Rimuru : Journey with Straw Hat

Chapter 7: CH 7 : The Brothers Reunite in Dressrosa

The Straw Hats finally made it to Dressrosa, the vibrant yet island under Doflamingo's rule. They had their mission: Law's alliance demanded they split up to avoid suspicion and fulfill their plan.

Luffy, however, had one purpose burning in his mind-the Flame-Flame Fruit, his late brother Ace's Devil Fruit.

Under the guise of "Lucy,"

Luffy made his way into the grand Colosseum, where powerful fighters from all over had gathered for a single prize.

As he stepped into the arena, dressed in his simple disguise, Luffy took in the roar of the crowd and the dangerous energy radiating from the competitors around him.

Fighters of all shapes and sizes lined up, each carrying their own motives and ambitions.

Suddenly, Luffy felt a strange presence-a pair of eyes that seemed glued to him.

He turned to see a man with bright green hair and a face frozen in awe, his hands clasped together as if in worship.

"L-Luffy-senpai!" the man exclaimed, his voice choked with excitement.

His hands trembled as he tried to maintain his composure, but his face betrayed his utter joy.

"I can't believe it! It's really you!"

Luffy blinked, scratching his head in confusion. "Uh... do I know you?"

The man grinned widely, his eyes practically sparkling.

"I'm Bartolomeo, your biggest fan! Watching you fight up close... it's like a dream come true!"

Though Luffy didn't fully understand, he grinned back.

"Nice to meet you, Bartolomeo!" Bartolomeo gasped as if he'd just been given the highest honor, tears streaming down his face as he vowed to protect

"Luffy-senpai" at all costs.

Before Bartolomeo could speak again, another presence emerged-a tall man with flowing blonde hair, striking blue eyes, and an aura of elegance.

He glared at Luffy with a mixture of irritation and disdain.

"Are you here to steal my spotlight, rookie?" the man sneered, looking down at Luffy with a condescending smirk.

"I am Cavendish the Beautiful! And I won't let some no-name rookie overshadow me!"

Ladies and gentlemen Today's colosseum battle Royal round 1.

We all know you guys watch the battle in marineford. Where portgus D ace died along side with The most feared pirate whitebeard.

But today for you guys surprise we got a devil fruit want to know what??

People are cheering and excited to know what.
Its flame Flame fruit the very same fruit which used by pirate king son Ace.
Luffy tilted his head, utterly unbothered by Cavendish's challenge.

"Are we fighting now?" he asked innocently.

Luffy was making his way through the chaos in the Colosseum when he noticed a girl standing nearby, her expression steely but her eyes carrying a hint of sadness.

She wore a pink gladiator's armor and held a sword, her stance alert yet cautious.

She didn't seem like the others-there was something different about her presence, a mix of vulnerability and strength.

As their eyes met, the girl turned, her gaze landing on him with curiosity and a hint of surprise.

"You're 'Lucy,' right?" she asked, trying to keep her voice steady.

"Yep! That's me!" Luffy replied with a grin, completely unfazed by her serious demeanor.

 "Who are you?"

"My name is Rebecca," she said, her gaze flickering away as though unsure if she should continue talking.

"I'm... here for the tournament too. I have to win." Her voice had a quiet resolve, but Luffy could sense the weight behind her words.

"Oh, so you want the Devil Fruit too?" he asked, tilting his head.
Rebecca hesitated, gripping her sword tighter.

"Not really... I just need to win to survive. I have people to protect, even if they look down on me." She looked down, her expression shadowed.

"People call me a criminal's daughter... a cursed . But I can't let that stop me."

Luffy's expression softened as he listened. He knew what it was like to carry the weight of others' expectations and judgments.

"Hey," he said, his voice full of genuine warmth,

"if you're fighting for something important, then that makes you strong already. Don't worry about what anyone else thinks."

Rebecca blinked, her face softening as she looked up at him. She was used to scorn, used to being isolated, but this stranger's simple words somehow lifted a weight she hadn't even realized she was carrying.
"Thank you... Lucy." She gave a small smile, one of the first real smiles she'd worn in a long time.
As the bell will rang to signal the first round, they exchanged a nod, silently promising to meet again, each drawn into the chaotic fray of the Colosseum's battles.
A bell rang, signaling the start of the round. Immediately, the arena burst into chaos. The Colosseum was packed with anticipation.

Luffy, disguised as

"Lucy," was preparing for the next fight in Block C. The opponent this time was none other than Don Chinjao, the legendary former pirate who once led the Happo Navy.

He had a notorious reputation, but Luffy wasn't intimidated-he was too focused on his goal: securing the Flame-Flame Fruit.

The moment Don Chinjao stepped into the arena, a murmur swept through the crowd.

His imposing figure, still muscular despite his age, was enough to intimidate most. His eyes locked onto Luffy with intense hatred.

"You're the grandson of Garp, aren't you?" Chinjao's voice was rough, a growl in his throat.

"I'll make you pay for what your grandfather did to me!"

Luffy tilted his head, confused. "Huh? What do you mean?"
Chinjao's face contorted in rage.

"Garp! He ruined me years ago. He destroyed my pride and made me a laughingstock! I will make sure you suffer for that!"

Luffy blinked. "Oh! You're mad about that punch Garp gave you, huh? But, uh, that was a long time ago. Why still be mad?"
Chinjao's nostrils flared as his anger erupted.

"I'll show you the strength that was once feared across the seas! Prepare yourself, Lucy!"

Without warning, Chinjao charged forward, his drill-shaped head pointing straight at Luffy.

The force was so intense that it sent shockwaves through the arena. Luffy barely dodged, grinning wildly.

"That's some headbutt!" Luffy shouted, clearly amused., all while enthusiastically cheering him on.

Suddenly a bounty hunter attack luffy for his bounty

"Whoa, he's fast!"

Luffy exclaimed, dodging one of Jean Ango attacks and also Don chinjao by a hair's breadth. Bartolomeo, watching from behind, muttered in awe,

"That's... That's Don Chinjao ! Jean Ango's was kick to the water by chinjao ! He's even more dangerous in this state!"

Luffy kept his distance, recognizing that Don chinjao was unlike any fighter he'd faced before.

Still, his determination burned bright as he pushed onward, inching closer to the prize that reminded him of Ace.

Meanwhile, on Green Bit...
On the other side of Dressrosa, Law, Rimuru, and Kin'emon trekked through Green Bit, navigating the dense jungle and strange fauna.

They had encountered the Tontatta dwarves-tiny creatures with wide eyes and boundless energy.

One of them tugged at Rimuru's clothes, their small voices pleading.

"Will you help us, big spirit?" a tiny dwarf asked, his eyes filled with hope.

Rimuru looked down, his gentle expression softening as he considered the dwarf's request.

"What do you need?"

Law shot Rimuru a glance, reminding him,

"We're not here to get involved with anyone else's issues. Our priority is Doflamingo."

He adjusted his hat, his eyes focused on the path ahead as he prepared to contact Doflamingo to lure him into their plan.

Rimuru nodded, though he couldn't shake the unease lingering in the air.

Dressrosa wasn't just mysterious-it felt cursed. He glanced around, feeling as if unseen eyes were watching their every move.

Robin, Ussop & Franky are in same way coming towards them.

ZORO got lost and meet wicca blue hair small creature.

---

Back in the Colosseum...

Don Chinjao wasn't done. He spun and aimed a crushing blow at Luffy, his head glowing with power.

The force was enough to send a shockwave through the ground, splitting the stone beneath them. Chinjao was a monster in battle, his strength amplified by years of combat experience.

Luffy raised his fists, ready to counter, but something caught his eye.

He saw a flash of movement Don , Cavendish's split personality- at the edge of the battlefield by just watching . But for now, Luffy focused on his opponent.

The fight continued as Chinjao launched relentless attacks, but Luffy danced around him effortlessly, landing a few light hits in return.

"You're pretty fast for an old man," Luffy remarked, dodging yet another attack.

Chinjao, enraged by Luffy's taunts, gritted his teeth.

"You'll regret mocking me, Lucy! I'll crush you with my power!"

Luffy, grinning, tapped his arm. "I'm ready! Let's go, old man!"

In one final clash, Luffy used his Gear Second to close the distance. The air around him crackled with energy as he slammed a punch into Chinjao's head, sending him crashing backward.

The crowd gasped as Don Chinjao, stunned, fell to the ground, his power drained from the attack.

Luffy stood over him, panting slightly but still with that carefree grin plastered on his face.

"You're strong, old man, but I'm not here to fight you. I'm here for the fruit,"

Luffy said, offering Chinjao a hand to help him up.

Chinjao grumbled, his pride wounded but his spirit unbroken.

"You're the grandson of Garp, all right. I'll give you this, kid-your strength is real. You'll make it far."

Luffy laughed.

"I'm gonna become Pirate King! Thanks for the fight, though!"

With that, Chinjao grunted and walked off, leaving Luffy to face the next challenge
As Luffy moved through his opponents in the Colosseum, the crowd's energy intensified, cheering for the brutal matches. He had just taken down another fighter when he felt a familiar presence. Turning, his eyes widened in shock.
There, standing at the edge of the arena with a Revolutionary Army hat, was a man he thought he'd never see again.
"Sabo?" Luffy's voice was a whisper, filled with disbelief. He took a step forward, heart pounding in his chest.

Sabo smiled, stepping closer. "It's been a long time, Luffy."

Luffy didn't waste another second; he ran to his brother and pulled him into a tight hug. For a brief moment, the noise of the crowd faded away. Nothing else mattered. His brother was alive.

After a few moments, they pulled apart, and Sabo's eyes drifted to the glass case displaying the Flame-Flame Fruit. His expression grew serious, the determination in his gaze unyielding.

"I'm here for that, Luffy," Sabo said, nodding toward the fruit.

"I can't let Ace's power fall into the wrong hands. I want to carry on his legacy."

Luffy understood instantly. This was Sabo's way of honoring their brother. He could feel the fire in Sabo's eyes, the same fire Ace had carried.
"If that's what you want, Sabo,"

Luffy said, a small smile crossing his lips, "then show me you're strong enough to take it."

Sabo nodded, determination radiating from him.

"I will, Luffy. I won't let Ace's memory fade. He's part of me, just as he's part of you."
