Reincarnated into Dragon Ball as an OC

Hakurei raises from the banquet table once Scallio had finished his meal, motioning for the Saiyan to join him as he head out of the side banquet hall and towards the training arenas. He'd enter arena two, which was on the far side of Piccolo and Raditz, and once he was within, a generated field of both ki and particles appeared. He then waved for Scallio. "Do you want any handicaps against me, Scallio? Otherwise this might be an extremely short fighting spar. This field will protect you from death, at-least."

"Well, I do have the power of Oozaru to equalize any deficit that you may hold over me, but all the same, it's not my intention to destroy Capsule Corporation. So… with that in mind, how about we limit ourselves to Raditz's battle power? Then, we should be able to show off our techniques without destroying anything." Spoke Scallio, having watched the fight between Son Goku and Raditz and noticing the energy field was capable of preventing damage to the building. Hakurei responded, "Sounds good to me, Scallio. We'll head to training arena four now."

Both Hakurei and Scallio approached the fourth of the large arenas identical to the one that Son Goku and Raditz fought in, both controlling their energy to the point of one-hundred and thirty-three thousand battle power. Scallio focused his supreme perception down upon his foe, prepared to copy Hakurei's fighting style and techniques. Hakurei pushed skyward, coming to a halt mid-air and launched three bursts of Ki down towards Scallio who backpedaled to avoid the first two blasts and deflected the last. The two were evenly matched in speed.

Scallio leapt from the ground towards Hakurei, his right arm pushed back and then explosively lashing out in force whilst a 'pop' resounded and yet instead of meeting with flesh, the fist phased through the after-image left by Hakurei. Hakurei had used the Zanzoken technique in a blur of high speed, leaving behind an after-image. Scallio quickly adjusted, blocking the punch from his left side and then snapping out with a side kick that was quickly dodged by Hakurei, Scallio then began rapidly falling from the sky.

The Saiyan quickly activated the second ability for the Supreme Perception skill, slowing and then stopping his descent before he reached the ground. Above him, Hakurei activated his cloning technique 'Thousand Forms Split' which inherently utilized spirit control to create a perfected and bolstered version of the normal Multi-Form Technique. Hakurei split himself into nine others, each clone possessing a power of 42,000. The nine clones proceeded to attack Scallio from all directions while Hakurei, still at a battle power of one-hundred and thirty three thousand, watched.

Scallio utilized Instant Transmission, transporting himself away from the nine 'clones' and towards the true Hakurei, who smirked as he vanished whilst the punch of Scallio passed straight through him. He had been a clone, but when had he real Hakurei changed positions? As Scallio thought this, the true Hakurei attacked from behind, catching the Saiyan off-guard and knocking Scallio back with raw might. The clones bounded towards Scallio in a charge, blocked by the Saiyan's swift attacks and dodging on the run.

By this time, Scallio had decisively dealt with all nine clones, however he had yet to touch Hakurei. As Scallio bound into an aggressive charge forwards, Hakurei began gathering his Ki to the pointer finger of his right hand. The energy gathered into a red orb that then released into twelve blasts reminiscent of a shotgun blast. As this was done at short range, it would be hard to dodge and so Scallio brought up both arms and flared his ki. Several of the blasts harmlessly bounced off the aura, but the rest hit home.

As the smoke cleared, Scallio's arms were thrashed from the elbow up to the wrists with both arms bearing scorching Ki burns. Scallio seethed in pain, however out of the corner of his eye had noticed Hakurei starting to move and put the pain to the side. Scallio steeled himself, blocking the first three attacks from Hakurei's kicks with his arms. Hakurei leaped up, raising his right arm and then hammered it down to break through Scallio's guard and knocked him back a meter. The Saiyan scowled, gathering Ki and releasing an energy wave forward.

Hakurei's playful demeanor vanished, wondering if he should utilize one of his offensive techniques or not considering he had witnessed Scallio's ability to replicate his techniques. Hakurei decided against it, channeling his Ki into a beam of atomic green energy that clashed with Scallio's wave. The beam pierced into the midst of the wave and looked to pierce through the wave's whole girth before Scallio impelled the wave forward with his energy. Hakurei commanded his attack to explode, resulting in smoke and debris separating the two.
