Quirk System in Naruto

Chapter 1- New Life

Waking up as a baby after dying isn't something you'd think could happen. Waking up as a baby in the world of Naruto after dying and gaining a system is something that you'd also think couldn't happen, yet I'm here. Being reborn in Naruto is a cool dream I would have, but actually having it done sends a wave of dread through me. With jonin even being cannon fodder when the 4th ninja war starts. I hope this system is the cheat of all cheats. 

Speaking of the system its name is [The Quirk Giving System]. As the name implies, it gives me quirks, like the ones from My Hero Academia (MHA), from a lottery wheel. Sadly, getting spins isn't easy but I was given 1 emitter ticket and 1 transformation ticket for free. The system doesn't have a rank list, so I think I can get anything for a quirk. The features of the system are: 

Status shows my name, age, chakra affinities, quirks, and money. Quirks will be divided into categories, pretty simple. 

Skills show all jutsu I know. Ranging from taijutsu to even senjutsu. 

Inventory, it allows me to store anything in there besides living things like people. No size limit and it seems to have infinite space. 

Quest allows me to complete quest to get lottery tickets or other rewards. It shows only the current quest being done. 

Lastly the Lottery Wheel for quirks. There are 3 categories emitter, mutant, and transformation. I don't know much from MHA so I don't know what they are, but from what I can guess mutant changes me permanently, transformation is a temporary transformation, and emitter is everything else. 

With being a new born I quickly grow tired after looking over the system and fall asleep. Just like that months quickly flow by. I'm 1 year old now and I was born at the beginning of the Third Ninja War. My parents are civilian ninjas. My mother is a chunin while my father is a special jonin. My father is normally on the battlefield while my mother take care of me. Being a kid again is unbearable so I showed my maturity and intellect by walking before I was one and running by one. I also started to read and write, can't really talk all too well but it's getting there. Doing that so young made me become a 'genius' sadly. Now my parents might die due to the 'war' because of Danzo. I won't stand out anymore then I have to. 

During the year I tried to mix my spiritual and physical energy. I succeeded but I have a pitiful amount with being a year old, nonetheless I train my chakra control. I still haven't used my tickets. I wanted to be able to move around in case I got something I couldn't control. Thinking about using my tickets now, I call upon the Lottery Wheel and see a giant wheel appear where the system screen is. Using the emitter ticket first I see the wheel pick up speed until it doesn't look like it's moving anymore. 

With it coming to stop after some minutes I got the quirk Earth Flow. It allows me to control the earth. Using the transformation ticket, I get Hyper Regeneration. It allows for an extreme rate of regeneration. Even to the point of regrowing body parts. I'd say they're both pretty good. I can become the Tobirama of Earth Release. I can also completely control the regeneration, so if I don't want a cut to be healed, I can stop it. With the healing quirk I start to work out to the max every day, and when I get older, I'll work out with Guy. 

Just like that, years pass and I'm now 6, ready to go into the academy. The Third Ninja War ended not too long ago, and that means Naruto is born. Both of my parents have died in the war sadly and I mourned their death. They treated me well and I aspire to live up to their expectations. Both of my quirks have progressed nicely. I can regrow limbs instantly and can control earth up to 100 yards (91.44 meters) around me. Hyper regeneration won't really progress much since it's already great at the start but with Earth Flow I will always be trying to improve and make 'new jutsu'. 

Listening to the Third Hokage drone on about the will of fire is never fun. Being reborn into this world makes me immune to his bullshit. He wasn't the best Hokage but he did do a little good sometimes. Finally getting into the classroom, I don't see anyone noteworthy, being born before the main cast kind of sucks. 

Nothing notable happens during class so I check my Status.

I have quite a bit of money from completing simple quests. Not being a ninja helps a lot. Sadly, no new quirks, but that's okay I feel like having too many wouldn't be good. Checking my Quest something new popped up when I became a student.

(New) Be the best- Stay top of your class until graduation. Independent rewards for each year you're at the top. 

Main Rewards- 100,000 ryo, Shadow Clone jutsu 

Sub rewards- 1st year- Chakra weights 

2nd year- Clone jutsu mastery 

3rd year- Transformation jutsu mastery 

4th year- Body Replacement jutsu mastery 

5th year- Throwing mastery 

6th year- Custom chakra metal sword] 

Well, that's pretty good, but there goes my plan of staying a little lowkey. The masteries will be great, and I can't buy weights because I'm not a ninja. I haven't been able to train kenjutsu (sword techniques) because I don't have a sword. I've done a little of shurikenjutsu with my parents teaching me, so the throwing mastery will be great too. My taijutsu is already genin ranked. I'll need a better style though because the academy style only teaches the basics and lays a foundation. My speed and strength beat genin. The money will help with equipment and the Shadow clone jutsu will help with almost everything.
