Chapter 47
Chapter 47 Overwhelm
Mo Kun was out again!
He drove the invisible MK7 back to the Cheng family’s villa and manipulated the attachment chip in Cheng Yilun’s brain with a high-intelligence chip at close range, causing Cheng Yilun to hallucinate seven times in two hours.
Then he succeeded in controlling Cheng Yilun’s will and making him submit to his orders.
His first command to Cheng Yilun was to log on to Cheng Yilun’s closely watched microblog and send three videos that were stored on Mo Kun’s mobile phone to Cheng Yilun’s microblog.
The first video was recorded by Mo Kun in the Cheng family’s villa. It was a live scene showing Cheng Yilun and his father torturing several children in the game room.
Cheng Yilun and his father appeared really abnormal in the video!
Their villa had a game room with a giant machine that simulated a doll grabber.
Cheng Yilun and his father shut several children under seven years old in a large glass cabinet and used a remote control to manipulate a large iron claw to grab the children. The children screamed in horror, dodging left and right.
Unfortunately, a girl about four or five years old was caught by the claw and placed in a cage beside the cabinet. She was treated like Yu Lanjie and Johnny. Cheng Yilun passed a wire through her body and suspended her from the ceiling, causing her to bleed like a flowing river.
Cheng Gong was at the side table, enjoying a big meal and smiling at his son’s “masterpiece”!
The second video was a silent surveillance video taken at Johnny’s neighborhood. In the video, Johnny was playing on a swing with Molly in the garden of the community. Molly was a little girl from Z country.
A middle-aged woman appeared on the camera. She had kind eyes, was slightly plump and had a purebred Husky puppy with her.
The two children were immediately captivated by the purebred husky puppy and began playing with it.
The middle-aged woman chatted and laughed with them.
Five minutes later, the middle-aged woman got up and said something to the two children and then they followed her, walking and playing with the dog.
The middle-aged woman took two children to the gate of the community, opened the door with an electronic key and left with them.
A security guard came out of the security house at the entrance of the community. He saw a middle-aged woman with two children going into a red car, but he was not suspicious, probably thinking that the woman was the mother of the two children.
Then, the camera zoomed in on the middle-aged woman’s face.
She looked like any other middle-aged woman with a very ordinary face. She was the type of person who would not stand out in the crowd.
The third video showed a large garden with blooming chrysanthemums, flourishing branches and leaves.
The audio-video was subtitled: in the backyard of the Cheng family’s villa.
A middle-aged woman was digging a hole with a shovel and next to her was the body of a black boy. The boy had naturally curly hair and bruise marks all over his body.
The middle-aged woman dug a shallow pit and discovered that there was already a child’s body buried there. The body was highly decomposed.
She cursed, “So many children died already? I need to dig somewhere else! I have to ask the boss to raise my salary!”
She shoveled back the soil, then shifted her position and dug at another spot about a meter away.
This time she dug a deep pit and buried the body of the black-skinned boy.
Then she filled the grave and planted a chrysanthemum seedling on it.
The camera was fixed on the middle-aged woman’s face again. She was the same abductor in the second video. This video had subtitles: Ruan Cui-er, a gardener of Cheng Gong’s family. Her part-time job was to be an abductor and grave digger, using the bodies of children as fertilizer.
By the next day, the three short videos had been forwarded many times over and had millions of hits on the Internet.
Overnight, Cheng Yilun and his father became everyone’s enemy. Everyone wanted to hit them. People were denouncing him and everyone, including the gods were furious with them.
The Cheng family’s villa was surrounded by journalists from newspapers and TV stations. Everyone wanted to interview the father and the son about the authenticity of the three videos.
The stock prices of the Cheng Gong investment company dropped sharply and kept dropping. Cheng Yimei’s entertainment company was badly affected too.
Under pressure from public opinion, the police officially announced their involvement in the matter. They detained Cheng Gong, his son and Ruan Cui-er, while waiting for the outcome of the investigation
“The eyes of the masses are shining,” Longxi, who saw the news on TV, said to Mo Kun, “Never underestimate the power of the crowds. Mo Kun, you helped the disadvantaged groups to vent their anger. I’ll give you a thumbs up!”
She raised her thumb and pressed it on Mo Kun’s forehead.
Mo Kun said, “I’d rather you use your mouth.”
After that, he took a look at Grandma who had just eaten jujube porridge and had fallen asleep on the hospital bed. He put out an arm to hold the window lattice and pressed his body against Long Xi.
His smell was all around. It was the hegemony which solely belonged to him. It was as if he was trying to imprint himself on Long Xi’s heart.
Long Xi’s body became pliant in his arms.
“Mo Kun…” she murmured.
“What?” Mo Kun asked softly.
“To me, you… ” She was too shy to tell him.
“I like you!” Mo Kun said.
“What?” Her brains seemed to shatter and she felt confused.
“Listen carefully. I! Like! You! “Mo Kun said firmly as if he wanted to imprint this message onto her entire being, leaving her with no escape route.
Long Xi, though having felt it for a long while already, was still in shock.
Having an unforgettable love was one of her dreams since the first awakening of love, ranking second in her top ten dreams.
But wasn’t the timing a bit off for Mo Kun to suddenly confess this to her in the ward?
“I, I…” She didn’t know what to say. She felt very happy, yet she hesitated.
But her body was more honest and direct.
She clasped her arms around Mo Kun’s graceful, slender “swan neck” and her lips began to respond to him.
Her smooth skin and soft touches enchanted him in the warm afternoon sunshine.
Mo Kun’s heart was in ecstasy. Although he had kissed her before, it was the first time she had responded.
Suddenly there was a “clank” near the door, which sounded like something breaking.
Long Xi peeped out behind Mo Kun’s tall figure and saw Yan Wangchuan standing at the doorway, looking lost and Man Shahua standing behind him, with a sneer on his face.
A beautifully painted glass vase had been flung to the ground and there were several sunflowers in full bloom in the vase.
The sunflower was Long Xi’s favorite flower because she liked Van Gogh’s painting Sunflower very much! Yan Wangchuan still remembered that.
