NOVEL NEXT Chapter 3: Her name
"What?" Subaru asked.
"Don't "What" me! The appa! Are you buying it or not?" The appa seller said
"Oh... No, i don't have any money on me." Subaru said.
"If ya are broke then scram!" The man said
"Ya ya alright." Subaru said.
We now see Subaru walking along the streets of Lugunica.
'What the hell happened i was in the loot house just a bit ago and, now I'm here?' Subaru thought
'Ok let's recap on the thing's that happened i was with the half-elf lady helping her find her insignia, than we went to the loot house to see if it was there, i got stabbed and died... i think, but now I'm were i was when i came to this world, i... returned back in time after i died.' Subaru thought
'I can think about this later i shuld go back to that ally and meet the half-elf ag-' Subaru thought before hitting someone.
"Ah, sorry about that i wasn't paying attention." Subaru said apologetically while bowing a bit.
"Ah it quite alright, i also was not looking were i was going." The man said
Subaru looked up at the man to see what he looked like. The man Subaru had bumped in to had bright flaming red hair and sky blue eyes. he wore a white attire that he saw some other people wear, and he had a sword on his hip.
"Are you perhaps new to Lugunica?" The man said
"Ah, yes i am I'm currently looking for some one so i can't stay for to long." Subaru said
"Looking for some one perhaps i can help you with that." The man said
"Ah, you don't need to do that i have a good idea were they are right now." Subaru said
"I see, will i hope you find them soon, have a nice day." The man said
"you too." Subaru said while walking off to were he had met the half-elf
We now see Subaru in the same ally were he met the half-elf girl.
'Will I'm back here, and since i got here early lets test out my divine protection of shadows' Subaru thought.

"Finally done" Subaru sighed out
'It seems with the divine protection of shadow i can create anything i want from mine are surrounding shadows, the more complex a construct is the hard it is to make. Same with the size the bigger a construct is the more stamina i need to make it, i can even make the constructs in shadow I'm not near i can even make them float but that is not as easy, as of right now i can probably make about 40 shadow daggers.' Subaru thought
Just then Subaru herd a group of people come in to the ally he was in and when he turn to look he saw the same thugs that tried to rob him.
'It's thees three again huh,will since there here I'll test something.' Subaru thought
"Oi! You three you remember me?" Subaru shouted
"Huh!? We never meet you!" The bigger one said
"I see." Subaru said softly
'So no one remembers me after i die, it's like a check point in a game, once i die i lose all the progress i made and go back to the last save spot.' Subaru thought
"Tsk! How frustrating." Subaru said annoyed
"What ever, leave everything you've got on you on the ground and we'll let you go unhurt." The bigger one said
"I'm waiting for someone so, Fuck off" As Subaru said that the shadows around him start to move like there alive and then many daggers came forth from the shadows all floating around Subaru waiting to be used.
"What!?" The small one said
"Shit he can use magic run!" The thin one said as all three ran out the ally
"Ha, damn bastards" Subaru said while kicking the ground in annoyance
'The half-elf girl should be coming her soon.' As soon as Subaru said that the half-elf came around the corner and ran in to him making both of them fall to the ground
"Ow" The girl said
Subaru gust grunted and held the part of his head that got hit
"Ah! I'm so sorry are you alright" The girl said
"Ya I'll be fine" Subaru said as he tried to get up but he fell back down
"Ah! Stay still i heal you" the girl said as she bent down and started to heal Subaru's head
After 5 minutes the girl got up and helped Subaru get up as well
"Thanks for that miss. And if you don't mind me asking why are you an such a rush?" Subaru asked
"Something important to me got stolen and I'm trying to fine were they went." The girl said
"I see, will maybe i can help you since you did help me even when you were in a hurry" Subaru said
"What did the person look like?" Subaru asked
Before the girl could answer a new voice said something
"You can trust this man Lia, all he has is good attentions." The new voice said, and the girl nodded
The girl then descried the thief who stole from her
"Oh, i know who your talking about her name is felt she lives at the loot house in the slums if your willing i can show you were it is" Subaru said, and the girl nodded and just as they were about to leave Subaru spoke up
"Ah, before i forget let's introduce our self's, I'll go first my name is Subaru Natsuki" Subaru said
"Then i shall go next I'm puck! Nice to meet you!" Puck said
"My name? I'm... Satella." The girl said making Puck shocked
'Still using a fake name huh' Subaru thought
"You know it's rude to use a fake name. But ,i guess you have your reasons." Subaru said shocking the girl
"W-What! but that is my real name!" She protested
"No it's not, one i can partially tell when someone is lying and two, puck over here said Lia and when you think on the two Lia dose not go with the name Satlla." Subaru said and when "Satella" was about to say something Puck started to burst out in laughter making the two look at him in confusion
"What you laughing Puck?" Subaru said as he tilted his head a bit to the side
"Nothing. Nothing." Puck said as he turned to the girl
"you can tell your name to him Lia he's a good guy" Puck said, the girl looked at puck for a second and then nodded and turned to Subaru
"Emilia. My name is Emilia." She said with a small smile
