Chapter 2: Chapter 2: New skill
Warning: At the beginning of each world, they use the original plot a lot, but as the events unfold, I will shape my own story. Creating variations of the events and even creating totally new things.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
"Congratulations! Now that you've completed your challenge, our benevolent and great God will reward you. Just like me! So close your eyes and connect with God."
With eyes glowing an eerie purple, Renji looked towards the door, communicating with something hidden in the hallway. Soon, a few zombies entered the classroom, heading straight for Misuzu, ignoring Renji. "Here's your reward," Renji said as the zombie attacked Misuzu.
"My lamb! Start devouring from the feet. We must greatly reward, cleansing cancer among humans from the face of this earth, leaving only the chosen ones."
With his command, the zombie that had bitten Misuzu's collarbone dropped her shoulder, pouncing on her thin legs and tearing off large chunks of flesh with each bite. Misuzu screamed desperately, wishing she had been the one killed in the challenge. Overpowered by the zombie, she was at its mercy. As the zombie began to devour her legs, she would be eaten alive until she, too, turned into a zombie.
As he stood back to admire his handiwork, reveling in his newfound ability to command the zombies – a power he'd gained from consuming his first zombie – he spotted his true targets through the window: Saeko Busujima and Sizuka-sensei. The first was a woman whose quirks intrigued him and was a crucial piece of his puzzle.
With one last glance at his gruesome masterpiece, he leaped from the window and gave chase. But a blood-curdling scream pierced the air, and he chuckled. "Typical," he thought. "The protagonists always have to be so loud. As if they're afraid the zombies won't hear them." He quickened his pace, surprising the women as he darted past them toward the source of the scream: the room where Saya Takagi was.
He couldn't help but recall how this whole situation could have been avoided. If only Saya hadn't felt the need to criticize Kohta for being lazy, or if she'd kept her voice down, none of this would be happening. But now, he had more important things to focus on in his plan.
As he passed them, Renkji stealthily slowed down so they would follow. Reaching the trophy room, slightly ahead of the protagonist's duo and Saeko's duo, he burst into the room, utilizing the martial arts knowledge bestowed upon him by his God, combined with his body, which had been perfected to be the pinnacle of humanity. He brutally attacked the first zombie with his bare fists.
Landing a powerful punch to the zombie's jaw, he subsequently pulled a hammer hidden on his back and smashed the side of the zombie's head. Having finished it off, he moved on to the next, crushing the front of its skull. To make his fight even more thrilling, he commanded a zombie to attack him from behind, only for him to hit it in the stomach with a kick, causing it to double over. Then, he abandoned his hammer, which was still embedded in the other zombie's skull, and delivered a blow, imitating a hammer with his fist, crushing the back of the zombie's skull.
After smashing the skull of the last zombie, he spoke to the group that was originally supposed to save the day and said: "Are you just going to stand there and watch?" With his words, the others snapped back to their senses, eliminating the other zombies quickly.

At the end of the battle, just like in the original story, the group introduced themselves, causing Saya to burst into tears. Honestly, even knowing through his God that this world was real and that the protagonist's group enjoyed a certain level of protection, he couldn't help but find her behavior ridiculous. Damn, the girl had confirmed that zombies were attracted to sound, but she couldn't stop making loud noises.
After she calmed down, the group entered the teachers' room, and in a miraculous moment, they had the bright idea to block the door. The protagonist's group was so intelligent that he wouldn't be surprised if they hadn't thought of that and, on top of it, had turned the sound up to maximum volume (which isn't so different from them shouting all the time).
"Looks like everyone's out of breath. Let's rest a little." Saeko said as Kohta went to talk to Saya who was washing her face at the sink. He looked like an idiot after seeing Saya wearing glasses.
"Marikawa-sensei, where are the car keys?" Takashi asked, but while Sizuka said they were in her bag, Saeko commented that a car wouldn't be big enough for everyone and asked if the keys to the minibus used for outdoor games were in the teachers' room.
Right after Sizuka asked where they were going, Takashi, like a good protagonist, replied: "Let's make sure our families are okay."
"Starting with the one who lives closest to the school."
"If you're worried about them, we can take them with us. After that, we can find a safe place and..." However, before he could finish speaking, Rei saw a news reporter on TV saying that the defense forces were dealing with the attacks that were occurring, but as she was speaking, some bodies that were on stretchers came back to life, causing the police to shoot at them, creating chaos at the scene, and causing the transmission to be interrupted.
Once the street broadcasts were cut, the news reported that the situation outside was dire, urging people to stay indoors unless absolutely necessary. But they were lying! A zombie apocalypse was underway, and they were trying to prevent widespread panic.
Again, as if his brain had taken a vacation, the protagonist slammed his fist on the table. It wasn't like it mattered since Saeko had cranked up the TV, but the teachers' lounge was a good place to deal with any zombies attracted by the noise. He was furious that the authorities were keeping the truth from the public.
'Because of what just happened!' Saya explained. 'Fear breeds chaos, which leads to anarchy. How could the government handle zombies in a state of anarchy?'"
