So I'm John Lawrence's son

Chapter 27: Chapter 27: Waves and Conflicts

The afternoon sun painted the sky in vibrant shades of orange and pink as Jack and Demetri walked along the beach. The soft sand gave way beneath his feet, and the rhythm of the waves created a relaxing melody.

"Man, I don't get it," Demetri blurted, his voice thick with frustration. "Yasmin completely ignores me. It's like I don't exist."

Jack watched his friend, understanding his frustration. "I know how it is, Demetri. Girls can be complicated."

"I try to be nice, kind, funny...", Demetri continued, "but it's no use. She only has eyes for those muscular and popular guys. Maybe I should start training to change a little", Demetri said, clenching his fists with unusual determination.

Jack smirked, impressed by his friend's sudden determination. "You're right, man. You should train a little, you know? Girls like stronger guys who show dominance," Jack said, remembering the advice he had received from Johnny. "Remember, never be dominated by a girl. It takes away all the shine she would have for you. And don't be a wimp either. When you feel like things are going well, go for it right away. Don't wait for someone to get in front of you and steal her away..."

"Man, I don't think I could do something like that, haha," Demetri replied, laughing nervously. "I don't have any charisma stats leveled with girls. Maybe I leveled my gaming skills too much and forgot to level charisma."

Jack laughed at his friend's self-deprecation. Jack's experiences with girls had always been one-sided, coming from the girls' side. He'd only kissed and made out with Moon so far, and no other girl had seemed to care enough to hit on him, except Sam, who he'd let slip out of his own insecurity. What he said to Demetri now was what he thought was right, based on his own experiences and observations.

"Speaking of girls...", Demitri began, changing the subject, "didn't you have another friend? That blonde that Eli and I used to talk about back then, the one who fights with everyone, is cheeky and hot... what happened to her?"

"Tory?" Demetri asked, surprised by the memory.

"Yeah, that's right, the blonde who was always with you on the roof," Jack confirmed. "The guys always thought you two were together making out, haha."

"She's busy with her work," Jack replied, feeling a pang of longing. "She has a lot of responsibilities: working, taking care of the house and going to school is not for everyone."

Demetri nodded, understanding. "I see. But man, listen, have you seen the new game that's coming out? Elden Ring! I can't wait to play it!"

Jack laughed, Demitri changing the subject out of nowhere once again. "I didn't know about this new game, I'll look into it."

He looked at Demetri, grateful for his friendship and support. He might be a little weird, but that was okay, everyone was a little weird in their own way. Jack wasn't alone on this journey. He had his friends, he had Cobra Kai, and he had himself.

Meanwhile, Sam was fighting her own demons. The guilt of hurting Jack was eating away at her, and the uncertainty about her feelings was making her confused. She watched Moon and Jack on social media, her heart aching. They seemed happy, and Sam wondered if she had made a mistake by giving in to Robby's kiss. Her feelings were confused, she needed to talk to Jack to find out what had happened, if he felt anything for her, before deciding what to do from now on. Robby was a nice boy and treated her very well, she liked him, but her feelings for Jack were stronger. She needed to confirm things first...

Robby, meanwhile, was consumed by rage and jealousy. He trained obsessively, determined to prove his worth and win Sam over completely. The shadow of Jack Sullivan loomed over him, fueling his insecurity and frustration.

At the Cobra Kai dojo, Johnny Lawrence watched Jack closely. He saw in the boy incredible potential, a raw strength that needed to be honed. Johnny dedicated himself to teaching Jack, guiding him through the paths of karate and discipline.

Kreese, also the new sensei of Cobra Kai, saw in Jack a phenomenal student with potential that had not yet been polished.

Unbeknownst to either dojo, the rivalry between Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Do intensified every day, creating an atmosphere of tension and anticipation.
