Reincarnated as a Flower, Fine then I'll bloom my own way

Chapter 24: Chapter 23: Onto the Stellar Kingdom

The next day, a black cart adorned with intricate yellow patterns and tied to Fubokos appeared at the Paradise Garden gate.

Bokkon stood beside it, glancing toward the gate with a restless expression. The mayor and many Beastmen were gathered there as well, waiting in silence.

"Where did she go? It's been almost ten minutes," Bokkon muttered, his eyes fixed on the gate.

The sound of approaching footsteps echoed through the air. Everyone turned their heads and saw me walking toward them with a soft smile on my face.

I was wearing a pristine, snow-white dress that shimmered softly under the sunlight. Around my neck rested a choker necklace, its lace-like fabric cradling a vibrant green gemstone that caught the light with every movement. Matching stones decorated the trim of my gloves, which extended gracefully past my elbows. On my head, a floral band of various colors completed the ensemble.

The moment everyone saw me, their eyes widened, and their faces flushed. Even the women blushed. Bokkon's mouth hung open in shock.

I walked past them, reached the cart, and turned around. In a soft voice, I said, "Everyone, I will be going now. Please take care of yourselves and this land as well."

I shifted my gaze toward the corner and said, "Jekkob, you're in charge of protecting this place."

Jekkob stepped forward, nodded, and replied, "Yes, ma'am. You can leave it to me."

The mayor walked over to Bokkon and whispered in his ear, "Bokkon, our queen is in your hands. Please look after her."

Bokkon smiled and gave a small nod. "Don't worry, sir. I won't let anything happen to her."

I opened the cart door, stepped inside, and leaned out the window. "Mr. driver, you're coming too, right?"

Bokkon paled and turned toward Jekkob. (Mr. Jekkob, thanks for teaching me how to drive a Fuboko by giving me five hours of nonstop training...) he thought.

Jekkob gave him a subtle smile and a thumbs-up. Bokkon climbed into the driver's seat, gripped the ropes, and called out, "Well then, everyone, we're going now. Take care!"

He snapped the ropes. The Fubokos floated into the air and surged forward. From the ground, everyone waved and shouted, "Bye-bye!"

---

We traveled across the vast, blue ocean. I sat inside the cart, gazing through the window at the sparkling waters below.

[That's a pretty nice outfit you've got there,] Aries commented.

(I copied it from a show I watched in my past life. Back then, I wanted to wear something like this so badly, but I didn't have the money. Now I don't need to worry about that...) I replied.

[There's something I need to tell you,] Aries said

(Huh? What is it?)

[Someone's been watching our country for a long time. I think you've noticed it too.]

(Oh, yeah, I know. But since they haven't made a move, it's fine. If they try something, we'll deal with it.)

[I've tried detecting them, but they hide themselves too well. One thing's clear—they're not human.]

(Yeah, humans can't mask their presence this effectively... But for now, let's ignore that and focus on the Stellar Kingdom. I'm so excited to see their shops and markets)

[Negative. You can't just wander around sightseeing.] Aries said

(Eh? Why?) I asked

[What do you mean "why"? You're not some random tourist. You're a god in their eyes, and that's not a joke. You can't just stroll around as you please. Act with dignity.]

(Whoa, calm down! Why are you yelling?)

[I'm not yelling. I'm just reminding you of your position. When you step into that kingdom, you'll outrank everyone—even their king. He's just a human ruling a patch of land, after all.]

(Alright, alright, I get it! No need to shout. Seriously, are you really an AI?)

[Yes. Do you doubt me or something?]

(Not exactly... you just act a lot like a real person.)

[Like a real person...]

Suddenly, Bokkon's voice came from outside. "Lady Sumi, we're about to reach the gate of the Stellar Kingdom."

I looked out the window and gasped. A massive town sprawled across the horizon, protected by towering walls. The sheer size was overwhelming.

As we descended, I noticed an army of knights standing in formation.

[Total: 300,] Aries confirmed.

I was speechless. The cart landed gently, and Bokkon opened the door for me. As I stepped out, the knights raised their swords and bowed. One of them shouted,

"The Great Heaven Goddess is entering!"

The massive gate creaked open. I was guided onto a decorated wooden platform with a red cloth canopy. The knights lifted the platform and began marching forward. Bokkon walked beside me, his hand resting on his katana.

As we entered the town, the streets were packed with people. The moment they saw me, the crowd erupted.

"Oh my God, she's here!"

"It's the Heaven Goddess!"

"She's so beautiful!"

"I can't believe a god is visiting our kingdom!"

"They all came here... just to see me," I murmured.

[You've become quite popular,] Aries said.

"Looks like news travels fast around here," I whispered back.

Then, from the corner of a house, I spotted several figures in black hoodies watching me intently.

[Looks like some people have their doubts,] Aries noted.

"Where there are believers, there are unbelievers too," I whispered.

---

After some time, we reached the castle gates. They were enormous—towering slabs of black iron that groaned as they swung open. Inside, musicians played a lively tune to welcome us. The knights set me down, and I stepped out.

A man in golden armor and a flowing cape approached, his sword sheathed at his side. When he was close enough, he bowed his head.

"Welcome to the Great Stellar Kingdom, Miss Sumi," he said.

"Oh, hello, Aurthor. I didn't expect you to come," I said softly.

"Yeah, I thought it'd be best if I welcomed you personally. Please, follow me." He said And started walking

I walked alongside him, with Bokkon right beside me. We entered a large room with a long, polished yellow wooden table. Aurthor gestured for me to sit at the head.

I settled into the chair while Bokkon stood guard beside me.

"This is... so tiring," Bokkon groaned.

I smiled. "You're the one who said you wanted to be my bodyguard. You can quit if you want; I won't stop you." I said

"No, it's fine. I'll keep going," Bokkon replied with a determined nod.

The door across the room opened. A man dressed in a royal red robe entered, a golden crown gleaming on his head. He sat at the opposite end of the table and met my gaze.

"Welcome to the Great Stellar Kingdom," he said. "I am Altabet, the king of this land."
