In case they find our Island during the integration process, we have to obstruct them until the process is completed," Lilith sharply said. "To be completely safe, let's not hold back on this and create as many defense and obstructive formations as we have."

"We will help," Sameira nodded.

"Everyone will contribute resources for this, not just us." Kenshin grinned and said, "All guild leaders will do that because nobody wants to become a slave."

Everyone nodded. It was true. They still had much freedom with benefits by staying under the Unfettered Kingdom. However, the other party was not like that. To them, everyone was a slave.

"First is to have 5000 residents of Blessed Island at Royal-order," Erix said.

"This is easy," Rin nodded. "This thing about Residents and Pillars status is something only we know about. The whole city has over fifty-thousand Royal-order powerhouses, so this task is basically completed."

"Let's not be in a hurry for this, dear" Sameira said with a smile. "It's better if all 5000 people are those we can trust and from our guild or allied trustworthy guilds."

"They are also completely dependent on us and now that Blue Maw pirates are here, they have no choice but to rely on us," Lily nodded.

They were guild leaders of the guilds who were trustworthy and allied with the Unfettered Kingdom, with given ranks of Baron and Dukes to their leaders. They were residents of Blessed Island and lived in their territory on the island.

Each of those guilds also had their bases outside, but they put their main bases on the Island. The majority of their members were outside and only those the guild leaders found trustworthy and with potential with clean backgrounds were allowed to become Blessed Island's residents.

The total number of guild leaders was 143, including all top 100 Guilds and powerhouses.

In the first place, they were not part of the Unfettered Kingdom because they were in the top 100. Nope. They were part of the top 100 only because they were part of the Unfettered Kingdom.

Under this solid cohesion known as the Unfettered Kingdom, the residents of Blessed Island progressed faster than others.
