Chapter 20: Chapter 20
Alex continued his routine with both Hancock and Nojiko for a few more days while they sailed around the sea mindlessly.
After a few days of this he decided to get the other members for his crew.
The next member? That was the tricky part. He was torn between Nami and Robin.
But honestly, since he was planning to get both of them anyway, he figured it didn't really matter who came first.
One sunny afternoon, Alex was sprawled in his chair like a king, while the Black Pearl sailed smothly.
Nojiko was curled up against his shoulder, looking completely at ease, while Hancock leaned elegantly on the nearby railing, her ever-watchful eyes locked on him.
"So," Nojiko asked, her voice soft and teasing as she nuzzled closer, "where are we going now, Captain ?"
"Yes, Alex," Hancock added, her tone perfectly calm but with a small smile tugging at her lips. "Which person are you thinking of bringing to our crew next"
"Yes which person do you want to recruit now Alex." Hancock chimed from the side.
Alex smirked, stretching out his arms dramatically. "Well, ladies, I've narrowed it down to two fine candidates: Nami and Robin. Both are brilliant, beautiful, and indispensable."
"And who's coming first?" Hancock raised an eyebrow, clearly amused.
Alex leaned back in his chair, casually waving a hand. "No rush. I'll take 'em both eventually."
Nojiko chuckled, shaking her head. "Of course you will. But since I'm already here, I think Nami should be next."
Alex glanced down at her, curious. "Oh? Why Nami first?"
"I haven't seen her in ages," Nojiko said with a small grin. "She's my sister, Alex. It'll make me happy too. And I think she'll be happier with you as well."
Alex smiled at that, nodding. "Fair point. Alright then, Nami it is. Time to get her on board."
Since Alex had decided to get Nami, he focused his will on the Black Pearl, commanding it to set course for Weatheria
From what Alex remembered about One Piece during the time skip, this floating sky island was where Nami had gone to train.
The Black Pearl responded immediately, its sails shifting as the ship began a smooth, purposeful journey toward Weatheria.
"We are going to Weatheria" Alex announce as he got up fron his seat.
"Thats where we will find Nami. " Alex continued towards Nojiko.
The journey would take a few days so while the ship sailed towards it destination Alex continued his fun with Hancock and Nojiko.

After a few days, they finally arrived at the location of Weatheria—or, more accurately, they were below it, as the island floated high in the sky.
Nojiko looked up at the cloud-covered island and then turned to Alex, curiosity written all over her face. "How exactly are we supposed to get up there, Alex?"
"We will of course go there by flying. " Alex replied as it was the most obvious thing in the world.
And for Alex, it really was that simple. With a thought, he willed the Black Pearl to gain the ability to fly.
The ship gave a sudden jolt before it began rising gracefully off the sea, heading steadily toward the sky.
Nojiko and Hancock held onto the railings, their eyes wide with wonder as the Black Pearl soared toward the floating island above.
As the Black Pearl floated closer to Weatheria, the giant island held up by balloons came into view.
The place looked like a patchwork of platforms and weird gadgets, with people running around like ants.
Nojiko leaned over the railing, eyes wide. "So that's Weatheria."
"Yup," Alex said, leaning back lazily. "Impressed?"
"More like confused," Nojiko shot back. "How does it even stay up there?"
"Balloons, probably," Alex replied with a shrug.
Hancock, standing next to them, looked unbothered. "I've seen stranger things."
As they got closer, Alex slowed the ship and had it hover just outside one of the big platforms.
A bunch of the island's residents, dressed in weird wizards robes , gathered at the edge to gawk at them.
"Looks like we've made an impression," Nojiko said, smirking.
Alex grinned. "Let's make it bigger."
He jumped off the ship, landing smoothly on the platform. Nojiko and Hancock followed, both looking calm but clearly ready for anything. The scientists stared at them like they'd just come from another planet.
"Hi there!" Alex called out, flashing a friendly smile. "I'm just here for a quick visit. Don't mind the giant flying ship."
"I'm Alex," he said, as if that explained everything. "And I need to talk to Nami. She's here, right?"
The scientist frowned. "Why do you want to talk to her?"
Alex crossed his arms. "She's part of my crew. I'm here to bring her back."
The crowd murmured, and another scientist whispered, "Nami? The orange-haired girl?"
"That's her," Alex confirmed.
Nojiko stepped up, her tone gentler. "I'm her sister. We just want to see her."
After some more muttering, one of the scientists sighed and gestured toward the island's main building. "Fine. She's in the weather lab. Follow me."
Alex glanced at Nojiko with a smug grin. "Told you this would be easy."
Nojiko rolled her eyes but couldn't help smiling as they followed the scientist.
The scientist led them through the winding paths of Weatheria, past strange contraptions that whirred and hummed, and groups of busy researchers scribbling notes.
Finally, they reached the weather lab. The scientist pushed the door open, revealing a spacious room filled with maps, weather devices, and charts plastered on every wall.
In the middle of it all, with her back to them, stood Nami, her orange hair tied up in a messy ponytail as she tinkered with some machine.
"Nami," the scientist called out. "You've got visitors."
Nami turned, her brow furrowed in confusion. The moment she spotted Nojiko, her eyes widened. "Nojiko?!"
"Hey, sis," Nojiko said with a warm smile, stepping forward.
Nami rushed over and hugged her tightly. "What are you doing here? And... wait, who are they?" She glanced at Alex and Hancock, her eyes narrowing slightly.
