Henrik knew this wasn't Chloe, not unless him replacing Rimuru changed her physical appearance as a child. Yet, when he looked at Shizu, it seems she wasn't worried in the slightest. Even the other kids, who have been around Chloe for a while, they didn't even seem suspicious that this girl isn't their friend. Deciding he'd best investigate, Henrik decided to shake the girls hand.

And the vision ends. When Henrik's attention is brought back to the real world, he can see Shizu standing over the girl with her sword pointing at her neck, as well as the other students who were now surrounding her and all had some type of magic active around them. It seems that somehow, the ritual the girl performed was able to block out the barriers around the capitol from revealing the truth, but since Henrik is directly linked to them and he now knew the truth, the barriers knew what to block and adapted.

"What have you done to Chloe?" A short boy with orange spiky hair spoke up as he held a small orb of fire in his hand.

The girl, not bothering to try and continue lying, put down the facade as a large grin covered her face and she stopped holding her dark aura back.

"Well, that was short lived? What was it, the tone. I never was good with the tone. It's always the tone that gets me caught."

"Enough, tell me what you've done with Chloe. NOW." Shizu demanded which only made the girl laugh more.

"Shizu Izawa. The legendary Conquerer of flames. It seems my old friend here bagged you before I could. Too bad, I had hoped to have fun with you before killing you. But hey, at least you get to hear the brutal death Chloe suffered before I took her life."

"Enough," Henrik ordered.

"Oh but old friend, don't you think it's only right she know. It's not like you to tell a woman what she isn't allowed to know. As the one who killed her, I think it's only right Shizu know that Chloe begged for her to come and save her before she died. Her final words were 'Please miss Shizu. Help me.' And then I ended her as she whimpered to death."

"I said enough," Henrik shouted as he could see Shizu was moments away from letting her rage take control.

"NO Henrik. You never were good at beating me. In this life, or the one before," The girl said with a large smile.

"Who. Who are you?" Henrik asked, fearing that he already knew the answer.

"Me. Just an old friend. But I suppose that it's only right I introduce myself to a king in his domain.

'Ranga. Tell someone else to guide Kaijin and get to my throne room. Ensure the kids there don't get into the room I'm in.'

After Henrik said this, he waved his hand and set Noelle away, using the barriers around the kingdom as teleportation points until Noelle was out of the forest.

"Why did you let him go? He killed Chloe. You promised you'd rain down Hell on whoever harmed her."

"I did Shizu. Don't you see. Noelle did all this because we were no longer friends. Centuries of killing and manipulating until the world was like this. All so he could rule it with his friend. And now he knows he never will.

Henrik ran past Shizu and placed Chloe on Ranga's back. "Get her to a bed. She and all the other kids have a room on the 15th floor."

"Yes master." Ranga said as she ran at full speed, hopping over Shizu's other students and rushing Chloe to her room.

Shizu tried to run past Henrik but he quickly stopped her and put up a barrier in front of the kids since they too tried to follow Ranga.

"Wait."

"What?" Shizu shouted at Henrik with annoyance in her voice.

"Listen. I saved her yes. But she isn't really okay. She still went through a traumatic experience. She needs rest, and time to recover from the wounds I can't heal. I'm not going to stop you from seeing her, but I just want to make sure you know how volatile she'll be right now. When she wakes up, just keep that in mind. Okay?"

"Ok," Shizu said and Henrik looking at all the kids made them promise to be mindful of Chloe for now before he put down the barrier and took them all to her room.

When they entered, they all ran to her side and started crying, Shizu more than the others. Ranga was standing a little ways away from the bed watching over her.

After a few minutes, Chloe's eyes began to open as she saw her friends and teacher watching over her.

"Miss Shizu. Is that really you? Did you save me?"

When she spoke, she was met with all of them pouncing at her and holding her in their arms.

"Chloe my sweet girl," Shizu expressed, You're alive. Thank God. I promise, I'll never leave any of you again. I'm sorry I wasn't there, please forgive me."

"Wait, if you didn't save me, who did? Was it Yuuki?"

"No, it was him," Shizu said pointing towards Henrik standing at the door, "He used his incredible powers to save you. Chloe, this is King Henrik. We're all gonna be staying here with him from now on. And I promise you'll be safe. I won't ever let anything harm you all again." Shizu said as she drew all the kids in again.

Gale, who is the oldest of the kids, manages to break free from Shizu's grip and wipes his tears away before facing Henrik. He walks up to him and gets down on one knee, bowing his head to him.

"Thank you. Thank you so much for saving Chloe. Since I met them, I've viewed them all as my little siblings. You saved one of my sisters and for that, I swear King Henrik. I'll serve you for my entire life, I only ask that you don't force Chloe to pay off her debt. Let me do it."

"Gale," Shizu said with a smile.

"HAHAHAHA. You hear that Ranga, this kid wants to pay off the girls debt. He's hilarious. Why would I allow that?"

Gale is taken aback slightly at this words but responds with determination in his eyes, "Because if you try and force Chloe to do something, you'll have to go through me."

"Oh I'm so scared," Henrik joked with Ranga as they both laughed. All the other kids got defensive as they all prepared to argue with Henrik and volunteer to repay the "debt". Shizu however, giggled slightly.

"Listen kid," Henrik spoke to Gale who looked like he wanted to fight him for Chloe, "I admire your bravery. The other kids are lucky to have a big brother like you. But I won't accept your proposition because there is no debt to be repaid.

I swore to Shizu I'd keep you all safe and make sure you see a world where you can be happy. Saving Chloe was just me keeping a promise. Since you don't have a father at this point in your life when you need one, let me give you some advise.

A man always keeps his word. And he never expects payback for it. If you want to train hard and serve my country one day, please do. As king, I'd be honoured to have such a passionate man fight for my country. But I'm not going to force any of you to repay a debt that doesn't exist.

If you want to repay me, you can promise me you won't be stupid. If you ever need help, you come to me or Shizu. You don't try to fix something you can't because you think that's what a man is. If you need help, I'll always give it, provided someone has the strength to ask for it.

Now come on Ranga, lets give them some privacy."

As Henrik turned around and began walking with Ranga, he could hear Chloe's quiet voice speak up.

"Your majesty."

"Yes," Henrik replied while twisting his head to he could see her but not turn around.

"Thank you. For saving me, but also for not letting Gale get himself killed to be stupid."

"Get some rest kid. And if Gale is this stupid again, as king, you have my full blessing to punch him," Henrik said with a smile which made Chloe chuckle a little.

After they closed the door, Henrik turned to Ranga.

"Ranga, I have a new assignment for you. From now on, you're the personal bodyguard for the kids. Keep them safe at all times."

Ranga immediately bowed with his head to the ground and swore to keep them safe at all costs. Henrik began walking away and shouted back, "Please don't bow to me."
