The anomaly in the Kamen Rider Universe

Chapter 5: Principal (5)

"Oh yeah, the principal," Aaron said, remembering something. He rushed towards the school, using the heads of the Jamato creatures to move around faster.

He spotted a Jamato studying, and even though his teammates seemed to be ignoring it, he decided to kill it just for the sake of it.

"Secret mission cleared," Tsumuri's voice announced as a box landed in Aaron's hands. Opening it, he found a brand new buckle.

He flipped around his driver, and the sound "Revolve on" was heard before he activated the buckle, hearing the sound "Creation set."

His usual reddish transformation turned yellow, and he now had construction worker-themed tools at his disposal.

"Do you know how to operate this thing?" Daichi asked, looking at Aaron with an unreadable expression.

"Only one way to find out," Aaron replied with a smile before activating the power granted by the specific buckle.

Screams of terror echoed from inside the building as some sort of building-like substance sprayed out of Aaron's weapon.

"Oops," Aaron said, looking at three out of the five teammates covered in cement that had hardened.

"You're the disaster, aren't you?" Daichi said, lying on the floor, covered in hardened concrete.

"Nope, I just have no idea how this thing works," Aaron responded, appearing as if he were just messing around with the machines.

"Imbecile," Daichi muttered, but some concrete fell onto his lips and hardened.

"Oops, my hands slipped," Aaron said, barely containing his annoyance.

It was clear that this wasn't an accident; it was intentional. Under Ace's inquisitive glare, Aaron walked outside the room and seemed to have written something on the board.

After waiting for a solid five minutes, a Jamato wearing a suit entered the room, only to be covered in concrete and instantly immobilized.

Aaron then broke the concrete covering his teammate, but it seemed like he had no intention of removing the concrete that was covering Daichi's mouth.

"Remove it," Ace commanded, looking at Aaron.

"Are you guys really sure? I mean, this makes him shut up with his smart-ass bullshit," Aaron said, looking like he didn't want to comply.

"I wish I could do that to you," Sae muttered under her breath.

"Said something?" Aaron asked, looking at her.

"I told you to shut up," Sae replied with a glare that could kill.

"Okay, anyway, who's going to kill him?" Aaron asked nonchalantly, showing zero care about who would get to kill the captured Jamato.

"Wait, didn't you trap us so you could take down the boss?" Keiwa asked, a bit confused.

"Why would I do that?" Aaron responded, confusion written all over his face.

"So when you said it was an accident..." Neon added, trying to clarify the situation.

"Mission complete," a robotic voice announced, and as Aaron turned around, he noticed that Ace had killed the boss. Neat.

POV Shift

"Congratulations to all of you," Tsumuri said, congratulating everyone for a job well done.

She then approached Daichi and noticed that there was still concrete on his lips, preventing him from speaking. For some unknown reason, when she saw this, she turned around to look at Aaron, who acted as if he didn't feel her gaze on him.

She sighed before saying, "The game ended with no casualties, and as of now, these are the rankings." A floating screen appeared in the air, displaying our approval ratings.

"40% for Raion, 30% for Geat, 10% for Nadge Sparrow, 10% for Lopo, 9% for Naago, and

1% for Tycoon," Tsumuri announced, showing us our audience ratings.

Keiwa fell to the floor as he saw his rating. He had received the worst possible percentage, just 1%.

"Heh? This feels like an election, almost," Neon remarked, sounding tired.

"The player with the highest rating by the end will be crowned our Deseity," Tsumuri explained, walking around the room.

"But Ace took down the principal's Jamato. Why isn't he in first place?" Keiwa asked, puzzled.

"Raion contributed a lot to the mission, while Ace only killed the boss," Tsumuri explained, clarifying the importance of our methods in addition to the results.

"Will Geat's unbroken record continue, or will it break th..." Daichi tried to say before being interrupted by the sound of someone slurping down some noodles.

When he looked up, he saw Aaron slurping down on some noodles, trying to talk, and the louder he tried to talk, the louder the slurping sound became.

"When did you get that?" Keiwa asked, curiosity piqued.

"I was just hungry, so I left the room to go get some noodles," Aaron replied casually, continuing to slurp on his noodles.

"Where did you find them?" Sae asked, seemingly recalling something.

"They were just lying out in the open, so I took them," Aaron answered nonchalantly.

Her eyes turned red as she realized what he was eating – it was her food.
