“Whoever it is, speak up!” Liang Hao wasn’t afraid of troublemakers; in the countryside, she had been in her share of fights. She grabbed the person’s collar, ready to see what she was made of.
“Whether you speak up or not, if you don’t today, I’ll beat the truth out of you!” Liang Hao threatened menacingly, her fist clenched, veins bulging.
“It’s… It’s Zi Yi and Li Si who did it. They’ve already taken them and probably finished them by now.” The room fell silent; Liang Hao’s good mood in recent days made them forget she was a fighter.
Liang Hao thought for a moment. Usually, they’d go hunting for wild game and hide it in the back mountains to eat secretly before returning. No need to say, those two must be in the back mountains. She ran there immediately, armed with a stick.
It was dark, everyone was having dinner, so no one noticed Liang Hao and the two acting suspiciously. After all, who would leave home during the New Year’s celebration?
