Subaru took a deep breath, his mind racing. Alright, I know what's coming. The Witch Cult, Elsa, Meili… and that bastard Leo.

This time, he had an advantage—[Lustful Allure at 25%]. He wasn't entirely sure how well it would work, but if he could manipulate Elsa, he might have a chance at stopping the massacre before it started.

He turned toward the mansion. Ram and Rem can hold the fort for a while, but Elsa is the bigger problem. If I can deal with her first, the Witch Cult won't have an easy time overwhelming us.

Subaru clenched his fists. "Alright. Time for some dirty tactics."

Mansion, Nightfall, Elsa was in the middle of slashing through a door, her curved dagger gleaming in the dim candlelight. The moment she stepped inside, she stopped—her senses tingling.

A presence. A familiar one.

She turned, and there he was.

Subaru stood a few feet away, arms crossed, his gaze locked onto hers. "Elsa Granhiert," he said, his voice smooth yet firm. "Do you have a moment to talk?"

Elsa tilted her head, intrigued. "Oh? You're not running away this time?"

Subaru smirked. "Why would I run? I'd rather negotiate."

Elsa's eyes narrowed. "Negotiate? And what do you have to offer, little man?"

Subaru took a step forward, activating [Lustful Allure].

The air around him shifted. It was subtle, but Elsa felt it immediately—a strange pull in her chest, like an invisible thread tugging at her curiosity.

Subaru's voice dropped to a lower, almost intimate tone.

"You like the thrill of the hunt, don't you? The excitement of a worthy target?"

Elsa's lips curved into a smirk. "Oh? Flattering me won't save you."

Subaru took another step closer, closing the distance. "I know. But what if I offered you something better than this contract?"

Elsa raised an eyebrow, genuinely intrigued now. "Better?"

Subaru leaned in slightly, his confidence rising as he felt Lustful Allure taking effect.

"A real hunt. One where you and I are on the same side."

For the first time, Elsa hesitated.

Subaru woke up in the hangihg Garden. As he looked at all the Witched, he was hit pissed.

Sekhmet then spoke. "Will looks like we just need too increase the skill more, go and kiss him Carmilla".

Echidna then spoke. "I mean she almost hesitate".

Daphne then spoke. "It would have worked, if Subaru didn't use my Authority too steal her dagger skill, she is probably still pissed about it".

Subaru groaned, rubbing his neck. Dying is never going to feel normal, huh?

He looked around at the Witches, his irritation clear. "Okay, so let me get this straight. I was actually making progress, but because I stole her dagger skill with Gluttony, she got pissed and killed me?"

Daphne giggled. "Well, yeah! You took away her her skills and left her with muscle memory. It probably felt weird for her."

Subaru exhaled sharply, trying to suppress his frustration. "Great. So what now? Do I just go back and avoid stealing her skill?"

Sekhmet yawned. "That, or we can boost Lustful Allure again."

Subaru shot her an annoyed glare. "And how exactly do you expect me to do that?"

Pandora smirked. "Oh, we already established that, husband. Carmilla, pucker up."

Carmilla's face turned red as she nervously fidgeted. "I-I… I d-don't mind, b-but…"

Minerva crossed her arms, grumbling. "This whole system is ridiculous…"

Echidna, however, nodded. "If we increase Lustful Allure to at least 50%, Subaru should be able to create a stronger emotional connection with Elsa before she reacts instinctively."

Subaru sighed, defeated. "Fine… let's just get this over with."

Carmilla nervously stepped closer, closing her eyes as she leaned in. Subaru, still grumbling internally, did the same.

Their lips met.

The moment the notification appeared, Subaru felt a rush of new understanding flow through him. His charm ability wasn't just about manipulation—it could invoke genuine emotions in others.

Pandora clapped her hands, grinning. "Now go, husband! Win Elsa over properly!"

Subaru groaned. "This better work this time…"

Subaru opened his eyes, standing once more at his checkpoint.

He clenched his fists, taking a deep breath.

Alright, Elsa… let's try this again.

Elsa looked at him as she spoke. "Try what again".

Subaru looked at him. "Ignore it, let's talk".

Elsa tilted her head, her usual smirk still present, but there was a flicker of curiosity in her eyes. "Talk? What could you possibly have to say to me, little lamb?"

Subaru took a deep breath, activating Lustful Allure subtly. He didn't want to overwhelm her, just enough to make her receptive. "I know you're not working with the Witch Cult, you're just here for the job. But tell me, Elsa—do you really care about this mission? Or are you just doing it for fun?"

Elsa chuckled, stepping closer. "Fun? Work is work, and this job comes with a bonus—a chance to see beautiful red."

Subaru met her gaze, his expression serious. "You're better than this. I know you love the thrill of battle, but you're not some mindless killer. There's more to you than just chasing 'beautiful insides.'"

For the first time, Elsa hesitated.

Lustful Allure was taking effect, subtly making her more open to his words. Subaru could feel it working—she wasn't just dismissing him.

"You think you know me?" Elsa murmured, eyes narrowing.

"I know enough," Subaru said, stepping forward. He didn't flinch even as she placed a dagger at his throat. "I know you're strong, skilled, and that you don't follow orders blindly. I know you're not the type to let some random client dictate how you live your life."

Elsa's grip on her dagger tightened, but she didn't strike.

Subaru pressed on. "What if I gave you something better than this job? Something more thrilling than just following orders?"

Elsa's smirk returned, but this time, there was genuine intrigue. "Now you're making things interesting. What exactly are you offering, little lamb?"

Subaru smirked back. "A chance to work with someone who actually values your skills. Not some coward hiding behind a contract. A chance to carve your own path, instead of being a hired blade."

Elsa's eyes gleamed. "And if I refuse?"

Subaru exhaled, keeping his confident stance. "Then I'll fight you. But deep down, I think you'd rather have fun working with me than against me."

For a moment, Elsa was silent. Then, she laughed—a genuine, amused laugh.

"Fine, little lamb. You've caught my interest. But if you bore me…" She leaned in close, her breath warm against his ear. "I'll still carve you up."

Subaru smirked. "Deal."

Elsa looked as she smiled. "So what is the mission".

Subaru then point at the burning village in the window. "Let's go am kill a Cirten cult".

He then pulled out both his Assassin Killers Dagger and Knight Killer dagger, as they rushed too the battle Field.

In the battle field Meili was with Ram and Ram as they were figting with the cult, aa then two shadow moves one cut there sides head, other cur thege stomic open.

Meili turned her head, blinking in surprise as she saw two figures cutting through the Witch Cult members with brutal efficiency.

Subaru landed beside her, his Assassin Killer Dagger dripping with blood, while Elsa stood next to him, licking her own blade clean.

Meili whistled. "Well, well. So you recruited big sis, huh?"

Elsa smirked. "He made an interesting offer."

Ram, still catching her breath, narrowed her eyes. "So now we're trusting the Bowel Hunter?"

Subaru wiped his blade clean. "Trust is a strong word. Let's just say we have the same goal right now—taking out these cultists and stopping Leo before he opens that damn box."

Meili giggled, holding up her whip-like magic tendrils made of ice. "Then let's make it fun."

The battlefield was chaos. The cultists were still pouring in, but with Elsa and Meili now fighting alongside them, the tide was beginning to turn.

Elsa vanished in a blur, reappearing behind one cultist and slicing him clean in half before kicking his body into another.

Meili whipped her ice tendrils, freezing several cultists in place before Ram and Rem shattered them with their enhanced strength.

Subaru activated Invisible Providence, sending out shadowy arms that ripped weapons from the enemy's hands and crushed skulls with devastating force.

But then—

BOOM!

A powerful shockwave blasted through the battlefield, knocking Subaru back. As the dust cleared, Leo stood there, grinning.

"Not bad," Leo said, cracking his neck. "But you're still too weak to stop me."

Subaru clenched his daggers, his body tensing. He knew this wouldn't be easy—but this time, he wasn't alone.

Elsa twirled her blade. "Let's see how much your insides sparkle."

Leo then hold up the Pride Witch Factor. "Behold the Rebirth Of P-".

Subaru was then behind as his hand holding the box with the witch factor then fall to the ground, he then kicked too that of the hand of Elsa, as Subaru looked at him. "You were saying".

Leo spoke holding his hand. "You baster, you blaster, hahahhahahahaha".

His body then started too changes.

[Daphne spoke in shock. "No way he is mabeast human but how]

Leo's body contorted and expanded, his muscles bulging unnaturally as his skin turned a dark shade of crimson. His eyes glowed a sickly yellow, and horns erupted from his forehead.

His laughter became distorted, deepening into a monstrous growl.

Ding!

[Warning: Leo has entered a Partial Mabeast Transformation. His strength has increased exponentially.]

Subaru gritted his teeth. "Oh, come on! How is that even fair!?"

Elsa, now holding the Pride Witch Factor, twirled it in her hand. "Well, that's new."

Meili whistled, tilting her head. "I've never seen a half-mabeast human before. Big sis, do you think his insides are still pretty?"

Leo snarled, his voice now a distorted growl. "You bastards! You think you can just take my power!? You think you've won!?"

The ground cracked beneath him as he lunged forward, his claws extending, aiming straight for Subaru's throat.

Ding!

[New Quest Objective: SURVIVE.]

Subaru barely had time to react before Elsa intercepted, her blade clashing against Leo's monstrous claws. The impact sent shockwaves through the battlefield.

Elsa grinned, licking her lips. "Oh… this is going to be fun."

Subaru rolled backward, quickly activating Invisible Providence to grapple onto a nearby roof, pulling himself away from the immediate danger.

Ram, holding her staff tightly, shouted. "We need a plan!"

Rem, standing beside her, readied her flail. "Agreed! We can't fight this head-on!"

Meili casually adjusted her gloves. "Why not just stall until Roswaal gets here?"

Subaru's eyes widened. That's right—the quest condition was just to survive.

He didn't have to win.

He just had to not die.

Subaru grinned. "Alright then… let's play keep-away."

Leo's transformed body radiated a monstrous aura as his elongated claws ripped through the air, aiming for Elsa once again.

Elsa, ever the thrill-seeker, dodged with ease, twirling her blade in anticipation. "My, my… You're faster than before. But—" She slashed at his arm, only for her dagger to barely graze his hardened skin.

Leo grinned, revealing sharp fangs. "That tickles."

With a burst of speed, he swung his massive arm, sending Elsa flying into a nearby house. The building collapsed instantly from the impact.

Ding!

[Warning: Elsa has taken heavy damage.]

Subaru's heart pounded. "Damn it, he's stronger than I thought!"

Ram and Rem rushed to his side, their weapons ready.

Ram's eyes narrowed. "We can't fight him directly. Subaru, what's the plan?"

Subaru clenched his fists. "We're stalling for time. Roswaal is on his way, so we just need to—"

Before he could finish, Leo lunged at him, his claws aiming for Subaru's heart.

Ding!

[Danger Detection Activated!]

Subaru's body moved on instinct, his Invisible Providence shooting out to pull him away at the last second.

SLASH!

The ground where he had just stood split apart, leaving a deep gouge in the earth.

Subaru barely had time to breathe before Leo turned his attention to Rem and Ram.

"I'll kill you all," Leo growled, his voice more beast than human.

Meili sighed, stepping forward. "Tch. Guess I gotta get serious, huh?"

She raised her hand, whistling sharply.

The ground trembled.

A moment later, several massive Mabeasts burst from the forest, their eyes glowing with hostility.

Leo paused, his monstrous face twisting in confusion. "You can control them?"

Meili smirked. "Of course~ It's my specialty."

With a snap of her fingers, the Mabeasts charged at Leo, attacking in unison.

Subaru's eyes widened. "Meili, you're actually helping!?"

She grinned playfully. "I don't like sharing my prey. And besides… you promised me a good fight."

Leo roared, engaging the Mabeasts in combat. His monstrous form ripped through them, but each second he spent fighting was a second Subaru and the others could use to escape.

Subaru turned to Ram and Rem. "We need to spread out and keep moving. If we stay still, he'll focus on us!"

Rem nodded. "Understood!"

Ram flicked her hair. "Just don't slow me down, Barusu."

With that, the battle continued, as Subaru and his team fought for survival, waiting for Roswaal's arrival.
