After getting the keys, Rein got back and meet up with the girls. While he was away nothing happened and no one came to visit the factory. Rein then told the girls about the guard and the ladies were again very surprised to hear how insanely lazy he was.

The machines of this factory were quite large. There were also smaller sized machines for this task but those machines were more expensive and needed more mana to function. But their product was just as same as these large ones.

So those smaller machines were mainly bought by the nobles or hobbyists who cared about how the items looked. For the industry, looks was useless. As the machines were big, Rein was sure that the inspection would take a lot of time. So he got ready for a long day ahead.

But after starting checking the machines, Rein was able to find the first problem almost at the very beginning. As he was searching with his eye of truth, it made sense that he would not have problem finding the problem but finding it at the very start was still a big surprise.

Instead of solving the problem first, he continued inspecting the machine. Rein was planning to find all the problems first and then solving all of them together instead of solving one problem at a time.

After a few minutes, he held his head in distress. Luna and Lopas were doing the same. It looked like the guard of this factory was not the only lazy person. All the people working in this particular factory were insanely lazy.

All the problems that they had managed to identify in the machines were related to mishandling and the lack of maintenance. The people working in this factory had handled all the machines very roughly and so they were not able to take on the workload and broke down. It looked like some of the people had even tried to forcefully use a few machines which were almost on the verge of destruction which made the machine's condition even more terrible.

With that being the case, repairing them would not be easy. And even if Rein, Lopas and Sophia ended up repairing them, with how the workers were treating the machines, those machines would not last more a few months. If the machines that they repaired became bad again after a few months, that would not good for Rein and his girls' reputation as mages.

For that reason, instead of just repairing and be on their merry way, Rein decided to solve this problem from the roots. He was sure that the Celebes company did not want their factory to run this way. So he was sure that the main problem was with the people who were in charge of the management.

So Rein locked the factory doors again and went to the city to meet with the higher ups of the Celebes company. And to keep the factory safe for the time, Rein surrounded the whole place with a powerful barrier. As the factory had no need for anyone to enter it for the time being, Rein gave the barrier the function to keep everyone away.

After going to the head quarters of the Celebes company, obviously Rein and the girls were not given any attention as they were very young. But as soon as they took out their identification as nobles, the way people of the Celebes company treated them changed and they became the most VIP guests.

After revealing their identity, immediately Rein, Lopas and Luna were taken to a luxurious guest room and were served high quality tea and cookies. After a very short waiting, a lady wearing a very expensive dress came to meet with them.

This lady introduced herself as Katla, the heiress of the Celebes company. Her father was the current head but he was currently busy with an important meeting, so he was unable to come here to meet with Rein and the girls.

Rein again introduced himself and this time as a rank 4 mage. Katla was already quite nervous about them as they were from the nobility. But after learning that these young people were rank 3 and rank 4 mages, her heart almost came out of her chest.

Rein gave Katla some time to calm down and then after making sure that Katla was ready to listen, he explained to her the condition of the factory. If it was before Karta might not have given Rein's words much significance as he was quite young. But now that the words were coming from a rank 4 mage's mouth, Katla listened to his every word very attentively.

After Rein was done explaining to her what he had witnessed, she was extremely surprised and angry. She immediately called for a servant and a old but suave man entered the room. Katla immediately told him about the factory and asked the old man to investigate this matter. She also told him to investigate all the other factories and warehouses which were under the same person's management.

After done giving the orders, Kalta apologied to Rein and his party for the mismanagement. She also requested them to postpone their work for two days and Kalta was going to make sure to conclude the investigation within that time frame. Rein was perfectly fine with it and was ready to help Katla out if other factories also had problems. Katla was happy to know that they were available for help and thanked them again.

Then Rein and the girls left the head quarters of the Celebes company. Now that they had two days of free time in hand, Rein decided to spend that time shopping for his girls. With that plan in mind, they returned back to the inn to inform Flora and Mertha about their new circumstances.
