"Woah, what?" Kaota was stunned to hear Roxas' response.
Roxas then nodded. "Yes."
A bit later, the trio went to an eating area in the market complex for cheap snacks and drinks. There, Kaota explained his background to Roxas while Anko remained invisible to him. "Oh…from Singapore?" Roxas asked.
"Yes, my mother is Japanese," Kaota replied while sipping on his cold Gulaman drink. "Also, this drink is tasty and refreshing."
"Ah, that's Gulaman for you. It's a popular drink sold here in the Philippines. First time here?"
"Yes, I am, for two days now."
The course of the conversation changed to their stats. Kaota revealed that his current level was now at level 35. Roxas was surprised and then revealed his, much to Kaota's surprise.
Then, while Roxas, Anko, and Kaota are having a good time while Roxas and Kaota are eating some street foods when a monster in the form of a giant grasshopper attacks the market area, causing chaos and destruction. As the people in the area panicked and started running for their lives, the trio saw that and sprang into action by attacking the monster, leaving their snacks behind.
Anko controlled Roxas' movements partially, while Kaota fought with his weapon, an elaborate sword and a shield to accompany it.
Roxas showed his skills as a swordsman, and Kaota was astonished by it, assuming that Roxas was a skilled swordsman.
But he didn't know that Anko was partially controlling Roxas' movements while Roxas moved on his own.
In the end, the monster was defeated, and Roxas and Kaota gained a lot of XP for that.
