Chapter 2: Chapter 2: The Gathering Storm
Obito, in his new form, knew that to achieve his ultimate goal, he needed to make a name for himself. His first step was to make contact with the key players in the Marvel Universe. While he was no stranger to power, he needed allies—villains who could aid him in reshaping this world, and possibly even heroes to manipulate or destroy.
His first target was the villain who had long captured his attention: the brilliant but mad scientist, Doctor Doom. Victor Von Doom was a genius and a master manipulator, much like the Uchiha clan in his previous life. He would be the perfect ally—or adversary, if Obito could not convince him.
Through the shadows, Obito began to study Doom. His mind was like a maze of intellectual prowess, filled with ambition and arrogance. Obito knew that Doom's desire for ultimate power and control over the multiverse aligned perfectly with his own.
Using his newly developed techniques and the powers of his Sharingan, Obito infiltrated Doom's stronghold, Latveria. His presence was unseen, as he shadowed Doom's every move. He studied his foe, looking for weaknesses, examining the cracks in Doom's seemingly perfect empire.
One evening, while Doom was in his lab working on an interdimensional device, Obito made his move. Appearing before Doom in a swirl of black and red mist, he smirked.
"You… Who are you?" Doom demanded, his hand immediately reaching for his mask's controls, ready to activate his armor.
"I am someone who has walked the path of destruction and rebirth," Obito said, his voice cold and calculated. "I am someone who understands the thirst for power, and I can offer you something far greater than what you seek."
Doom's eyes narrowed, analyzing Obito's words. "You think you can offer me something greater? No one is greater than Doctor Doom!"
Obito chuckled darkly. "Power is fleeting. But understanding the true nature of the world, the ability to reshape reality itself, that is something that lasts forever."
Doom paused, intrigued despite himself. He had seen many pretenders to the throne of the multiverse, but this one felt different. There was something ancient and powerful in his aura, something he couldn't quite grasp.
"Why should I trust you?" Doom asked.
"Because I can offer you knowledge and power beyond your wildest dreams. Together, we can reshape this world. I know how to manipulate the very fabric of reality," Obito replied, his Sharingan flashing in a hypnotic swirl of red.
Doom felt the pull of Obito's words. He wasn't foolish; he could sense the immense power radiating from this stranger. In the end, Doom's ego won out, and he saw an opportunity to claim even more power.
"Very well," Doom said, his voice dripping with arrogance. "You will prove your worth, Uchiha. But make no mistake—I am Doctor Doom. I will never bow to anyone."
Obito smiled beneath his mask. "We shall see, Doom. We shall see."
