The Big Bang Assassin (The Big Bang Theory)

Chapter 5: Chapter 5: Plans

As soon as we arrived home in Mr. Cooper's car, Big George headed to the kitchen, grabbed a Lone Star Beer, turned on the TV to the sports channel, and stretched out in the armchair with a long sigh, saying, "Now, this is life," as he took a sip of his favorite beer.

Meanwhile, Little George went straight to his room with the intention of hiding his magazines, which his mother supposedly found.

Little Sheldon headed towards his room, probably with the intention of studying to disturb the poor teachers at school.

Missy hadn't returned from school yet, as Grandma Connie was supposed to pick her up.

Mary was in the kitchen preparing dinner for the large family she had, including her big, hefty husband.

And me? I had things to do in these 9 years that passed. I wasn't idle regarding my physique and the System. Soon after a workout session, I heard Mary's voice calling us.

"Boys! Dinner's ready! Come and eat!"

Shortly after that, Sheldon left his room and Missy went towards the bathroom to wash her hands. One of the few things I admired about Little Sheldon, compared to Little George who could go a week without bathing and not even notice. Frankly, disgusting.

Soon after, we sat at the table, me beside Sheldon and Little George, with Grandma Connie and Big George at both ends, and in front of me, Mary and the little adorable Missy.

In the harmonious atmosphere of dinner, Mary asked, "So Sheldon, how was school? Did you make any friends?" Mary said with slight concern because Little Sheldon was in a school with people much older than him. It was normal for a mother to worry, especially a doting mother like Mary, so she was concerned that Sheldon would be intimidated and wouldn't have any friends in the entire year, ending up dying alone.

Initially oblivious to his mother's concerns, Little Sheldon spoke, "Today, I went to the library and got a book on How to Make Friends with Mrs. Sheryl at the library. I honestly think she needs it more than I do, but still, I got the book. I found it intriguing how human relationships are based. Soon I reached a conclusion, Having a friend is like having a contract," says Sheldon while nibbling on a sausage.

And in this atmosphere of harmony with slight concern, dinner passed, and it was time to rest.

For some, not for me. Arriving in the garage where I currently live, where Mary and George put me, I grab the bag of food and put some food and water for Mike, lying on my bed resting my head on my arms, looking up and thinking "Status."

Immediately after saying this, a translucent black screen appears in front of me.

So, as I mentioned earlier, during this period I wasn't idle. Due to the constant increase in my Status Points, my body became toned with extreme ease, enabling me to achieve considerable strength and agility.

I look at my Status, and I immediately contemplate how I will complete these Main Missions.

Due to my previous job in the previous world, I saw and experienced many things, especially being a policeman in a chaotic city in Rio de Janeiro, where urban wars are constant and drug consumption to increase their war power is common.

I pause and think, I'm in Texas, a city in the United States where guns roam freely, there must be a few bad guys out there.

Soon I get up, go to the closet and put on a Ninja suit that I bought with Sheldon when we went to Comic-Con after he begged George to take him.

I look at myself in the mirror, feeling satisfied with my appearance. Due to the constant exercises to complete my missions, I see an 11-year-old boy with black hair the color of the night, beautiful piercing blue eyes, 1.67 meters tall, and the body of an Olympic swimmer. I feel satisfied.

Soon I leave my room/garage, with the Ninja mask and clothes like the night. Silently leaving the Cooper's property towards a tree, when I reach the tree I approach its shadow and activate my ability, walk from the shadows.

If anyone had seen this scene, they would faint from fear, because a completely black silhouette entering the shadow and merging with it, was a scene worthy of a horror movie.
