RE: Saiyan in the Omniverse

(A/N: Well, I was planning on posting more than one chapter… but I got a bit stuck. That's why I posted this chapter while I find a way to overcome this block. Next post will be two chapters in a row, or more, depending on my inspiration.)

"Uwaaa~." Jin yawned as he got out of bed. The novelty was that he was sleeping alone after a month and a half of being surrounded by the three girls, Kurumizaka, Sasaki, and Hamasaki in his small bed.

The three of them went to spend time with their families, while he has the weekends to himself… Or so it should be, if there wasn't a certain Dragon Maid watching him wake up with a radiant smile on her face.

"Good morning, Jin-san!"

"Good morning to you too Tohru… By the way, how many hours have you been standing there?" Jin raised an eyebrow in curiosity… For some reason while he was sleeping he felt strangely watched for a long time…

"Ten hours, thirty-seven minutes and 56 seconds." Tohru said with a smile.

"…I appreciate you taking care of me, but you have to sleep too. No matter how much of a dragon you are, you don't have unlimited stamina." Jin didn't really care about Tohru's eccentricity, she is something that is not governed by human law.

"No, I have to enjoy every second with you while those pesky humans are away." Tohru showed a bitter expression as she mentioned the three Gyarus who were in charge of teaching her how a real maid works, although Tohru doesn't like taking orders from humans, they at least served to pass on knowledge to her so she can take better care of Jin like a real maid.

Jin pursed his lips as he recalled the day before, Hamasaki and the others went through a lot of trouble trying to teach Dragona who doesn't understand anything about the modern era.

"By the way, I'm done with the laundry!" Tohru pointed at a pile of folded clothes... But they were strangely covered in saliva...

Next to Jin's clothes is a small pile of ashes, and Jin has an idea of ​​what it is.

"Tohru... What did I say about using the washing machine instead of your mouth? And why are the girls' clothes in ashes?" Jin sighed and looked at the proud-looking epaulette.

"Ah, it seems I mistook the oven for the washing machine." Tohru had the decency to look away.

"Yes!" Tohru immediately complied with her request... Although she didn't like those three humans, she didn't want Jin to be angry with her.

Tohru wonderfully tilted her head in confusion. "Fetish?"

"Jin-san, what kind of things do you not like?" Tohru sat next to Jin, as he almost fell asleep in front of the TV.

"Um, I don't like…" Jin made a disgusted expression, "food prepared by Asako."

"Asako?" Hearing the name of a woman, Tohru's eyes narrowed dangerously.

"Yes, she was the one who adopted me." Jin replied without even realizing that he ended up dodging a bullet.

"Ah, so that's it hahaha." Tohru laughed for a second and then said seriously. "By the way, I hate eggs without yolks. An acquaintance named Herensuge was run over by one and died."

"I'm not going to ask how an egg managed to kill a dragon…" Jin muttered.

"Then why are you asking that? Normally you ask what you like instead of what you don't like," Jin crossed his arms over his chest and asked with slight curiosity.

"I heard on TV that it's important to know these things to have a good relationship… And the question about the things you like…" Tohru shook her head. "I can't do that, several friends and acquaintances died because of the things they liked, like alcohol, women, jewelry and stuff…"

Jin nodded understanding the answer, dragons weren't that different from humans if they could die for such trivial things.

Suddenly, Tohru stood up and looked at Jin seriously.

"But I'll tell you this! Tohru likes you, no, Tohru loves you, Jin-san!" Tohru exclaimed with reddened cheeks...

'What a sudden topic... For some reason I'm not happy to hear this, I feel like I'm just stealing Kobayashi's place.' Jin thought. Well, it wasn't the first time he, so to speak, 'stole' a protagonist's woman, his own wife whom he married when he was in the Nasuverse, was a heroine who, by chance, didn't meet the protagonist because of his accidental intervention.

So they met, interacted, a lot of things happened, and he ended up marrying her... Let's just say he wasn't exactly in love when they got married, that just happened with the time he spent with her, and his heart softened, and he learned to love again.

Let's just say he came first.

"Why? I mean, look at me. I'm a womanizer, having relationships with multiple women at once… Is a sleazy guy like me really worth the effort? I don't even know if I love those three girls… Besides, even if you stay with me, I can't promise it'll only be you…" Jin rested both elbows on his knees, crossed the fingers of both palms in front of his mouth (In short: Gendo Ikari's famous pose). Looking straight into Tohru's eyes seriously.

"N-It doesn't matter, in the end they are just humans! In fifty years they will be old and wrinkled and then I will be able to have you all to myself. I was saved by you, Jin-san. So I will repay this debt with my body!" Tohru with a hand on her heart, said with extreme seriousness.

Well, she had the option to kill all of her rivals, but that would definitely make Jin hate her… and she didn't want that.

For his part, Jin knows that he himself is immortal, his body will stop aging when it reaches its prime. And even if his body dies, he will reincarnate again and his soul will continue on eternally… So far, nothing has been able to truly kill him or even harm his soul, not even beings like the Beyonder or Lucifer Morningstar himself. There are many secrets about himself that he seeks answers to, but so far he has only found more questions than the answers he seeks.

Perhaps there will come a time when not even Tohru herself will be able to keep up with his seemingly infinite lifespan…

Maybe he'll be alone at the end of it all...

"And if other women have longer life expectancies, even the same as yours, what are you going to do? Keep waiting?"

Tohru gritted her teeth, reluctantly... Then she replied firmly. "So I learn to share! In our culture this is not unusual. Powerful dragons can have a harem, if they can accept this kind of thing, so can I!"

"My love for you can overcome jealousy and such trivial things!" Tohru exclaimed, her cheeks flushing.

Jin sighed and ran his hand over his face… He was really a bastard, making a girl have to swallow her own dissatisfaction to be with him.

"Yes!" Tohru immediately stiffened when Jin seriously said her name.

Tohru lowered her head, her hair completely obscuring her expression… Jin could see her clenching her fists tightly, her shoulders also starting to shake softly.

"You saved me… When I lost hope, you gave me a new home, a new purpose… That's why I'll say it one more time…"

She raised her head showing her teary eyes and screamed with all the feelings she could muster in her voice, which passed between her trembling lips.

"I love you!"

Jin's eyes widened a little… This girl really meant it. He was so shocked that he didn't even pay attention to Tohru who jumped on top of him, hugged his neck and planted a shy kiss on his lips.

Reluctantly she broke away from the kiss and rested her forehead against Jin's.

"So?..." She asked in a fearful whisper.

"Tohru… I can't reciprocate your feelings for now, I'm not going to lie to you and tell you I love you, after all I hate lies. But if you really want that, in time, who knows…" Jin sighed and curled his lips into a faint smile.

Tohru gaped for a few seconds, then cracked a smile so beautiful it made even Jin's hardened heart flutter a little.

"So we're in a relationship now!?"

"No."

"Huh!?" All of Tohru's joy nearly disappeared.

Jin sighed and replied, "We've only known each other for a day and a half, you barely know me and you already want us to be in a relationship? Tohru, I understand your excitement, but these things need time…"

Tohru paused for a moment to reflect… And as Jin had said, she was too quick, and as happy as it would make her to have a real relationship now, it wouldn't exactly be to Jin's liking. Also, as the two get to know each other better, she can learn more about the man she loves and use this time to capture his heart and make him completely hers.

"Are we okay?" Jin raised an eyebrow and asked Tohru.

Tohru stood there for a moment, pouting, but quickly replied, "Yeah!... So, are we kind of engaged?"

"Something like that."

And immediately after saying that, Jin was greeted by an extremely emotional scream from Tohru… Well, she was in an extremely excited state for at least an entire day, she couldn't even sleep.

Nothing could erase the big smile on her beautiful face.

"Tohru, you shouldn't use magic to stop the rain," said Jin, who was working on his laptop.

"But that was necessary. How am I supposed to dry clothes without the sun?" Tohru asked.

"Unlike you, I don't eat my own tail." Jin commented.

"Hehehe~." Tohru had the decency to let out a slightly embarrassed laugh.

Jin, who was killing time with a manga after work, heard the doorbell ring. "Uhm? Who is it?" He stood up and headed to the door.

When he opened it, he didn't see anyone. But just as he was about to close the door and go back in, he felt a small hand grab his shirt.

Looking down… He saw a little girl. She has lilac-white hair tied up in braids and blue eyes. She has a very cute appearance. Her clothing style is something like "tribal-themed gothic lolita." Her outfit consists of a white cape with a fur collar, a pink blouse, a white ruffled skirt, and pink doll shoes. She ties her hair into braids, each adorned with three dark blue orbs. Her height is 120 cm.

From the horns and tail, she's clearly another Dragon... Jin simply sighed and let her in.

Once inside the apartment, Jin sat down on the floor in front of the little dragon.

"If you're looking for Tohru, she's gone, but she'll be back in a little while... Just feel free and wait for her," Jin said, before laying back and continuing with his reading, not caring about the intense look the little girl was sending him.

Seeing that Jin was ignoring her, she suddenly opened her mouth and said boldly. "Break up with Tohru-sama."

Jin looked away from his sleeve to catch a glimpse of the girl from the corner of his eye, then replied, "We're not together."

"Lies! I know you seduced her. With your body, you whore!"

"Hey, hey, it's rude to accuse others of being a prostitute. I confess that I am a womanizer, but I would never sell my body." Jin snorted with amusement in his voice, not at all offended.

The little girl suddenly jumped onto Jin's stomach, who was lying on the ground, and began to carry out a frenzied attack with her small fists, which couldn't even harm a fly.

"Finish her! Give her back to me!"

"What a pain… I'm dying." Jin, flipping through a page of his manga calmly, said in an indifferent voice.

At that moment, the apartment door opened and Tohru finally returned from shopping.

The little girl, the moment she saw Tohru, stopped her useless attacks and ran towards her happily.

"Tohru-sama!"

"Kanna?"

"This girl's name is Kanna Kamui. She's an acquaintance of mine." Tohru introduced the girl, whose name is Kanna, to Jin.

The three of them were now in the kitchen, sitting at the table to talk better.

"Tohru-sama disappeared, so I went to look for her." Kanna with her blank expression… Which seems to be the usual thing.

"I'm sorry, Kanna, I should have warned you. By the way, how did you find me?" Tohru asked.

"I saw the Dragon's Breath in the clouds, Tohru-sama, I felt its magic power." Kanna replied.

Jin looked at Tohru with a raised eyebrow.

"Hehehe~." Tohru stroked the back of hes neck and laughed a little embarrassed when she met his gaze.

"Tohru-sama, why are you wearing those clothes?… Let's go home. Tohru-sama, I need you…" Kanna grabbed Tohru's hands, hoping to bring her back to her world.

Tohru showed a complicated expression upon hearing Kanna's plea, but she was determined not to back down.

"I'm not going back." Tohru said with a firm expression.

Kanna was slightly discouraged upon hearing her answer. "Why?" She asked.

"That's because...".

"I knew it!" Kanna stood up from her seat, slammed her hands on the table, and glared fiercely at Jin. While the latter, simply watched everything with interest.

"I saw the two of you on a date! You were holding hands in front of other people. Pervert!" Kanna pointed at Jin with an accusatory look.

"I was just buying him some clothes." Jin muttered, and apparently, his muttering was completely ignored by the two as Tohru was left giggling like an embarrassed maiden, imagining that they were on an actual date earlier.

Jin sighed and got up to go to the fridge, all this talk making him a little hungry.

Suddenly, Kanna's expression darkened, she was giving off a dangerous aura around her. "Since it's like this, I'll have to kill you."

"DIEEEEE!" She threw herself in front of Jin and soon began to throw a barrage of punches at his stomach…

"You!.. You!.." It was a shame that Kanna's punches couldn't even harm a normal human, in the state he's in.

Within a few seconds… She got tired of beating Jin uselessly.

"Kanna, aren't you really weak now?" Tohru asked strangely.

Kanna turned around and looked at Tohru. "Tohru-sama, you are strange. For some reason I can't recharge my mana properly here…"

"That's right, when I first appeared here I suffered from mana exhaustion, you just have to get used to the atmosphere of the new environment since it's your first time coming to this world" Tohru commented to her little friend.

Jin suddenly knelt down and looked Kanna in the eyes and asked, "Little one, what makes it impossible for you to return home?"

"I-I can vote whenever I want." Kanna looked away from Jin nervously.

"Really? So you have nowhere to go, right?" Hearing this, Kanna shuddered and her eyes began to water.

Tohru sighed as she knew there was more to this story. "Kanna, be honest and tell me what's going on. If you were after Jin-san, I'm sorry, but you'll have to give up."

'Sorry? I don't have the hobby of being a Lolicon.' Jin thought... For some reason, there are a lot of people who think he's in love with lolis...

Kanna blew her nose and started to say in an unsure voice. "The truth is..."

Jin turned his gaze to Kanna who was sitting on the floor, a sad look on her face and small tears forming in her eyes…

Kanna reminds Jin of his daughter. The day he was separated from his family, his daughter was about the same size as Kanna…

Jin closed his eyes for a second and took a deep breath. Opening his eyes, he looked at the girl and spoke to her, "Kanna…"

Kanna stood up and faced him with her teary eyes.

"If you have nowhere to go, you can stay here with us... After all, I already have a dragon, another one won't make much of a difference."

Kanna's eyes widened in surprise, and took on a certain shine.

"I don't trust humans! You're planning something... You just want to use us!" Kanna stammered and exclaimed in distrust.

Jin knelt down and placed his large hand gently on Kanna's head, who was shocked by the gesture.

"There are times when even I don't trust myself." Jin recalled the times when his anger and arrogance cost him dearly.

Trust comes after a long period of living together, whether it's with family, friends, or romantic relationships." Jin gently stroked Kanna's head, remembering the time he held the most precious thing in the world in his arms.

"I can tell you that I'm not human," Jin showed, uncurling his tail from his waist. "And I'm not going to ask you to trust me, even if I'm a non-human."

"I'm not going to ask to be friends. And I just want to know one answer from you... do you want to live here?"

Kanna suddenly started crying... Maybe from relief knowing that she was no longer alone and now had a home. "Snif~ Snif~... Y-Yes~." She nodded.

Jin's perpetually sharp eyes became a bit kinder... He really wasn't good with children.

Tohru, who was watching everything from behind, smiled lovingly at the scene before her eyes. Jin right now has a fatherly air that surprised even her... And seeing his gentle side, only affirmed her love for him even more.

'Really... I'm so happy that I fell in love with you, Jin-san.'

Jin simply pursed his lips into a small smile.

'Haaa~ Another tenant in my small apartment... What's next? Another alien?... I'll have to move to a bigger place soon.' Jin sighed and thought humorously.
