Chapter 1266: Seven Stars Seven Tribulation Formation

The Spirit Thistle World sent 2 of their 3 fourth tier True Immortals at once, and the only one left behind was an Elysium True Immortal.

Hua Yu first brought Shang Xia and Kou Chongxue along as they regrouped with the True Immortals of the Spirit Thistle World.

The True Immortals of the Spirit Thistle World had gathered together and they were taking turns to head out of the heavenly screen to fight back against the True Immortals of the powerful Spirit Mammoth World and Spirit Abundance World.

Because the situation was too urgent, both sides didn’t exchange too many formalities when True Immortal Qu Guan described his battle plan.

There was no way to craft an intricate plan. The gist of it was that the high-level True Immortals of the Spirit Thistle World would draw over as many experts as possible, and Shang Xia would be their hidden trump card to swoop in at the end with his tyrannical strength and deal a devastating blow to the enemy while they were caught off guard. He would also pave the way for the high-level True Immortals of the Spirit Thistle World to retreat back into the Spirit Tinkle World.

Soon after, several other True Immortals of the second and third tier, including Kou Chongxue, rushed out to make the situation even more chaotic.

One had a powerful defensive might while the other could change the condition of the battlefield and restrain the enemy. They would be pretty effective against non-high-level True Immortals.

The next second, powerful energy of the stars descended and Shang Xia was no stranger to it. He experienced the might of the energy when he was in the prison beneath the Star Observatory, and he knew that it was a type of Seventh Order energy that contained horrifying might.

“Someone’s using Seventh Order energy?!” Shang Xia thought to himself, but he was still able to maintain a calm expression.

He was clear that the energy didn’t come from a Seventh Order expert. Instead, it was definitely produced by some sort of formation or outside assistance.

His first thought was the Star Origin Guards!

After killing Tian Moran and hearing information from many other sources, he was sure that the Star Origin Guards had suffered heavy losses. However, that didn’t mean that everyone wearing a Star Robe had been killed. From the power of the stars that had arrived, he could tell that the Star Origin Guards definitely had elite experts who were still in the fight.

Seeing how they were able to utilize Seventh Order energy, they had to have deployed their grand battle formation again...

“Seven Stars Seven Tribulation Formation... Tong Yutang, I didn’t think that you would actually be able to fully deploy it!” A tyrannical roar came from the void, and despite its twisted tone, everyone could hear it clearly.

“What is the Seven Star Seven Tribulation Formation?” Shang Xia frowned as he thought to himself. However, it was clear there was no one to clear his doubts at that point.

It was also then when a boundless stream of starlight filled the void above the heavenly screen of the Spirit Tinkle World. The mighty spatial fluctuations that were caused by the battles couldn’t affect it in the slightest as everything returned to its original calm. The region of chaos also started to clear up.

Shang Xia took the opportunity to look at his surroundings and quickly noticed that in the void around 10,000 or so miles away, 7 True Immortals were gathered under Tong Yutang’s lead and had taken up their positions. They were linked by the power of the stars and it looked as though they had deployed a battle formation while accepting the power of the stars that was coming from the depths of space.

Among them, Shang Xia recognized a good half of those a part of the formation. Other than Tong Yutang who was in the lead, there was Dou Jie who came to the Spirit Tinkle World with Shang Xia, He Yingrui, Liu Jiuzhen, and Xing Xingtian.

Shang Xia didn’t recognize the other 2, but he could guess that they should be the other True Immortals in the Star Origin Lord Manor who went to stop the Spirit Thistle World. That meant that one of them was the fourth Star Origin Guards Commander who had been succeeded by Zhuge Xiang in the past, and was a fifth tier True Immortal in the Returning to the Origin Realm!

Shang Xia didn’t know how the last one was, but his cultivation was probably comparable to the former Guards Commander. That would mean that he was also in the fifth tier!

The frightening strength revealed by the Spirit Mammoth World and Spirit Abundance World was finally revealed to the various worlds, and their foundations were not to be underestimated!

When the Spirit Abundance World was forced back by the Spirit Luxuriant World, it seemed as though they hadn’t even used a tenth of their true strength.
