the royal palace was one of the most detestable place in Luna's mind where she did not have many good experience, as a royal princess, if she did not visit this place every now and then that would be problematic for her status and influence.

Just like this, all three of them decided to spend their holiday away from each other which was a bit rare. But no one had any idea that a big trouble was brewing in one of the places that one of them was visiting.

So what kind of problem was waiting for the unlucky person and who among them would be affected by it ? Whoever that was, the capital was in for a lot of trouble in the very near future.
