Lunch passed with more small talk and then we went back to our home classroom. Unlike at UA, the students changed classrooms for each subject, rather than each teacher coming to our homeroom to teach. It saved time and effort for the teachers and stopped the students from being lazy and sitting in the same classroom for half of the day.

Izuku agreed with me that it was a better system, because it let us become familiar with the school faster and we also met with and mingled with more of the other students.

Miss Aiga was a vocal speaker and her quirk, Learned, let her teach and disseminate information quickly to people that wanted to learn from her. By the end of the afternoon lecture, both Izuku and I had a crush on her. As if she suspected something, she asked us to stay behind for a brief consultation.

“We'll wait by the front doors for you.” Ming said before she left with the others.

“Shut the door.” Miss Aiga said as she went to the front of her desk and partially sat on the edge.

I closed the door and then Izuku and I sat down on the chairs right in front of her desk.

“We aren't going to have a problem with each other, are we?” She asked us.

I glanced at Izuku and he glanced at me. “Do you want to tell her or should I?”

“You mostly screw up talking to girls, so I'll do it.” Izuku said with a smirk.

“Ass.” I said and whacked his arm.

“Miss Aiga, Connor and I are highly intelligent.” Izuku said.

“The principal shared your test scores from your middle school and UA with me.” Miss Aiga said and crossed her arms as she leaned her weight on her desk behind her.

“No, those are only numerical scores that the school board uses to measure a student's retention rate. It doesn't measure actual intelligence.” Izuku clarified for her and her eyes widened. “We found the UA written exam extremely easy.”

Miss Aiga's mouth opened slightly in shock. “Not just easy... extremely easy.”

Izuku nodded, as did I. “In a world where we have to self study to stop from being bored in class, your quirk is something that the both of us find very desirable.”

Miss Aiga's face flushed red as she blushed. “You're right about me misunderstanding. The looks I saw on your faces wasn't boredom.”

“Of course not. We were trying our best to stop you from seeing how much we enjoyed listening to you.” Izuku said and her blush intensified. “We apologize if that makes you uncomfortable.”

“It's not that. I'm used to students having a crush on me.” Miss Aiga admitted and nodded at herself. She had a curvy body and long sensuous legs. Her long black hair hung down to her mid back and her face was very pretty. “Having them interested in just my quirk is another matter.”

“I find smart women incredibly sexy.” Izuku said. “Like I told the class, I'm dating a genius in the support course.”

“She's also gorgeous and can make a pen into a missile launcher.” I said with a laugh. “That's not a joke. A one shot and kablooie finger-sized missile this big.” I held up my hands six inches apart. “She blew a hole in Izuku's bedroom wall a foot wide. His mother's shocked face on the other side was priceless!”

Miss Aiga laughed and her face almost lit up.

“I don't have a girlfriend yet; but, I have one prospect...”

“Two.” Izuku said. “Ming looks a lot like Tougi, just without the angry expression and a different hair style.”

I gave him a stern look and he shrugged. “Anyway, we don't want you to think we're going to jump you or ravage your virtue.”

Miss Aiga gave us a look that neither of us could read. “As long as you don't openly show how... enamoured you are of my skills... I'll try to not call you both out on it.”

“That's all we can ask.” Izuku said and I nodded agreement.

“Then get going. Those girls won't wait very long for you.” Miss Aiga said and we stood up.

“Thank you, Miss Aiga.” We said and bowed to her, then left the room.

Miss Aiga watched her two newest students leave and shivered. She felt so horny after learning that both boys wanted her for her quirk and not her body. She had always thought the mind was sexier than a physical body, despite her efforts to keep herself fit, and now she had two very intelligent young men in her classroom and they wanted the knowledge in her head.

She shivered at the thought and couldn't ignore her instincts. She ran to the door, opened it and slipped out, and followed the two young men down the hallway and the stairs.

“How long do we wait before we ask for accelerated lessons?” Connor asked when they were far enough away to not be heard, or so he thought.

“A week. It depends on where in the curriculum the other students are. She has a lot of different minds to entice.” Izuku said.

“Right. Her ability must equalize understanding among everyone.” Connor said. “I wonder if it was just us in the room and learning from her, would her ability average between just us and then increase her quirk's usage because our retention is so high?”

“Hmm. That's a good question.” Izuku said. “Do you want to do the math probabilities tonight after dinner?”

“You're on!” Connor said and they fist bumped. “If it works out like we hope and she agrees, maybe we can offer to help the others out and bring the whole class up to a higher average.”

“I like it. She might also agree faster if we offer that condition first.” Izuku said.

“Good point! We'll wait the week and then ask for a meeting to discuss it.” Connor said and they went out the front doors.

Miss Aiga slumped against the staircase wall and held onto the railing. Oh, my god. Oh... my... god!

“Miss Aiga? Are you all right?” A man's voice asked and she looked up to see the principal at the top of the stairs.

“I'm fine. I just... slipped... on the last stair.”

“I'm glad you're okay.” The principal said and came down the stairs to where she stood. “I was actually coming to see you about the two new students.”

“You just missed them.” Miss Aiga said and stood up straight.

The principal chuckled. “I wanted your opinion of them, actually. Will they be a good fit for your class?”

Miss Aiga couldn't stop her smile. “I think they are going to be a perfect fit.”

“That's great to hear!” The principal said, pleased. “Let me know if there's anything extra you need for your class and I'll see what I can do for you.”

Miss Aiga nodded and watched the principal walk away. How about a wall display and a bed for relaxing on as I teach them everything I know? She asked in her head, blushed at the thought of sharing a bed with two young men, then she carefully walked back to her classroom on shaky legs to get the purse that she had forgotten in her haste.

After a quick shopping trip and a change of clothes into the Shiketsu uniform, Izuku and I were led to Ming's house to meet her mother.

The woman let out a shriek of surprise and then fainted.

“I didn't expect her to do that.” Ming said and stared at her mother on the floor. “How embarrassing.”

Her friend burst out laughing and I had to look away before I laughed, too.

“Help me with her.” Ming eventually said and we placed her mother on the living room couch and waited for her to wake up.

“I'll grab us some snacks.” Saida said and left to go to the kitchen.

“Thanks, Saida.” Ming said and pet her mother's head.

“How long?” I whispered to Izuku.

“No tendency or history of fainting, so eight minutes is the average.” Izuku whispered back. “If she had the history, five minutes.”

“I still think it's cool you know all this stuff.” I said.

“You'd know it too if you wanted to.”

“I'd rather have my best friend help me instead, thanks.” I said with a smirk.

“Jerk.” Izuku said and smirked back.

“Here you go.” Saida said and put a bowl of potato chips and cans of soda on the coffee table.

“Thank you.” Both Izuku and I said and accepted the drinks.

Ming's mother woke up when predicted and we all explained that Ming really did go to Shiketsu Academy and we were her classmates. She reached out for us and patted us all over, as if she was a blind woman and wanted to make sure we were real.

“Mom!” Ming gasped. “Stop mauling them!”

“I can't believe they're really real.” Her mother whispered. “The stars of UA kicked out for no reason!”

“Is that what they're running as a headline now?” I asked and Izuku checked his phone.

“Yes... and... whoa, your mom somehow got her hands on the footage from the exam!” Izuku exclaimed and showed me.

“Oh, everyone's going to be pissed at UA's teacher policies now!” I said and laughed. “I was going to stop and get my mom chocolates and flowers...”

“Belgian and roses.” Izuku said. “She deserves it.”

“She sure does.” I agreed and we all watched the uncensored footage of our exam.

When it was done, Ming stood up and gave me a very odd look. Before I could ask what she was doing, she pushed me down onto the couch and stared into my eyes.

“You're allowed to go on one date with that other girl. After that, you're mine.”

“But...”

“I'm not taking no for an answer.” Ming said and her hand was engulfed in a green fire. “If you don't want to go steady right away, that's fine. I can date for a while.” She said and the fire intensified. “You'll come to see that I'm worth it.”

I was tempted to tell her she already was, except I knew that she wouldn't want me to lie. We would have to get to know each other first before making any kind of commitment.

“You know, bullying a guy won't make him like you more.” Her mother said.

“We'll see.” Ming said and the fire flamed away into nothing as she grabbed my shoulder and tried to move me. She couldn't. “Ugh! What are you made of?”

“Solid muscle.” I said and stood up.

“What's your quirk, anyway?” Ming asked.

“Molecular density.”

Ming raised her eyebrows. “Wait, what? How did you...”

“It's a body enhancement and a passive quirk. As I grow up and train harder and harder, my density increases. I'm getting very close to superhuman strength and speed, too.”

“Wow, really?” Ming asked, surprised.

“Izuku's on the power side of things. As he trains and gets stronger, he can use more power to get stronger and faster.” I said and Izuku nodded.

“We're pretty equal in terms of overall performance.” Izuku said.

“And you already have a girlfriend.” Saida sighed.

“Yeah, sorry.” Izuku said. “I love her, too.”

“He really does and she knows it.” I said and pat his shoulder. “We need to go if we're going to catch the train back before we have to wait an hour for the next one.”

“Where are you headed?” Ming asked.

“All the way over to the Mustafu Ward.” Izuku said and stood as well.

“That's almost an hour and a half each way!” Ming said, surprised.

“It's worth the extra time to stick it to UA.” I said and she smiled. “Plus, we can do our morning workouts on the train coming here.”

“Not going back?” Saida asked.

“No, we have late nights scheduled for that.” Izuku said and walked over to the door. “Thank you for inviting us into your home.” He said and bowed.

“You're supposed to wait for me to do that.” I sighed and looked at Ming and her mother as I bowed. “I was honored to meet you both. Please excuse our abrupt departure.”

Ming looked like she was trying not to laugh and her mother looked like she wanted to adopt me right there.

“See you tomorrow.” Izuku said and waved at the two girls.

We left the house and jogged to the closest train station.

“Not being able to use our quirks in public sucks.” I said as we weaved around people and through traffic when the lights allowed it.

“If the syllabus is right, we'll have agency offers after the sports festival in six months.” Izuku said.

“I hope they do the gauntlet race first this time.” I said as we came to the stairs and climbed up to get to the train's level.

“The pairings were really off last time, weren't they?” Izuku asked.

“It was a mess! They didn't know what quirks worked well together and matched up randomly.” I laughed. “I know that team ups with other heroes happen in real life; but, at least ask what your partner can use before going into an event!”

Izuku laughed, too.

We rode the train home after a couple stops and got an earful from Izuku's mom, Inko. She warned us about doing stuff like that and then about some members of the press trying to make us out to be delinquents when they dug up our old middle school records.

My mom wasn't surprised by this attack and countered with reports lumping those press people in with the teachers, heroes, and police that are repressing gifted children that are ignored by the current system.

It was a circus and I loved it!

“I better get home.” I said and kissed Inko's cheek to make her blush and fist-bumped Izuku before I left at a run. It didn't take me long to get home, thanks to me not forcing myself to run at a normal pace.

“I saw that.” Lois said from the living room as I came into the house.

“I wasn't using my quirk.” I said with a sly smile and she shook her head.

“Come here and sit down.” Lois said and sat on the couch.

I went over to her, opened my backpack and pulled out the large box of expensive chocolates.

“C-Connor! Wh-what... w-why...” Lois stammered as I handed them to her.

“I got you flowers, too.” I said and pulled out the bouquet. “Thank you for doing such a great job today.”

“But, I... I was only...”

“...doing your best to protect your idiot son after he mouthed off to a teacher.” I said with a smile.

Lois looked up from the red roses and saw my face. “You're not an idiot.”

“Izuku disagrees after we met a couple girls at the train station this morning.” I said and sat beside her. I explained about what happened and I could tell she was trying to not laugh. “Go ahead. Izuku and I laughed about it afterwards.”

Lois barked a laugh and hugged me. “My poor boy! The victim of a girl's charm!”

“My shoe does not taste good, no matter how many times I taste it.”

Lois laughed and leaned back. “So, you have a date with her tomorrow?”

I nodded. “When I stupidly said I had no idea what I was doing, she told me she likes udon and meat skewers.”

“Smart of her.” Lois said. “Now, tell me about Shiketsu.”

I filled her in on the atmosphere and the difference in both the teachers and the students.

“Wait, they don't limit the hero students?” Lois asked, surprised.

“Nope. We're in the sixth class and there's only twelve of us.”

“Well, that's... not what I thought it would be like.”

“Me, either. Izuku and I like our homeroom teacher, too.”

“Let me guess, she's a hot school teacher with a Lure quirk.” Lois said, clearly amused.

“Close! She has a quirk called Learner.” I said and explained it.

“Oh, my.” Lois said and gave me a concerned look. “You have a crush on her, don't you?”

“Yeah.” I admitted. “She's like the perfect academic match for Izuku and I. In fact, we have a plan to...”

“You better not tell me to seduce her!” Lois interrupted me.

I snorted a laugh. “Good god, no! We want to get her to teach us accelerated course material and we'll trade it for helping the rest of the class get better grades.”

Lois sighed in relief.

“Mom, don't worry. We won't let anyone take advantage of us.”

Lois nodded and let me out of the hug. “Did you eat at Inko's?”

“Yeah.” I said and stood. “I've got to get my upgrade installed into my modified backpack for my workout, so I'll see you later.”

“Have fun.” Lois said and I went to the stairs before I looked back to see her caressing the box of chocolates and then smelling the roses.

I walked up the stairs and was about to shut my door when I heard her speak in a whisper.

“You're such a good boy, Connor. I love you so much.”

I closed my door and stood there and thought about what her life has been like. After she lost Dad, her life has been nothing but taking care of me and working. She worked so hard to provide for me and I almost threw my hero career away over an argument with an opinionated teacher.

I took a deep breath and let it out. “I'll prove to you that I'm worth the effort, Mom. I swear.”

I looked at the backpack that Mei made for me and went to it to make the upgrade and adjustments it needed to keep functioning for me. I was going to need it if I wanted to catch up to Izuku's progress.
