Strange use of Magic (Black Clover AU)

[Third Person's PoV]

"AAAAARGHHHHH!!!" Vetto roared as an orange flaming aura erupted from his body. The sheer force shattered his confines, and he landed on all fours like a feral beast.

Blood dripped from the numerous cuts crisscrossing his body, and saliva dribbled from his snarling mouth. His bloodshot eyes, wild and menacing, glared at everyone in the room. He looked less like a man and more like a rabid animal.

Vetto's aura blazed fiercely, dancing like flames over his body, intensifying by his rage.

[Beast Magic: Bear Claw]

With an explosive burst of speed, he vanished, reappearing in an instant right before Wanda. His arm swung with violent intent before anyone could react.

Wanda hastily enveloped herself in protective magic, but the impact still sent her hurtling backward. She stabilized midair and quickly returned to the others' side, her sharp gaze fixed on the enemy.

[Beast Magic: Cheetah Charge]

Vetto moved again, his form blurring as he broke the sound barrier multiple times, leaving afterimages in his wake. He appeared before anyone could process his movement, attacking the closest target—Yami.

Yami intercepted one of Vetto's claws with his sword, veins bulging in his neck and arms as his mana-enhanced strength clashed against the beast's ferocity. But Vetto grinned wickedly and used his other claw, now glowing with fiery aura, to slash Yami's chest. Blood sprayed onto the floor as Yami winced in pain, his body sent flying into the wall with a deafening crash.

"CAPTAIN!" Luck and Magna shouted in unison, charging at Vetto without hesitation. Magna swung his flaming baseball bat, while Luck darted forward with his lightning-charged gauntlets.

"I've already dealt with you maggots—die already!" Vetto roared, his voice like thunder.

[Beast Magic: Bear Claw]

Stephen acted swiftly, releasing his [Seven Suns of Cinnibus] spell and quickly casting another. His desperation heightened the spell's proficiency as he weaved his hands with precision.

[Arcane Magic: Shield of the Seraphim]

A glowing sphere materialized, enveloping Magna and Luck just in time. Vetto's claw struck the shield, causing a massive shockwave to ripple through the room. Everyone braced themselves against the tremor.

Asta leaped forward, his devil mark flaring to life as he let out a feral yell. His massive sword swung downward, aiming to cut through Vetto.

[Beast Magic: Cheetah Charge]

Vetto grinned, blitzing toward Asta with uncanny speed to meet him head-on. His claws extended, ready to clash—but it was only an afterimage.

Vetto wasn't targeting Asta. His true aim was Kaito, who stood just behind the swordsman.

"Despair! Weaklings like you have no place on this battlefield!" Vetto snarled, his claws descending toward Kaito with lethal intent.

Kaito's mana surged like a tidal wave as he crossed his sword in front of him, bracing for impact. Vetto's strike slammed into him with unfathomable strength, driving him into the ground. The floor beneath them cracked and buckled as Kaito spat out blood, struggling to endure the blow.

Before Vetto could press his advantage, glowing Eldritch whips wrapped around his body. Snarling, he snapped his head toward their source to find Stephen, his arms outstretched, controlling the magical tendrils. With his free hand, Stephen conjured a portal beneath Kaito, teleporting him farther away to safety.

Wanda seized the opportunity, summoning a barrage of Chaos Orbs and launching them at Vetto.

The scarlet explosions engulfed him in a fiery plume. When the smoke cleared, Vetto stood clad in his Rhinoceros Armor, but it was visibly damaged—cracks spiderwebbed across it, and three gaping holes pierced his arm, torso, and leg.

Yet, despite his injuries, Vetto appeared unfazed. He flexed his arm, and with a burst of beastly strength, shattered the Eldritch whips binding him. Seizing a handful of the broken strands, he yanked Stephen toward him, lifting him off his feet effortlessly.

"This isn't good," Stephen muttered under his breath.

[Beast Magic: Bear Claw!]

As Stephen was pulled close, Vetto slashed across his chest with devastating force. Blood sprayed across the battlefield as Stephen had a mouthful of blood tainting his chin, his wounds deep and his breath ragged. A crimson pool began to form beneath him.

"STEPHEN!" the others screamed in unison, their voices filled with rage and worry.

Wanda's mind spiraled into chaos, dark thoughts flickering at the edge of her consciousness. Her rage threatened to consume her, and her magic began to surge dangerously, teetering on the brink of cataclysm.

But before she could act, a new magical aura flared to life, raw and unrestrained. Everyone turned to see Noelle standing alongside Kohono, her expression shadowed by fury. Noelle's mana blazed like an inferno, rising so high it licked the ceiling above her.

Her wand was aimed at Vetto, her voice cold and resolute. "Sea Dragon's Roar…"

She had her wand pointed towards Vetto and before she unleashed her spell, A velvet thread appeared wrapped itself around Stephen's waist and pulled him away from Noelle's attack range. 

Everyone had a surprised expression as they looked towards Noelle, Yami was even smiling faintly despite the situation, 'So this is her unrestrained power…'

[Water Creation Magic: Sea Dragon's Roar]

A massive dragon's head, slightly larger than Noelle herself, materialized beside her. With a flick of her wand, the dragon lunged at Vetto with breathtaking speed.

"HAHAHA!" Vetto laughed, seemingly unfazed. "You must be a royal to wield this much magic!"

But his confidence shattered as the dragon's jaws closed on him with devastating force. His entire left side—arm, leg, and shoulder—was consumed, leaving him balancing precariously on one leg.

Staring down at his dismembered body, Vetto's laughter ceased, his expression stunned for the first time.

Meanwhile Stephen had landed right beside Vanessa, she looked at him with a complicated look, "Hey handsome, you don't look so good" 

Stephen had a faint smile, "What are you talking about?" He chuckled, "I've never been better." 

"Seeing as you have time to joke around with such a serious looking wound, I take it I don't need to worry?" Vanessa asked, looking at him with concern.

"Nah, I don't mean to toot my own horn but I'm like the world's best healer, the moment you have to start worrying about me is the day you all better start praying. They Don't call me Dr. Strange for nothing" Stephen said playful as he sat on the ground in a lotus formation. 

Vanessa scoffed, "Alright Dr. Strange~, just get yourself patched up already you're losing a lot of blood"

Stephen raised a trembling finger. Closing his eyes, he murmured an incantation in Arabic.

[Arcane Magic: Gorgerell Self-Healing Spell]

A green aura enveloped him, knitting his wounds together at an incredible speed. As the spell worked its magic, Stephen sighed in relief.

Suddenly, Vetto let out a bone-chilling roar. His eyes widened as flashes of memory overwhelmed him—visions of his past life as an elf. A third eye opened in the center of his forehead, radiating ominous energy.

"KAHAHAHA! I must say, humans, I'm impressed," Vetto sneered, his voice thick with malice. "You've managed to draw me out!"

The air grew heavier as an overwhelming magical force emanated from him. Even Stephen paused, his healing spell still active, his eyes narrowing with unease.

Vetto began to chant in a foreign tongue, his voice dripping with ancient power. "Mythical Beast Magic… ⌿⊑⍜⟒⋏⟟⌖ ⎐⟟⏁⏃⌰ ⌇⎍⍀☌⟒."

A glowing magic circle formed where his missing limbs had been. In an instant, his arm and leg regrew as if they'd never been severed. His previous wounds disappeared entirely, and his aura surged, stronger than ever before.

Vetto grinned savagely, his restored body radiating unrestrained power. "Ready for round two?" he asked, his voice thick with bloodlust.
