"Well it's looks like you have greived enough so let's take care of the problem Fury has left us" Kenichi said while staring at the two of them.
"Kenichi what are you doing here?" Steve asked
"Fury gets attacked in the middle of the road and is shot dead in front of you, Me not being here would be weird thing" Kenichi replied
" Why was Fury in your apartment?" Natasha asked Steve as she turned towards him
" I don't know." Steve replied
Before Kenichi could say anything to Steve they were interrupted by Brock Rumlow.
"Cap, they want you back at SHIELD." Brock Rumlow said
"Yeah, give me a second." Steve Rogers said
"They want you now." Brock Rumlow emphasizes
"Okay." Steve said then turned to Natasha and Kenichi
"You're a terrible liar." Natasha said as she turns and walks off while Kenichi just shrugs and said "We will talk after you are done with whatever that is"
Steve nods his head and looks back towards Rumlow who is busy talking in his earpiece and discreetly hands Kenichi the pendrive Fury gave to him.
"Keep it for me will you" Steve said to which Kenichi nodded his head slowly as he was surprised that Steve trusted him enough to handover the pendrive that Fury gave to him.
"STRIKE team, escort Captain Rogers back to SHIELD immediately for questioning." Jasper Sitwell said on the earpiece
"I told him." Brock Rumlow replied back
" Let's go." Steve said to Brock
"Yeah." Brock Rumlow said then turned the the agents. "STRIKE, move it out."
Maria Hill also comes out of the room and Kenichi told her, "The senzu beans I gave Fury can only heal his injuries, it does not cure his illness tell him that he shouldn't play dead for long"
After saying that Kenichi left not caring about whether Hill will listen to him or not as he already warned them.

Back at SHIELD, Steve is brought to Pierce who is talking to Agent 13.
"For whatever it's worth, you did your best." Alexander Pierce told Agent Carter
"Thank you, sir." Sharon Carter said and [as she turns to leave she sees Steve, "Captain Rogers." Steve replies coldly as he walks towards Pierce
"Neighbor."
"Ah, Captain. I'm Alexander Pierce." Alexander Pierce introduce himself to the Captain
"Sir, it's an honor." Steve Rogers said as they shake hands.
"The honor is mine, Captain. My father served in the 101st. Come on in." Alexander Pierce said as they enter Pierce's office where he shows Steve an old photo of Fury with Pierce. "That photo was taken five years after Nick and I met. When I was at State Department in Bogota. ELN rebels took the embassy, and security got me out, but the rebels took hostages. Nick was deputy chief for the SHIELD station there. And he comes to me with a plan. He wants to storm the building through the sewers. I said, "No, we'll negotiate." Turned out the ELN didn't negotiate, so they put out a kill order. They stormed the basement, and what did they find? They find it empty. Nick had ignored my direct order and carried out an unauthorized military operation on foreign soil. He saved the lives of a dozen political officers, including my daughter."
"So you gave him a promotion." Steve Rogers said
" I've never had any cause to regret it. Captain, why was Nick in your apartment last night?" Alexander Pierce asked
" I don't know." Steve Rogers replied
" You know it was bugged?" Alexander Pierce asked
"I did, because Nick told me." Steve Rogers answers
"Did he tell you he was the one who bugged it?" Alexander Pierce asked but Steve doesn't reply obviously not knowing this information. "I want you to see something." Alexander brings up footage of Batroc being interrogated.
"Who hired you, Batroc?" SHIELD Agent asked
" Is that live?" Steve Rogers asked
"Yeah, they picked him up last night in a not-so-safe house in Algiers." Alexander Pierce answers
"Are you saying he's a suspect Assassination isn't Batroc's line." Steve Rogers replied
" No, it's more complicated than that. Batroc was hired anonymously to attack the Lemurian Star and he was contacted by e-mail and paid by wire transfer. And then the money was run through seventeen fictitious accounts, the last one going to a holding company that was registered to a Jacob Veech." Alexander Pierce said
" Am I supposed to know who that is?" Steve Rogers asked when Alexander hands Steve the file
"Not likely. Veech died six years ago. His last address was 14-35 Elmhurst Drive. When I first met Nick his mother lived at 14-37." Alexander Pierce stated
"Are you saying Fury hired the pirates? Why?" Steve Rogers asked
"The prevailing theory was that the hijacking was a cover for the acquisition and sale of classified intelligence. The sale went sour and that led to Nick's death." Alexander Pierce explained
" If you really knew Nick Fury you'd know that's not true." Steve Rogers stated
" Why do you think we're talking? See, I took a seat on the Council not because I wanted to but because Nick asked me to, because we were both realists. We knew that despite all the diplomacy and the handshaking and the rhetoric, that to build a really better world sometimes means having to tear the old one down. And that makes enemies. Those people that call you dirty because you got the guts to stick your hands in the mud and try to build something better. And the idea that those people could be happy today, makes me really, really angry." Alexander Pierce said and he hesitates a moment, "Captain, you were the last one to see Nick alive. I don't think that's an accident, and I don't think you do either. So I'm gonna ask again, why was he there?"
"He told me not to trust anyone." Steve Rogers replied
"I wonder if that included him." Alexander Pierce asked and Steve pauses a moment before replying.
"I'm sorry. Those were his last words. Excuse me." Steve picks up his shield, places it on his back and starts to make his out of the office
"Captain." Alexander Pierce called Steve stops and looks at Pierce, "Somebody murdered my friend and I'm gonna find out why. Anyone gets in my way, they're gonna regret it. Anyone"
"Understood." Steve Rogers saidas he turns and leaves.
After he leaves Pierce's office he steps into the elevator but is attacked by Brock Rumlow, two Strike agents and another few field agents. Of course Steve takes care of them but the Elevator stops at 25th floor where more Strike teams is waiting for him.
Steve uses his shield to break off the elevator wires which sends the elevator down, as he forces the doors open he sees more STRIKE agents approaching him, he closes the door and looks for a way out.
" Give it up, Rogers! Get that door open! You have nowhere to go!" STRIKE Agent said but Steve breaks through the glass in the elevator and plummets down to finally hit the ground floor, from his monitor Sitwell watches in shock as Steve gets up and starts running off.
