Chapter 94
Lonely Daily
“Okay, I’m coming”
“Yes. Welcome aboard, Master Wilhelm”
“Welcome aboard”
To Master Wilhelm, who is going to work, I will hand him lunch before dropping him off.
Until now it has been my form of heading to the garrison, but so far I am still taking time off lectures. And even though I’m taking a break from lectures, I can’t do a thick-faced, shameless imitation, such as show your face only in Dear Wilhelm’s office.
So until I’m ready to resume my lecture, I’m leaving a message at the mansion.
Well, there are still a lot of places to clean, so you won’t have time to spare.
By the way, the lunch was made by Natalia.
I made one, too. Salad, though. I just cut the vegetables and arranged them.
“Well, let’s keep cleaning.”
“Yes, ma’am”
“Wow, I’m gonna get some water!
“Yes. Please, Mary”
Mary holds two buckets and heads to the backyard. In the meantime, we need to decide where to clean today.
And you have to prepare the material so that you can resume the lecture whenever you want.
You’ve cleaned my room, and you may be able to load your stuff.
“Thank you for waiting!
“Yes, Natalia, let’s clean your room from the west side.”
“Yes, sir.”
“Mary asks me to do laundry today. I’ll peel the sheets off the west side, so I can wash your laundry.”
“Yes!”
Natalia will take two buckets and head to your room on the west side. Mary is acting differently for your laundry.
I’m sorry to let Natalia have everything. Should I work out too? Like Mr. Deborah.
Speaking of which, when it comes to Mr. Deborah, the school should be closed in three days, so Lilia will probably come and see you. We need to make it a proper mansion to welcome our guests by then.
And then I have to study cooking, too, to prepare Mr. Wilhelm’s meal. That’s a lot to do.
But if you think this is all for Master Wilhelm too, it’s not going to be any bitterness.
Well.
For one thing, as it stands, it is the entrance hall of your mansion and the room for me and Master Wilhelm, and the room where Mary is sleeping in Natalia.
And then you’re probably using it as a guest room, but it hardly seems to be used.
The conditioning is dusty, and even thin on the sheets is dusty. So much so that you can see the fluffy, drifting dust in the light that plugs through the window.
You start with ventilation.
“Then Natalia, clean the floor.”
“Ha”
I’m at Natalia’s disposal to clean the floor.
I wipe the conditioners and shelves around. And you have to turn the sheets to the laundry, too. Perhaps not so many customers will come, and should we have about two or three spare rooms available every day?
Unlike yesterday, the floor ends immediately because it is in your room. And let Natalia carry the dusty sheets after the floor cleaning, or move her body busily for the price.
I’m sweating on my forehead. Even this kind of everyday work is tiring for you.
“I’m home now, ma’am”
“Yes, may I have the water changed, please?”
“Yes, sir.”
I think Natalia is really terrible, but I really rely on her.
Mary still has so many half-service parts as a servant that she really relies on the perfect Natalia, doesn’t she? At the very least, maybe we should increase the number of servants a little bit. Shall I ask your mother?
Natalia switched the water quickly, so I’m back to cleaning the wipes.
“Lady.”
“What’s wrong?
“I have one suggestion… how about another, more servants?
“That’s what I was thinking earlier, too”
You still mean it’s the same to think about.
Certainly not many are two. Even though there are only two of us, we have to give them a week off, so that day they end up with one servant.
I’d like at least one more, maybe two more, if possible.
“Let’s ask your mother. But what should we do about the candidates?”
I don’t feel like calling the people who work at the Duke of Ambrose’s house right now.
So does Richard, but he works longer, so that’s all he trusts in his father and mother. I am a servant who takes good care of your busy father and mother, and for many people who have been doing it for years, there are not many young people.
If possible, the truth is that young people who can continue to work longer are better off.
“Um, ma’am”
“Yes?”
“I may offer you something…”
“Yeah, what is it?”
“One, I have a servant’s guess”
Well.
That helps. Because I’m still better off with people I know than strangers.
You may not know me because you know Natalia, but even if Natalia still just knows who that person is, that reliability is far greater.
If the person is coming, I would very much like to hire him.
“Okay. You can trust him.”
“Yes. Definitely”
“Then I’ll get permission from my mother around there. Hire as soon as you’re ready.”
“I understand. I’ll tell you the next holiday, too.”
It helps.
For one thing, one of you is okay with this, right? I’d like at least one more person, but you talk to your mother again around there. Hiring one servant is also expensive.
I wish I could make enough money to properly hire a servant, but unfortunately the Knights extraordinary lecturer isn’t that well paid. For this reason, you will rely entirely on your parents for your servants’ salaries.
“Well, that’s the next room, then. Let’s have lunch when the next room is over.”
“Yes, sir.”
Then I cleaned with Natalia until lunch and from noon I joined Mary, who had finished her laundry, to further encourage her to clean. As a result, the entire mansion was so beautiful that it was okay to welcome guests.
From dinner onwards, the preparation of the future meant that we worked with Natalia and Mary on the materials for the lecture. It would be so much easier if you stocked it up a little bit.
And keep a good day of mansion voicemail that way, until you get tired and rest.
After all, Master Wilhelm was not returned.
