It crept closer, every step with it's bladed limb digging into the floor as she got closer in to Takumi.
The curse, with her eyes set on him doesn't notice the weird event of curse energy around him. Her only throught as a curse is to cause harm and to kill.
Swipping her left hand at him, Takumi breath halted, his eyed snapped open. Followed by the quick sound of something leather tightening and mechanical clicking.
Then a flash.
*BANG*
Loud sound of a shotgun rang across the lobby, the resounding bang startle even Takumi as this was his first attempt at using it. From his inventory. Takumi quickly equiped with a yellow gauntlet on both Takumi's forearm, but this is not just any ordinary arm guard.
[Yang shotgun gauntlet (C)]: Yang Xiao Long's signature weapons, goes by the name of Ember Celica. They are a pair of Dual Ranged Shot Gauntlets (DRSG) used by her for every adventure with her team in beacon adcademy.
A soft sound of a shotgun shell clang on the floor, along the curse's claw hand.
The curse fell back screaming at it's missing body part, in the fit of rising animalistic rage. It tries again in a more wild attack bringing it right claw down on him.
"Tch." Takumi move back to deliver another punch, that combined with the force of the shotgun around his arm knock the monster back a few feet on her back.
On his way here, Takumi had used one of his pull on the gacha. And as luck would have it, he was given him this amazing sweet tool of a gun loving, hand puching, boxer killing arm gauntlet. Forget iron mike, this is real steel on his forearms. All weight for four pounds on each side of his arm.
Ready to punch holes in monster, human and anything in the particular direction he aiming this thing at. His fist don't even have to connect with the curse to cause damage since all the smaller pellets did the job just fine. Adding a bunch of small holes in her chest. One thing he noticed, the wound on her was healling.
Slowly but he can tell all the damaged part on her body has begun to heal, the hand that got blown off has stopped bleeding, the most recent wound on her is healling too.
Takumi have to pause his concentration, putting his guard up. 'I can't let it heal.'
Finding himself near the point black range in front of the curse spirit, Takumi began throwing a flurry of punches, that's also firing the shotgun on his arm.
Light flare out of Takumi arm in rapid succession one after another, each punch pack the force of a normal shotgun being fired behind it. The dark lobby was being light up as the curse try to fight back, screaming a wave of sound that shattered the glass around them. The sound emitted caused strong ringing, Takumi have to take a step back and put a hand over his ear. It then tries to run away, only to be shot in the back and roll on the floor.
"Come on, i through you were a grade 2 or something. You just make this too easy, is it my arm gun ? It is isn't it."
*click* An empty noise sound out from one of his arm cannon, it has ran out of ammo.
"Well, this is perfect. You won't got another chance like this now." Takumi goated the curse into fighting him.
Seeing he has no more ammo in one arm, the other arm must also be close to running out. Throught Takumi doubt the curse has enough intelligence to realize that.
Right now, she can see Takumi is no easy prey, in the the state she is in. Running is still better.
'Maybe i could try the other one.' While the curse spirit was trying to get up and run again, albeit having bit of a struggle from missing body parts and multiple holes in her body. Takumi have another try and focus his mind.
Closing his eyes again, Takumi concentrate on the flow of his curse energy. While the curse spirit was rising, he have managed to do it.
A flash of light coming from his eyes, but not in it's typical from. Takumi usual eyes did not shine in a flash like they alway do but have changed to a laser focus vision, shooting out of his eyes in a straight beam partern. It hit the curse only in the leg, making her entire body freeze up.
[Paralyzis eyes: Lapse]
A curse technique is activated by pouring one curse energy into it, ultilizing one of two way. [Lapse] or [Reversal].
Off the bat, to use reversal in the first place it will required the user to have learned reverse curse technique before hand, which Takumi obviously can't do it just yet.
Lapse however, is another story. The most comprehensive way to explain it, if all curse techniques flow forward like a river. By pushing the river to flow faster, say like a high pressure water hose. It would create Lapse. And takumi have managed to do just that, by pushing his curse energy as a focal point for his technique through his eyes. Technically speaking, in terms of jujutsu Takumi has concisely make the equivalent to Gojo's blue technique.
With this new form of attack, Takumi no longer needs to hold eye contact to keep his target frozen in place as it is also not putting any strain on him either. Not to mention the beam need only to hit one spot to completely freeze his enemy. The durration of his eye attack now rely on how much curse energy he pour into it, which could be argue is a down sides.
The curse spirit now hit by his beam attack, has gone motionless from it's effect. Taking slow steps towards the curse, it's body unable to move and it would stay like so for much longer. But he already has what he wanted, winding his arm back. Takumi punch the creature head clean off in one strike, killing the female curse instantly on the spot.
Just as Takumi was about to exit, the view from his other body send a warning to him.
Takichi who was hidden in the crowd from outside, he watch as a black car park at near the entrance. Two figure wearing full on black suit got out of the car and slowly approaching.
'Ah crap.'
