Chapter 780 - 774: Have you seen it?

Chapter 780: Chapter 774: Have you seen it?

Although it was in Federal coins, it equated to Marlon Murray’s entire year of living expenses and then some, including various ongoing expenses. Therefore, Marlon couldn’t refuse. Even in his family, there weren’t many who got to use such advanced personal intelligence systems, right?

However, your Highness, using a weak excuse like trying to handle communication request delays with a personal intelligence system seems a bit unfair? Even the most basic personal intelligence system wouldn’t delay a communication request? This shouldn’t be a problem for the intelligence system. Such a thing could be handled easily even if it weren’t an intelligence system, right?

“Alright then.” After hesitating a bit, Marlon agreed.

Seeing Marlon agree, Finn Lewis gave him a pat on the shoulder and quickly said, “Listen here, Marlon, why not hang with me? How about becoming my sidekick? If I have something to eat, you’ll have something to drink.”

“This…” Marlon was taken aback. He never expected that the next words out of Finn’s mouth would be this straightforward proposal. After a pause, Marlon found it hard to outright decline since he had just accepted a gift. Plus, in this school, who doesn’t have a small group of people they roll with? But Marlon preferred to blend in with the high and mighty royal family. The problem is, they have to consider him-worthy first.

After pondering for a while, Marlon clenched his teeth and said straightforwardly, “Yes, your Highness, I’ll roll with you from now on.”

“Ha-ha, great. Since you’re my sidekick now, the equipment can’t lag either. Luna Starfield, prepare a Mad Scorpion for him later,” Finn instantly chortled, saying this straightforwardly.

“This… there’s no need, right?” Marlon felt sheepish immediately. Even though he declined verbally, inside his heart he had already cursed countless times. What’s this rhythm? Directly giving a Mad Scorpion? Isn’t that too high class? Damn, does it really have to be this savage?

Finn Lewis couldn’t care less what Marlon was thinking. Because Luna Starfield’s voice had already directly sounded, and by this time, more and more people were entering the classroom. Although there were other classes usually, this classroom that can accommodate more than a thousand people probably welcomed this many for the first time – it was almost entirely full.

And what did these people come here for? Eighty percent of them were drawn here because of Finn. After all, the absurd things that Finn did these few days were quite alarming. Everyone wanted to come and see who was capable of such outrageous actions; he practically renovated all the villas in the school just to please himself.

Let me ask you, are you afraid of such a reason? Damn, you’ve seen the savage, but never this savage. Anyway, they were spooked.

Honestly, there are plenty of upstarts since the establishment of the aristocratic academy, at least the nine royal families are very much so. But becoming stupidly extravagant like Finn is truly unseen. For now, he’s the only one.

So naturally, everyone’s curiosity sparked. And for some, it was simple. Those who greeted Finn contained ulterior motives. Who spilled the details of the order between Finn and the Locke Family on the forum? How can you not seize such a wealthy person? Who hates money, eh?

However, most people are trying to get their faces remembered by Finn. And Finn, seeming rather genial, at least not as aloof as other royalty, spoke to everyone with a cheerful face. However, this peace was soon disrupted by someone.

Finn examined the person in front of him curiously. After all, there was quite a commotion in the classroom just now. Although many people greeted him, it was just that – a greeting. But this person, in front of him, waited until Finn finished talking with Marlon before starting a conversation.

Just seeing his patience piqued Finn’s curiosity.

“Your Highness, my name is Albin! Albin Garton.” As soon as Finn turned back, the man immediately introduced himself with a smile. But when he announced his name, Finn was slightly taken aback. Holy shit? Gavroche? That name is quite flashy.

Finn truly didn’t know that there was someone with this last name. Finn’s expression was somewhat peculiar. Albin didn’t understand the significance of Finn’s gaze. But since he couldn’t figure it out, he didn’t bother trying and straightforwardly said, “Your Highness, I have some business to discuss with you.”

Business? Hearing these three words, a gleam flickered in Finn’s eyes. However, it soon disappeared. Nobody noticed as his expression quickly returned to its usual laid-back way. Waving his hand, he asked, “What kind of business?”

“It’s about your Highness’ territory. I’ve looked into some of the information before coming here,” Albin explained straight to the point.

“Ah… Albin, right? Never mind, I’ll just call you Gavroche.” Finn summoned his name, didn’t remember the first three characters, but memorized the last familial name. Who can blame him? The name was just too flamboyant.

“Uh, okay.” Albin was somewhat speechless. But since Finn was willing to discuss, it didn’t matter what he was called. Although he felt Finn’s tone was a bit odd.

“Alright then, Gavroche, you’ve looked at data from my territory. What do you want to say?” Finn asked seriously.

“Your Highness, I have had a broad understanding of your territory. Although it’s remotely situated, it is still your inherited family land, which is quite commendable. If your Highness wishes to expand on all four sides, it is feasible. At least the Federation will not interfere if your Highness’ territory expands to the outskirts of the Heritage System, which are for now unclaimed. However, your Highness is currently missing one key resource.” Gavroche quickly explained.

“Go on.” Finn gave him the respect he deserved.

“Your Highness, your territory’s technology is excessively outdated. At the very least, your Highness’ current territory’s space detection network seems unsafe. I beg your pardon, your Highness, the space detection network not only pertains to enemies but also concerns potential cosmic crises, in addition to parts related to communication and unmanned exploration.”

“I beg your pardon, your Highness, if you seek to expand your territory, our family’s deep-hole probing unmanned satellites, and communication satellites still have certain advantages.” Albin spoke eloquently.

“Hmm, you’ve made valid points. I’ll buy it.” Finn pondered for a moment, then agreed decisively.

“Your Highness, I want to tell you…you also need….” Albin wanted to continue, but having spoken only two sentences, he abruptly realized what Finn had just said. He was flabbergasted and stuttered, “Your…your Highness…what did you say?”
