Upon entering the Black Abyss, he noticed that the direction he took was obviously different from that of the Blood Seal Gate members, but it wasn't impossible for them to have an encounter.

The Black Abyss appeared vast, but it was actually much smaller than one would imagine.

This powder, known as Gluttonous Powder, would provoke a frenzy of attacks from any spirit beasts or spirit masters that came into contact with it, driving them to consume the flesh and blood of their victims until nothing remained.

"Go!"

Silver Van flicked his hand, and the powder was swept across the entire swamp by the cold wind, quickly enveloping it. In an instant, a strange fragrance permeated the air above the swamp.

As the deep red powder settled on his face, Blaze Regret wiped it with his finger, looking curiously at the substance on his fingertip. Moments later, his expression changed dramatically.

"Run!"

A flash of blue light appeared as the Ice control Irenix manifested, swiftly taking Blaze Regret and soaring into the sky.

At the very moment the Ice control Irenix had just taken off, countless poison arrows shot out from the swamp, perforating the log where Blaze Regret had been standing just moments before.

"Roar!"

Before Blaze Regret could catch his breath, a deep roar suddenly echoed from between the peaks, accompanied by a blazing beam of fiery light, the intense heat causing the surrounding air to evaporate.

"Whoosh!"

With a powerful flap of its wings, the Ice control Irenix quickly descended to the ground as the crimson beam of fire grazed past its side, instantly melting an ice crystal that had been circling around it.

Upon landing, Blaze Regret's expression grew serious. The deep red powder clinging to him couldn't be shaken off, and even after changing into a black robe, the strange fragrance continued to linger around him.

Gluttonous Powder, in contrast to the Anorexia Powder, was derived from the Gluttonous Flower, a spirit beast of intermediate lord level. To completely rid himself of this scent, he would need to wash it away with a substantial amount of spiritual energy.

"If it weren't for my father sending me here to survey the terrain, I wouldn't have discovered this surprise," Silver Van sneered repeatedly, as if he could already envision Blaze Regret being torn apart by several spirit beasts.

"Roar!"

The earlier roar echoed again as a fiery red figure suddenly plummeted from the sky, greedily fixated on Blaze Regret. It resembled a fire ape, with a protrusion on its back that looked like a volcanic crater. The impressive fiery beam had come from this very creature.

The Molten Fire Ape, an intermediate lord grade spirit beast, fire attribute.

"Fortunately, it's only second tier."

Seeing the strength of this spirit beast, Blaze Regret let out a slight sigh of relief. Though the Molten Fire Ape's attributes countered the Ice control Irenix, the latter was still one tier higher. Even if it couldn't win, it could at least manage a draw.

However, shortly after the Molten Fire Ape descended, two more figures charged in from the distance, flanking Blaze Regret in a pincer formation, their eyes also gleaming with a bloodthirsty light.
