In the Senju Clan's domain, Hui sat cross-legged by himself.

Tsunade had already gone to sleep. She had stayed up two whole days waiting for Hui to awaken without getting any rest, so she was utterly exhausted. 

Hui had insisted she get some sleep.

Meanwhile, Hui began studying his own body, examining his abilities and new divine arts.

First was his body. 

Right now, aside from retaining a human-shaped appearance on the outside, internally, he had become completely different from an ordinary human, no, not just different from an ordinary human, but fundamentally different from humanity in general.

If a human body were normally carbon-based, his body was built upon a different structural foundation altogether.

Hui and humans no longer belonged to the same species, he was not even the same class of life form.

He still possessed things like meridians, bones, and internal organs, but they now served more as mere ornaments, no longer performing their former functions.

For example, his heart was still beating, but it no longer mattered whether it beat or not. Even if he removed his heart from his body right now and crushed it, it would not cause him any harm.

After all, the wound would heal in seconds, and if he wanted to, Hui could fill that empty space at any time with some other piece of flesh.

He could even instantly create another heart.

The same went for every organ in his body. They had all become little more than decorations, able to be removed at will.

Plucking them out felt no different than an ordinary person trimming their fingernails. It had absolutely no effect on his body.

Moreover, Hui no longer needed to breathe, because he no longer relied on oxygen for survival.

As long as some form of energy entered his body, he could continue operating normally.

In other words, Hui could now traverse outer space and survive in a vacuum.

Inside his body, even his blood had come to a standstill. It simply rested there in his blood vessels, unmoving.

Of course, should he wish, Hui could make this blood flow again.

But there was little use in that, and it served no real purpose.

Strictly speaking, these features should not have existed in Hui's body at all. His body should have remained a state of pure chaos, material formed solely from one sort of primordial energy.

The reason he still had internal organs, bones, and blood was simply that he intentionally preserved them as proof of his once-human identity, something to remember his past by.

After all, at that moment, aside from looking human, every aspect of Hui had fundamentally diverged from humanity.

Even the base substances constituting his body were no longer the same.

Now, Hui could achieve regeneration from a single drop of blood.

As long as his entire consciousness was not erased, even if just one lump of flesh remained, that piece could grow back into another Hui.

And to completely wipe out his consciousness, one would have to destroy his entire body.

Because if even a single scrap of flesh or a single drop of blood endured, Hui's consciousness could fuse with it.

That sort of recovery power was terrifying, surpassing even that of the Otsutsuki Clan by a level.

Because Hui's body was no longer the same species as human beings, nor was it the same species as the Otsutsuki Clan.

He belonged to an entirely new form of life.

And the power contained in that body had grown to a frightening extreme.

Even if he did not use Super Strength, just relying on his physical power, a single punch from Hui could shatter Uchiha Madara's Susanoo.

Of course, that did not refer to the "perfect" form of Susano'o.

All in all, Hui's current physical strength was assuredly on par with Eight Gates Guy from the original storyline, capable of launching air cannons with his bare fists, surpassing Six Paths Madara in brute force.

If he went all out and stacked Super Strength with his Silver Lightning Mode, Hui's might could even twist space like Night Guy, possibly even tear it open!

If his power had reached such heights, his speed naturally could not have remained the same as before.

Additionally, although his nerves no longer functioned in the usual way, his reaction speed now operated at the level of thought and spirit.

In the original story, Six Paths Madara was able to respond instantly to Minato, whose speed in Sage Mode had become extremely formidable, to casually slicing off Minato's arm.

Hui's reflexes now exceeded even those of Six Paths Madara, not weaker in the slightest.

Thus, one could say that Hui's current body, regardless of strength, speed, reaction time, healing ability, or resistance, surpassed Six Paths Madara by a margin.

In other words, at present, Hui's body stood at a very formidable level even among the Six Paths tier.

[A/n: A brief note on the setting of this story: "Six Paths level" here refers to a life form whose body, mind, and abilities have all reached that tier.]

Naruto and Sasuke were not actually "Six Paths level" in the truest sense. Their combat ability may have reached it, but their bodies had not, as evidenced by how they could not regrow severed arms.

In this story, the Six Paths tier refers to the level of someone like Six Paths Madara, who could regenerate half his body that had been kicked away, and withstand attacks from Eight Gates Guy without dying.

However, that was not all. 

Through this round of metamorphosis, the divine art of Hui's Celestial Eye advanced even further. He could see greater distances and in far clearer detail, and it now had x-ray and 360-degree panoramic vision.

It was like a perfect fusion of the Byakugan and the Sharingan.

The Celestial Eye's inherent abilities also became even stronger.

At present, if Hui faced any foe beneath the Six Paths level, a single glance from him could strip away all their life force.

That meant, in essence, he could kill them with one look.

Unless the target was someone like Senju Hashirama or a member of the Uzumaki Clan, beings with unusually potent vitality, a single glance from Hui would be enough to remove them from the fight.

And even in those special cases, they would lose their power to resist under that single look, which was more than enough for Hui. 

Then, after only ten minutes, Hui could use this lethal gaze again.

Hence, in today's Ninja World, for any life form below the Six Paths level, Hui needed at most two glances to end them outright.

Even for opponents at his same Six Paths tier, taking that one look from Hui was akin to suffering a debuff, guaranteed to weaken their fighting capacity.

Although the ability still carried a ten-minute cooldown, it had become a regular combat technique rather than the rather limited skill it used to be.

That was how Hui's Celestial Eye had changed.

But that was not all. Besides controlling life and death, his eyes awakened yet another skill.

A bird suddenly flew across the sky. 

Hui glanced at it. In an instant, that bird—caught in his line of sight—appeared beside him. He waved his hand and calmly seized the bird.

Moments later, Hui opened his hand. The bird, snapping out of its daze, fluttered away in a panic.

It was a spatial-type ability, a new skill of Hui's Celestial Eye!

He could draw in any objects, or living creatures, on which his gaze was fixed.

The speed and energy cost of this skill depended on the object's mass and size: the larger something was, the more mental energy it required from him.

This energy cost was not "ocular power," but spiritual power.

Such an ability was truly perverse.

It differed from Obito's Kamui, which warped objects into the Kamui dimension.

It also differed from Sasuke's Six Tomoe Rinnegan ability, which swapped places between objects and himself.

Hui's ocular skill forcibly pulled any target that his gaze locked onto into a fixed position in front of him.

In essence, if you regarded that set spot in front of him as an origin point, then anywhere he focused his line of sight, the moment he activated that ability, whatever he "locked onto" would vanish from its original location and reappear at that fixed point in front of him.

It was an extremely broken power.

Because it meant that anything on which Hui set his sights could never escape him.

That was how the Celestial Eye had changed, retaining its fundamental powers, maintaining control over life and death, and now adding this skill to transfer objects.

Yet even these upgrades in his body and his Celestial Eye did not represent the entirety of his transformation. His body had also birthed an entirely new divine art!
