Watching from the side, Kushina couldn't help but feel a pang of envy. Her beautiful violet eyes shimmered with longing as she gazed at her son.

Minato, noticing her expression, smiled and reassured her. "Don't worry, once you're resurrected, I'll make sure you're even stronger."

Kushina's eyes widened in shock. "Wait… I can be resurrected too?!"

Minato nodded.

For a moment, she was speechless. Then, in an uncharacteristic display of joy, she jumped up excitedly, her red hair swaying.

Minato chuckled at her reaction before turning his attention to the massive figure of the Nine-Tails, still lying on the ground. His voice was calm but firm.

"Kyuubi, lending your power to Naruto won't be a loss for you. And besides…" His expression darkened slightly. "You wouldn't want to be controlled by Uchiha Madara again, would you?"

The Nine-Tails' massive red eyes narrowed. A visible shiver ran through its body. "What… what did you just say?!"

Minato's smile was knowing. "I said, Madara isn't dead."

Silence.

The Nine-Tails' body trembled. The memories of that man's oppressive control, the chains of the Sharingan, the suffocating loss of free will—it all came rushing back.

Minato took advantage of the beast's shaken state and continued, his tone light but unmistakably commanding.

"From now on, you'll be supplying chakra to Kushina as well. Any issues with that?"

Kyuubi swallowed its pride instantly. "No problem!"

Minato smirked. "Good."

Then, as if offering an olive branch, he added, "I'm not some heartless capitalist who only exploits others." His tone became almost teasing. "When the time comes, I'll even let you out. Grant you true freedom."

At that, Kyuubi's ears perked up. Its massive head lifted slightly. "Freedom? Are you serious?!"

"Would I lie to you?" Minato replied smoothly.

The Nine-Tails studied him for a moment, then hastily nodded. "Alright, alright! I'll cooperate!"

Just then, a familiar voice rang in Minato's mind.

Minato's lips curled into a smirk. ***"Of course! Sign in."***

Minato raised an eyebrow. "Special reward?"

In his hand, a glowing humanoid-shaped card materialized.

***"Would you like to use it?"***

Minato narrowed his eyes. "Not yet. I'll check it after we leave this space."

With the chakra transfer completed, Kushina's body shimmered slightly, her form becoming more solid. But it was time for her to rest again.

"Kushina," Minato said softly, "I have to go now."

Naruto, realizing what was happening, quickly waved. "Bye, Mom! I'll come see you when I can!"

Kushina smiled warmly, her violet eyes filled with motherly affection. "Take care, Naruto."

She then turned to Minato. "And you, don't forget your promise."

Minato nodded.

As Kushina faded back into the seal, the Nine-Tails let out a low grumble. "Hmph. If it weren't for my chakra, she'd have disappeared long ago."

But the moment it sensed Minato's gaze, it quickly added, "Not that I mind, of course!"

Minato merely chuckled before he and Naruto exited the sealed space.

Across from them, Sasuke and Sakura looked at them in confusion.

Sakura was the first to speak. "Fourth Hokage, what just happened? You both zoned out for a while."

Minato waved them off casually. "Nothing much. Just went to visit an old friend."

His dismissive tone made it clear the conversation was over. With no other choice, the two left the office alongside Naruto.

As the door clicked shut, Minato's warm expression vanished, replaced by an unreadable coldness. His blue eyes gleamed with something sharp—something dangerous.
