Chapter 2: Chapter 1
It had been months since Marshall started living in Delaware. He had found a "house" and got a little job to be able to offer himself the very bare minimum. And it was enough for him. All he needs were somewhere to stay, foods and a couple of outfit.
As he navigated the new town, Marshall began to develop an unhealthy obsession with a specific target, whom he would soon make his next victim, waiting for the moment to strike.
Meanwhile, the residents of the town were blissfully unaware of the danger that had slipped through the cracks and into their midst. They carried on with their ordinary lives, completely ignorant of the fact that a serial killer had infiltrated their community, charming them with his manipulative personality, while secretly plotting their impending doom.
They continued to live their daily lives, unaware of the dark presence that was lurking among them. Little did they know that the tranquility of their town was about to be shattered by a twisted and cold-blooded killer.
As Marshall carefully studied his target, he bided his time, waiting for the perfect opportunity to carry out his sinister plan.
While the hunt for he was ongoing, he became more cunning and manipulative. He carefully planned his next move, waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike. The innocent denizens of Delaware had no idea what was coming their way, as the menace they unwittingly harbored continued to evade capture.
With his manipulative skills, charm, and intelligence, Marshall meticulously planned every detail of his attack. The unsuspecting victim had no idea they had become the target of a dangerous psychopath, a man determined to satisfy his twisted desires.
Despite his attempts to conceal his true nature, there were subtle signs that revealed the darkness within. His eyes glinted with a sinister gleam, his smiles were tinged with a hint of malevolence, and his calm demeanor belied a hidden violence that simmered just beneath the surface.
With each passing day, his obsession for blood grew stronger, fueling his dark desires and driving him closer to the brink of uncontrollable violence. The urge to kill became increasingly difficult to resist.
The days turned into weeks, as Marshall patiently observed his victim's routine, habits, and every detail of their life. He was a predator preparing to pounce on his prey at the right moment.
He finally decided to strike. He waited patiently across the bar were she usually comes while sipping on a whiskey as his piercing eyes scanned the room. After few minutes, he spotted her. It was the girl he had been eyeing for weeks, the one with no close family.
He observed her from afar, admiring her every move. The way she laughed, the way her hair swayed gently as she talked. He knew her routine, her habits, and her vulnerabilities like the back of his hand. He took a step closer, a charming smile playing on his lips.
He approached her, his footsteps silent yet confident, and leaned against the bar beside her.
__Marshall: "Having a good night?"
He asked, his voice smooth as silk
The girl looked up, her eyes widening slightly at the sight of him.
__The girl: "Oh, yeah, it's been alright,"
She replied, a hint of nervousness in her voice. But her guard was slowly lowering, lulled into a false sense of security by his charming demeanor.
Marshall chuckled, noticing her slight discomfort.
__Marshall: "You look a bit tense. Let me get you another drink," he said, gesturing to the bartender. He ordered another round, his gaze never leaving her face.
She raised an eyebrow but accepted the offer, her guard slowly dropping. She took a sip of her drink, letting it warm her up and relax her nerves.
_The girl: "So, what brings you here tonight?" she asked, curiosity getting the best of her.
Marshall took a sip of his own drink before answering, his eyes studying her intently.
__Marshall: "Just looking for some company," he said, his voice lowering to a sultry tone. "And I've been watching you all night. You caught my eye.
The girl blushed at his words, a mix of flattery and nervousness coursing through her.
__The girl: "Oh, really?" she said, trying to sound casual. "And why's that?"
Marshall leaned in closer, his eyes glimmering in the dim light.
__Marshall: "You're different," he said, his voice dropping to a whisper. There's something about you that I can't quite put my finger on…but it's intriguing."
He reached out and gently touched her arm, his fingers lingering on her skin for a second longer than necessary, his words dripped with charisma, designed to lower her defences further.
__The girl: "You can't just go around saying things like that," she replied, trying to maintain her composure, though her voice was slightly breathless.
She shivered at his touch, feeling a jolt of electricity coursing through her body.
__Marshall: "Why not? I'm just being honest. A beautiful woman like you deserves to be admired."
He was building a false sense of intimacy between them while, his mind was plotting something far more sinister.
The girl blushed darker at his compliment. No one had ever spoken to her like that before. Her defenses were slowly crumbling, her mind clouded by the mixture of alcohol and his smooth talk.
He found himself completely drawn to her. She was exactly his type, vulnerable and alone, just like he liked them.
He shifted closer, his body pressing against hers. He reached up and gently tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, his fingers trailing down her jawline.
The girl's breath hitched in her throat, her eyes locked on his. She could feel the heat radiating off him, the intensity in his gaze. She suddenly felt very small and vulnerable under his watchful eye, but she found herself unable to pull away.
Marshall's hand found its way to her waist, pulling her closer. His lips hovered millimeters away from her ear, and he whispered,
__Marshall: "Let's get out of here." his voice was seductive and commanding, sending shivers down her spine.
The girl's body responded instinctively to his words, and she found herself nodding in agreement. She let him lead her away from the crowded bar, her heart racing and her mind cloudy with desire.
Marshall linked his fingers with hers, leading her down the dark streets. His grip was firm, yet gentle, guiding her through the alleys like a predator herding its prey. She followed silently, her body yearning for his touch, her mind too clouded to question their destination.
