Chapter 29: Chapter 29: Oh Shit
After taking a moment with everyone, I gave Wesker some direction through my mind while teasing Jill through Lisa. The girl coalition quickly turned on me when they teamed up to tease me.
Thankfully, before I left with Barry the last time, I had taken Zeus back from the factory.
Wesker stepped forward to the center of the room, allowing everyone to be in his line of sight. "Guys, we have to remember that we are in hostile territory, so I'm going to give you directions for the rest of the operations."
"Dad, why does the man want to lead? You're the boss, right?" Lisa asked as Jill looked at Wesker in horror.
Wesker smiled kindly before turning to the little girl. "Your dad is a member of STARS and right now, I'm the captain," he explained gently as I stroked Lisa's head to comfort her. "Thanks, princess," I said, making her smile.
Jill leaned over to Lisa with a knowing smile. "You know, Lisa, your dad often needs a little teasing to keep him on his toes," she laughed.
Lisa nodded seriously. "Yeah, Mom helps me a lot with that," she replied innocently, causing everyone to burst out laughing.
Wesker spoke up to refocus the attention. "Gerald and I are going to find Joseph so he doesn't have an accident." Jill, Barry and Chris, you will escort the civilians out of this place and have Brad send out a distress call to get the armored car," he said as the STARS members, myself included, nodded in agreement.
Barry turned to Jill with a smile. "I hope you're up for an escort mission with our new recruit," he said, pointing at Lisa.
Jill smiled, looking at Lisa fondly. "Oh, I think we'll do just fine, don't you, Lisa?"
Lisa nodded vigorously. "Yes, we'll protect everyone together!"
I smiled as I watched this scene. "Come on, let's be careful and stay in touch. "See you outside," I said as I prepared to leave with Wesker.
I had already discreetly indicated to Jordan, Steve and Pascal to obey Jill, Chris and Barry's orders. I gave Lisa one last hug before walking away with Wesker.
Once out of sight, I looked towards Wesker. "Ready to race, Captain?" I asked with a smile. He sprinted straight away with blinding speed. I ran after him, the speed of our movements transforming the landscape into an almost indistinct blur. We crossed the dark and damp corridors of the laboratory, crossing metal stairs that echoed under our feet, and finally came out into the open air.
We ran through the undergrowth, the trees passing by at breakneck speed. Branches cracked under our feet, leaves swirled in our wake. The manor quickly loomed on the horizon, its massive and imposing silhouette silhouetted against the sky. We quickly reach the doors of the hall, and I barely notice the aged decorations and mahogany furniture, so fast is our passage.
Wesker stops abruptly once we pass through the door of the hall towards the exit, immediately taking out his walkie-talkie. "Joseph, it's Wesker, tell me your position, over," he demands.
His walkie quickly sends back a broken response. "Captain, come quickly behind the manor, in the chapel, I'm struggling with a monster, term..." A dull noise comes from the walkie, followed by an eerie silence.
"Quick, let's go," I say as I start running again, practically leaving Wesker behind with my superhuman speed.
We both arrive at the scene to see Joseph fighting a different Hunter with a knife. His figure is more massive and his demeanor more aggressive. I grab a brick before turning to Wesker.
"I don't have this one yet, so take Joseph and join the others," I ordered before hiding in the shadows, ready to observe and wait for the right moment to act.
I throw the brick just as Joseph dodges by rolling, sending the monster collapsing to the ground.
"Joseph, this way!" Wesker shouted, firing a few pistol bullets to give Joseph time to join him. The Hunter roared in rage, his piercing eyes fixed on Wesker, but he didn't have time to react. Joseph, covered in sweat and breathing heavily, took advantage of the distraction to leap towards Wesker, narrowly dodging a claw strike that sliced the air a few inches from his head.
"Thank you, Captain!" Joseph gasped as he rushed after Wesker. Together, they retreated, Wesker firing a few more rounds to slow the creature down. The Hunter, furious at seeing his prey escape, prepared to pursue them, but I grabbed its tail with a sharp tug. The monster stumbled heavily, its claws scraping the ground with a deafening crash.
"Keep running, I'll take care of it!" I told Wesker in my mind as I kicked the creature, which flew into a wall. Wesker dragged Joseph with him, carrying the exhausted policeman out of the chapel.
I threw the Hunter to the ground with brute force, its head slamming into the ground. For a brief moment, the creature was disoriented, growling and struggling. I quickly removed my shirt, my muscles straining with the effort, and released the vines from my back. The vines wrap around the Hunter's body, completely immobilizing him.
The creature growls, its piercing eyes staring at me with primal fury. If I had to describe the creature, it resembles Spider-Man's Lizardman, with its green scales and powerful muscles.

The time will be decreased by 10 seconds due to the original model already available in the factory
20, 0
Hunter mutation successfully absorbed available in the factory.
Do you wish to replace the base Hunter with this model?
"No" I say directly while observing the creature more closely.
"Rename this variant"
"Call the Reptillion" I say with a smile
1 Reptillion will be produced every 15 days. You have 3 Reptillion directly in the factory.
You can instantly master any Reptillion that is not under your control with a simple touch.
Seeing the time indicated, I see that it falls into the Boss category and I am happy to have discovered the modalities of the model change thanks to the eel.
I quickly return to the laboratory, carefully avoiding crossing paths with Jill and the others. There is one last point to settle: the Tyrant. My footsteps echo in the dark corridors, the adrenaline propelling me towards this last confrontation.
Arriving in the part of the laboratory containing my last opponent, I think back on my life choices when I see the monster in front of me. It is the Tyrant version of Resident Evil Damnation, a giant colossus of 4m50. He slowly opens his eyes, and I realize with horror that he does not even have a power limiter.
The Tyrant easily breaks the vat it was encased in, shards of glass and stasis liquid spilling onto the floor. It approaches me calmly, its imposing presence filling the room. Even though it has left the liquid, it does not begin to mutate immediately, but its raw power is already terrifying.
I stare at it for a moment, weighing my options, before it attempts to crush me with its massive foot. I dodge to the side, summoning a dozen plant zombies to try and capture the creature. The plant zombies wrap themselves around its legs, trying to restrain it, but the Tyrant easily tears them apart, sending them flying in all directions.
With the restraint attempt having failed, I change tactics. I summon giant spiders and Lurkers, hoping to distract it. The creatures attack the Tyrant, but their impact is minimal. The Tyrant sweeps the spiders aside and crushes the Lurkers beneath his feet, barely slowing down.
Realizing I can't contain him here, I decide to flee. I run through the lab, the Tyrant hot on my heels. I dash through doors, down hallways, and dodge debris as the monster destroys everything in its path.
Finally, I reach an open space, a sort of courtyard inside the lab. The sky is visible above me, a rare view from outside.
I turn around to see the creature with a strange smile as its body begins to mutate, becoming a monstrously powerful super tyrant.
I easily dodge its blows, transforming my fists into destructive weapons to land devastating blows, but the Tyrant barely reacts, as if mocking my strength capable of destroying steel. After a few quick exchanges, it begins to match my speed and manages to send me flying against a wall, making me spit blood.
"We don't bother the summoner, because you never know what he has in store for you," I say in pain, staring at the monster advancing towards me.
As the giant Tyrant approaches, I stand up with difficulty, determination burning in my eyes. With a determined gesture, I summon my most powerful subordinates. Behind me, stand in formation:
A Stinger, its enormous pincers and its stinger ready to strike.
A Centurion, its chitinous segments slithering menacingly.
A Proto-Tyrant, horribly small in comparison but just as fearsome.
A Yawn, the giant serpent raising its head skyward.
A Metalsting, its metallic armor glinting faintly under the artificial lights.
A Reptillion, its scales reflecting a sinister light.
The Giant Tyrant stops short, its eyes darting from one creature to the next. The picture that emerges is one of colossal power. Each of my summons stands ready for battle, their gazes fixed on the common enemy.
The Stinger snaps its pincers with a menacing sound, the Centurion coils around itself, ready to pounce, the Proto-Tyrant stands to its full height, the Yawn hisses aggressively, the Metalsting adjusts its metallic stinger, and the Reptillion growls, its muscles tense.
In the face of this army of terror, the Super Tyrant seems to hesitate. I rise fully, the pain still present, but my mind more resolute than ever.
"You may have brute strength, but I have the power of diversity," I whisper, preparing my subordinates for the final assault.
The Super Tyrant charges at me, fierce determination in his bloodshot eyes. But before he can reach me, the Centurion leaps forward, his chitinous segments contracting powerfully. With a precise blow, he sends the giant flying across the room, the impact resonating like thunder.
Without wasting a moment, the Stinger and Metalsting lunge at the Super Tyrant. Their pincers close on his limbs, trying to cripple him. The Stinger manages to grab his right leg, crushing it with relentless force. The Super Tyrant lets out a roar of pain, his leg giving way under the assault. But in a burst of rage, he slams his right fist into the Stinger, destroying it in one blow. The fragments of the Stinger fly apart, scattering across the ground.
The Metalsting continues its assault, its metal pincers striking the Super Tyrant repeatedly. But with a brutal blow, the giant strikes the Metalsting, sending it crashing against the wall. The Metalsting's metal shell depresses, leaving a deep dent in its side. The Metalsting collapses on its side, immobilized.
The battle seems to be turning in the Super Tyrant's favor, but then the Yawn enters the scene. The giant serpent coils around the colossus, using its constrictive force to paralyze it. The Super Tyrant struggles, but the Yawn's powerful coils hold it firmly in place, preventing it from moving.
Meanwhile, the Reptillion skillfully slips in, taking advantage of the giant's immobilization. He leaps, his sharp claws aiming for the Super Tyrant's eyes. With a quick and precise movement, he manages to hit his target, gouging out his eyes in a stream of viscous liquid. The Super Tyrant screams in pain, his cries echoing through the lab, while the Reptillion continues his assault, rendering his foe blind.
With his limbs broken, his vision destroyed, and his body hampered by the Yawn, the Super Tyrant finds himself at my mercy.
Deciding not to take any more risks, I focus my thoughts, summoning an army of thirty plant zombies. Their appearance is almost theatrical, humanoid silhouettes rising from the shadows, their skin dotted with vines and foliage. They advance in silence, their muffled footsteps barely echoing in the lab now transformed into a battlefield.
The plant zombies immediately set to work, their vines spreading and wrapping around the super Tyrant, already bound by the Yawn's powerful coils. The vines weave quickly, creating a complex and resilient web. The super Tyrant, despite his titanic strength, is now powerless against this vegetal tide.
The Yawn tightens its grip, its sinuous body snaking around the colossus with unmatched strength. The plant zombies' vines layer themselves thickly, covering the serpent in a new plant armor. The process is rapid and relentless, a symphony of nature and biotechnology.
The vines intertwine, forming a magnificent and fearsome cocoon around the super Tyrant. The plant zombies work in perfect harmony, their coordinated movements creating a living fortress. The super Tyrant struggles, but its efforts are futile. The vines continue to grow and strengthen, creating an inescapable green prison.
Finally, only the head of the super Tyrant emerges from this mass of vines. His face distorted by rage and pain, his blind eyes rolling in their sockets. He is now completely at my mercy, a captive giant, locked in an indestructible plant embrace.
