The Alpha’s Redemption

"How dare you!" my father demanded. "Say such a disgraceful thing about my daughter!"

There was an uproar amongst the crowd again. And now everyone was speaking at once. 

What he just said insinuated that he had seen me naked. 

Worse, he had slept with me. 

I,an Alpha's daughter, was rejected by an Alpha and slept with another. 

It's the scandal of the century!

My cheeks were burning hot, I tried to fan myself to cool down. 

"You asked," Alaric said, folding his arms while looking at my father. "And I told the truth. Her mark is in between her thighs. Isn't it dear?"

I looked at him sharply and I was filled with such embarrassment I wanted to dig the ground and enter never to emerge again. 

My face went red and I was all of a sudden dumb. 

No words came out of my lips. 

"How did you even meet my daughter?"

My father demanded to know bitterly. 

"Three years ago, she stumbled into my territory and I claimed her. The moment I caught her scent I knew she was my mate. She has been mine ever since."

"That is impossible." Uncle Richard, my father's gamma snapped. "The Night water pack has been in isolation for the last three hundred years! It's near impossible to find! How could she have ended up there on her own?"

"Exactly," Alaric said. "We don't get many visitors. So you can understand my surprise when I found her in my territory."

"So you were the one with her for three years? You… you monster! You kidnapped my daughter?!" My father growled.

"An examination will be held by the sheriff wolves of this pack to confirm if what he says is true." The leader of the wolf council said. 

"There is no way in hell you are buying this shit." My father argued. 

The wolf council leader raised his hands. "This matter can easily be resolved and it is in the jurisdiction of the wolf council to resolve this case." He replied, and then he nodded at my aunt. 

Before I knew it, I was led away to a room so that we could have more privacy. 

The women, including my aunt, removed my clothes and opened my legs to search for it. 

The sound of their gasps confirmed my worst fears. They found it. Alpha Alaric wasn't lying. 

"We have confirmed it to be true." My aunt declared once we returned to the grounds.

I was too stunned to say anything. How… How did this all happen?

Ryan screamed in rage, "She belongs to me!"
