SCION THE PROTECTOR

In the underground Lab, Ziran the AI following Lauin's directive opens up information on two people, these are mutants whose locations he is currently tracking down.

The first person he places his attention on is former X-man now heir to Worthington labs Warren Worthington the retired hero formerly known as Archangel, after the thing with Apocalypse Warren went on vacation from hero work.

This led him back to his father's company and he unfortunately discovers that his father had passed away in the tragic events following the Apocalypse invasion of the planet, following that he inherited his father's company and did hoe best to honor his father's legacy.

Although the two of them never got along, it doesn't change the fact that they were still family, they could hate each other when his father was alive but now that he was gone, Warren had to keep his father's dream alive.

The second mutant on his list was Remy Labeau commonly known as The Gambit to many he was just a former thief with the ability to charge projectiles with kinetic energy turning them into explosives. The two of them seemed as ordinary as mutations can be albeit they were slightly powerful they weren't on the same level as the people gathered in Avenger's mountain, but Lauin knew better, see he existed in relaities where these two were at their strongest and he knew just how powerful they could be.

In one of those realities, Lauin's powers were actually divine in nature and he was an Archangel, one of the most powerful beings in hi universe, in another universe Lauin still was Atomic man, a hero with the ability to control matter down to the sub atomic level, when he touched thoughts with these beings a trace of their power remained in his mind so he knew just how their powers worked, it was the only reason he was able to advance in his powers so fast because he had already stolen the cheat codes to energy and matter manipulation from various alternate versions of himself. 

As such he knew just how powerful these two can be, he never would have ranged to do this to them but it was either their peace or the future of the world and that was an easy choice to make. After Ziran locating the two of them, it informed Lauin of their locations, in that instant he was in Avengers mountain, in front of everyone he simply vanished, their celestial messiah just vanished, right after telling them the earth was facing Armageddon and nothing they can do can stop it, he just bailed, one can tell just how weird that could look.

Luckily, before chaos broke out Blue Marvel came up and told them that Lauin is practically a celestial, perhaps he is looking for aid to save the earth but in the meantime they have to do their best to ensure that even if the earth falls, they will have done their best to give the people of Earth as much time as they possibly could. In the meantime evacuation preparations need to be made, if things turn bad they could save as many humans as possible before the earth falls, this way at least the humans of earth will live on even though the heroes themselves may not survive this conflict.

In the following five hours the humans staged as much of a defence as they possibly could, all slave faring heroes from all corners of the world and those that could fight in armor were summoned, Iron Man provided the full legion of his armors to anyone with the ability to use it, we are talking hundreds of Armors and he just gave them all away. This was possibly the end of the world so saving the armors for a rainy day would prove useless when in the middle of a catastrophic thunderstorm. The Eternals were summoned from their dimension and joined the Earth's forces against the cosmic threat, 

The Inhumans in their three cities all over the earth also showed up with enough power to potentially conquer a continent, the Mutants from their island of Krakoa as well as the deviants, the gods of the earth from their adjoining realms also showed up providing a hand in the survival of the earth, it was the greatest defence the Earth had ever staged, thirty minutes before the battle good news arrived as a fleet of spaceships appeared, led by the guardians of the galaxy under the command of Starlord, the Nova corps sent a war fleet led by Richard Nova the Nova Prime, the Shi'ar imperial guard led a fleet of shiar warriors under the leadership of Vulcan, as well as his lieutenants the former X-man Cannonball and his wife Smasher, 

Although they couldn't employ the full might of the Imperial guard, showing up with three members o the imperial guards well as a battle fleet was enough to show the support of the Shi'ar, next were three battleships from the Skrull empire led by the emperor Hulking and his husband the magician Wiccan, the three fleets were majorly filled with Super Skrulls and a few skrull warriors, even Captain Marvel managed to have help Coen for her sake from the Kree homeworld of Hala, they were led by her sister the Accuser Lauri-Ell, and a good number of the reformed Accuser corps.

And lastly the intergalactic empire of Wakanda showed up with over 20 battleships to defend their mother world, if this were any other time this would have been a miraculous event to witness however at this moment this scenario simply filled people with dread, despite gathering a force this strong they still felt inadequate, with the magnitude of the threat Lauin had showed them a measly number of battleships may not even be able to topple one of the three mother ships approaching.

Integrating into the Earth's defence, they waited by the edge of the moon as the space started distorting, suddenly the first mothership appeared from hyperspace and the heroes of Earth launched themselves at it, they made sure to hit it with their strongest forces before it could gain enough stability to become a threat, luckily their plan worked, half of the mothership was destroyed by the time it released its battleships, a massive fight ensued and miraculously humans were at an advantage, just when they thought they could win this, the space distorted again and this time instead of one mothership two appeared at the same time, however before they could launch an attack the bifrost opened right before them and from its rainbow light appeared Thor,

When the Asgardian fleet appeared, they were led by Jane Foster Valkyrie and with her taking charge Thor wielded his hammer, summoned the bifrost and vanished from the earth, no one knew where he had gone but he simply left a message saying he had gone to seek aid, this time he reappeared and instantly launched himself against one of the two motherships, accompanying him were a fleet of the stro gesture heroes in the universe, the likes of Beta Ray Bill, Silver Surfer, As well as the remaining five of the former heralds of Galactus, together they took control of one mothership and although they couldn't defeat it, they could keep it occupied and lessen the burden on the collector guardians of the earth.

However that still left the burden of one fully stocked mothership ready to annihilate the defenders of earth, their combined power could only contain a single mothership and now that they had become three, even if the Annihilators had distracted the second one, it still left one armed mothership and it had its guns Aimed at the Earth, none of them could reach it in time let alone withstand the might of that blast, as they watched the mothership launched a planet killer to collide with and annihilate the earth, but just as the planet killer was a ee hundred kilometers from Earth's orbit, it stopped in its tracks, then it reversed its course heading straight back to the third mothership and initiating a massive explosive collision.

Everyone was confused as to why the planet killer would backfire but then they saw that where the Planet killer had stopped stood three figures, one was a massive being over 100 meters tall his body covered in a purple costume, he had red eyes with black pupils and his hands radiated massive power that the space around him seems to e charging up, this was none other than the XMan Gambit, 

The next one was a gigantic Angel over 150 meters tall, his body radiated ethereal light and behind his head appeared a massive halo, the third was one they remembered just fine, wasn't that the celestial Infant Lauin himself, like the blue Marvel had assumed he had indeed gone for help, but to their size with his return this time he had risen all the way to 500 meters tall so that the two gigantic beings beside him looked like children, 

He dispatched Angel to aid the human forces whilst dispatching Gambit to help the Annihilators, as for him, he summoned a few heroes to his side, these were Sentry, Starbrand, Quasar, and Binary. Under his illumination he amplified their powers allowing them to display ten times the combat effectiveness they had before. With them before him he declared that now they win, shockingly with the arrival of the three of them the human offensive obtained unbeknown amplification, 

Angel provided a divine blessing to all the defenders of Earth granting them a portion of his divine power and allowing them to fight at a level they never would have before while on the other hand Gambit bestowed a portion of his cosmic powers to each of the Annihilators, since each of them had once been a herald, the power at their command was familiar and they knew just how to apply it perfectly, Just as Lauin led his forces against the third mothership, in a matter of hours the last of the Battleships had fallen.

By the end of the battle both Angel and Gambit had shrunk back to seven feet tall, Lauin still in his 500 meter celestial form similarly shrunk down and in the process eof Shrinking he thought back to several hours ago, After Ziran confirmed having located the two subjects, Lauin translocated and picked the two of them up one after the other, Arriving in his lab, the two heroes were visibly disoriented and terrified and when they saw him they instantly attacked him, 

Their attacks landed on him with no effect whatsoever and he simply looked at them, he told them that if they are done reacting he has something for them to take a look at, as he said that he waved his hand and the powercore at the center of the lab flashed and the entire space turned illusory projecting the scene of hyperspace he had shown the heroes in Avengers mountain except this it was realistic, 

He told them that the threat is coming for the earth and will be upon them in a few hours, however humanity isn't ready to face a threat that strong. He tells them that he summoned them because he believes that with their help the three of them just may be able to save the earth, Angel asks him what he means, the two of them were X Men before so it wasn't new to fight for the survival of the planet, they were simply startled, 

Lauin then explains to them that despite their mortal shells the two of them were born for greatness, Gambit despite being a normal mutant is actually a pillar of cosmic importance, his power over Matter is more than he imagines it to be himself, as for Angel, he truly I'd as his name suggests, he is an Angel, they look at him puzzledly and he says that he can prove it to them if they are ready to accept their true potential.

There were a bunch of follow up questions as to what it would mean and how Lauin would fo it but once the questions were done he initiated the process, it wasn't as easy as he had imagined it, basing on the blueprints celestials utilize to elevate human potential and generate Eternals, he had reversed it to tap into the true potential of the two of them. As the process begun though, the energy feedback was much more than he had expected, apparently the birth of a cosmic being and an Archangel were two powerful events that they generated too much cosmic energy,

If he couldn't find a way to dovery this energy ten not only his lab but very possibly the earth could be annihilated, at the critical moment he released his celestial core and let the Neutron star absorb this energy, this energy was so pure that it greatly elevated his physical body's power, efficiently raising it to 10 percent of his total power and at the same time expand his body by ten times bringing him to a full height of 500 meters from a mere fifty.

This process was extremely lengthy and that was why it took him that long, when he wa done the two heroes had been elevated to their true natures, however like him they were still infants, since he needed them to gooj immediately he infused some celestial power into their bodies raising then to 100 meters tall and together he translocated the three of them into outer space just as the planet killer was on a collision path with the earth. 

But the time he finished recalling and projecting the thoughts to his colleagues he was back to 6 feet, but few could notice that he was in his clone at the moment, his true form had already returned to his home under the sea whilst his clone retained it's normal form of six feet tall, however its power had almost doubled, being infused with hyperspace radiation alone wasn't an easy thing, it saw Starbrand pushed forward through time by at least a decade allowing her to reach the age of 13 from the age of 3, as such the power she could access more then doubled, 

Similarly Binary had her power elevated but the greatest benefit came from Solarus who finally managed to merge into the true form of Sentry's power, but to their surprise after he fused his full power he simply vanished from sight, nonone knew where he was going but he was just gone, 

The Earth was saved and Lauin had passes his first challenge from Abraxas but this time it took the full might of the earth's defenders to stave off just one attack, what happens when Abraxas sends a second challenge or maybe even a third and in the end Abraxas himself would arrive, the earth had already demonstrated that they cannot survive this level of threat, as such the earth was no longer a safe haven for him, the more he stayed on earth the more danger it would be in, he had to depart the Earth.

With this thought the lab glowed with light and suddenly the entire octagonal structure vanished from the surface of the ocean and rematerialized in space, Lauin's clone was already there waiting, a small light like a little star left the octagon and entered the Cline's body and started performing as its core. in essence this miniature core was connected to his true form allowing the two of them to remain in contact regardless of the distance and if needed the clone could be transported directly to the true body using this protostar, 

The Octagonal lab then vanished phasing directly into hyperspace, with his physical body obtaining 10 percent of his full power it could now access hyperspace, after it vanished the clone returned into the atmosphere, from that moment onwards, life on earth would transpire through this clone whilst the true body would be out there looking for various ways to raise its strength as fast as possible before Abraxas found them.

Abraxas naturally noticed this and changed his attention to the true body following its path as he prepared a second challenge to test its might, Lauin's true body sensed it which meant that the clone on earth knew it as well, a smile appeared on his face, it wasn't just that the earth had been saved from future attacks but rather because of a little secret that Abraxas hadn't noticed about this clone. 

Back on Earth, in an underground layer, Ryan Topper appeared, before him in five cylinders were five people, each of these five people was dressed in an alternate version of the Sentry costume, clearly these were the people that had inherited the power of the Sentry along with him, he had captured them before anyone on earth knew what was going on and the only reason he hadn't been able to completely absorb all their power before was because these five were resisting him,

However when Lauin gave him a celestial power boost he was able to automatically siphon all their power into his body transforming him into the true reincarnated Sentry, he returned this time to dispose of them as they were of no use to him anymore, but as he approached the five people, malice blooming in his eyes, suddenly the golden eyes turned dark red.
