Chapter 219: Something not right (127)
Time skip.
'Let me think, so a reality-warping god who can see the future,' Aaron had a thoughtful look on his face as he was wondering what he could do.
His earlier plan had gone to shit, Miyuki was not letting him do that, she seem weirdly possessive but hey, it's not the worse thing.
The thing was, he did not want to see her die, and also he would have to delete about 2 gigabytes of him calling the king of her planet, her father basically all the slurs known to man.
Oh man, and he had spent time making that one, using all the slurs known to man, ice freak, ice cube, ice cube....the stuff like that.
He sighed to himself a bit, well he would let that slide for now.
The man would probably be pissed that his daughter had sex with a human.....oh yeah that happened.
Was his mind really that frozen that he forgot it happened?
It's probably because he never saw Miyuki act like that before so his mind probably thought of everything that had happened as a dream.
That was entirely understandable, after all, he could not imagine the Miyuki he knew acting so submissive.
'I just need to weaken him enough so that Miyuki can land the finishing blow, freezing everything, and if she is proficient enough she might even be able to freeze his power altogether'
'Now how the fuck do I leave this world, my original plan was just to fake my death....'
Sure it was repetitive but if they thought he died, it would have been for the best really.
Trying to make them dislike him only seems to have worked on Sakura, everyone else seems mostly okay with him, even Daiji was not budging at all.
He groan internally, why was it so hard to get a bunch of Japanese people to hate him, it should have been so easy.
People have hated him for less, so he wonders why they did not even have an ounce of resentment in their hearts when he had basically traded Daiji.
Was it because Daiji was alive now?
Gosh, this whole thing was frustrating.
As he entered the training room he realized there was ice everywhere, the whole place seemed to have become Miyuki's domain, and he even saw water frozen in the air...
Water...frozen in the air.
Well, she seemed like she had everything under control so who was he to stop her really?
"Aaron."
Her voice sounded soft, softer than usual, he wondered why she sounded so soft, as he turned around to glance at her.
He saw her, standing in the center of the training room.
Her white hair somehow flowed in the cold air as if she had frozen everything else around. Her cold eyes landed on him.
Why did he feel like she was staring straight into his soul?
Without another word, she beckoned him closer.
Wow, she could read him that easily, Were his thoughts managing to get to his head so easily, that he couldn't understand?
How did she know him so well, after all, she did not spend that long with him.
As he approached, she tilted her head slightly, studying him in that way only she could—it felt like she was analyzing him.
"You've had a lot on your mind lately," she said, her voice almost as icy as the room around them.
Aaron shrugged his shoulder, he tried playing it cool by leaning on a nearby ice pillar that she had created. "It's nothing. Just the usual stuff."
The look he got from her told him that she did not believe his words at all.
Jeez was she a mind reader, she did not have purple hair.
You're a terrible liar," she replied bluntly.
Well dam.
Before he could open his mouth and say shit, Miyuki sat down gracefully on the frozen floor, crossing her legs.
The cold didnt seem to bother her in the slightest which to be fair was to be expected, she was quite literally born in a very cold place.
If the cold could bother her then she would be a fraud
"Come here," she said, her voice calm but firm.
Aaron hesitated. "Wait, what?"
"Sit," she repeated, tapping her lap again. Her eyes locked onto his, leaving no room for argument.
"Fine, whatever," he muttered, walking over and sitting down, resting his head on her lap as she had silently demanded.
She seemed content, she then began to gently pat his head, her hand even though cold, carried such warmth that he could relax and let the tenseness in his muscles vanish.
Although not fully, if even for a second that tenderness vanish, he would be ready to fight to his last breath.
It was just something his body had learned to do, not to trust anyone too much.
Sure he could relax if Rui was doing it but that was Rui.
There were only 2 people in his life that have ever made him fully relax his muscles.
The first person was Abigail and the second was Rui.
...
Miyuki could get there but considering she had spent the last couple of months trying to kill him, he was not fully going to relax around her just because he got some pum, pum.
He was not such an easy man, at least he hoped he wasn't.
Miyuki carefully controlled the temperature in the room in order to make it so that he did not freeze to death.
She gently patted his head, her finger going through his hair.
She looks at his face with a tender look on her face.
Not knowing what to do really, he just kind of smiled at her.
She bopped his nose, she then gave him a light smile.
She held his face in her hand.
All hers, using her control over ice, slowly started removing some of the hot air around his body, making sure his body was at a nice,56.7°F.
Aaron's body instinctively responded to the cold, but his innate resilience kicked in almost immediately. He had faced harsh conditions before, and his body had developed an impressive tolerance to extreme environments. His core temperature, regulated by his natural ability to generate internal heat, worked overtime to maintain homeostasis.
Aaron's cardiovascular system shifted gears, blood flow redirecting to his core to keep his vital organs warm. His body began to reduce blood circulation to his extremities—fingers, toes, and limbs—preserving warmth where it was most needed. Despite the creeping cold, his heart rate remained steady, even as the frigid air nipped at his skin. He wasn't shivering yet, a sign that his body had entered a state of controlled cold adaptation.
His muscles, although relaxed under Miyuki's soothing presence, generated a subtle warmth through the slow, steady contraction of fibers just beneath his skin.
As he calmed down beneath her, it was him...wait hold up.
Miyuki's body temperature was higher than usual, while the frostiness around her body was now even harsher than before, even her eyes were a shimmering blue color instead of the icy blue she usually possessed.
She was practically trying to match their body temperature together, trying to get his body temperature to match hers...
...
If he was just a regular person this wouldn't mean anything, so what if she was showing all those signs, at the end of the day it didnt mean shit.
And that is where you would be wrong.
You see even though Cryosians and humans look alike, it didnt mean they share the same biology.
When a human girl was around you could expect. For their pupil to dilate, which is caused by the release of oxytocin and dopamine.
Other signs may be, that her breast could swell and her nipple hardens due to the increased blood flow and hormonal changes.
Something else you could look out for is heavy breathing,
And stuff like that.
Those signs are the ones you can notice....
....
'The fuck did her bra go?'
Aaron thought to himself as he looked at the girl currently patting him.
Their body temperature had just about aligned.....
Also, he swore she was wearing much better clothes than this, why did it look like the clothes just melted off of her?
He was not mad he was staring at her chest, more like he felt like he knew what was going to happen in the next 3 or so hours.
For fuck sake, why did she have to have so much stamina?
She gently tapped his chest, where she infused some of her ice power, and a beautiful flower made out of ice was sculpted into his skin.
Oh...she was marking him, was that stuff permanent?
"Uh... Miyuki?" he stammered, trying to find an escape route in his mind. His usual bravado suddenly felt useless. "Is there... anyway I can get out of this?"
She looked at him with that same tender expression, her hand gently pressing the ice flower into his skin. Her lips curled into a soft smile, and for a moment, the coldness of her personality melted away, revealing something deeper—something possessive.
"No," she whispered, her voice as smooth as ice but as firm as steel. "You're not going anywhere. You're mine now"
