"She's... So beautiful... Welcome to the world, little one, my name is Mitsumi, I'm your big sister and I swear on this day that as long as I live nothing will hurt you and nothing will pull us apart."

"So... How much time do you think it'll take for Mitsumi to come?" Akari asked next to Johanna while the two were sitting on the floor, with the mother's mind wandering around a little.

"I'm not sure honestly." Johanna answered. "I've been thinking about calling her again, but it could be dangerous, all we can do right now is simply wait and hope for the best."

"I guess you're right." Akari replied resting her head on Johanna's shoulder. "But I'm also quite worried about Emma, it seems like she escaped, from what she explained us, when she's not in her cell only her suit can protect her from the glitches."

"Well, that's why she took it before leaving, isn't it?" Johanna asked. "That girl has superpowers at the end of the day, I'm sure she'll be fine. I'm a little more concerned about us and about Dawn and company."

"Right, to think she also brought some friends into this and they have all been captured." Akari said.

"Their parents are gonna be real mad at me when they find out." Johanna said before the two heard someone open the door and saw Amaranth walking in with his Mime Jr. on his shoulder and sitting on a metal box right in front of the cell to then silently stare at Johanna and Akari.

"Uh... you're not the guy who brings us the prison food." Akari said and Amaranth simply kept staring at them.

"...I suppose you expect us to ask who you are." Johanna said.

"Forgive me, I'm still trying to find the best approach for this." He answered with a sigh. "Sho Akari, Johana Shogo, my name is Professor Hodaka Amaranth and I'm charge of this division of the Interpol, though that's an honor that I received rather recently, I was originally only the leader of a small task force, but my rank was ascended due to the some circumstances regarding you two."

"And you're telling us this because?" Johanna asked.

"Because this is the first time I get to talk personally with you two." He said. "Believe me, despite all the problems you've been causing, we mean no harm, we simply want to find the best solution for this situation."

"Mr. Amaranth, like I already told the rest of your coworkers, I'm still not too sure of why I was brought here, but I know you're messing with things that are greater than any of us." Akari said.

"That may be true." Amaranth said. "From what we understand, you were brought here by a mistake caused by the Legendary Pokemon Dialga, who contacted one of my Chasers to inform her about that, saying he would help, however, it's already been a few weeks since that and there's no sign of him, and now Dawn decided to step in and made the matter all the more complicated, which forced us to take unexpected measures... But this is all for the greater good."

"What exactly is for the greater good?" Johanna asked.

"It's nothing you should worry about." He sighed before standing up.

"Hey, Mr. Amaranth, wait!" Akari exclaimed standing up as well. "Listen, I know I have to return to my time, I'm aware of that, but what will happen to Johanna, Dawn and the others after I leave?"

"That's not exactly up to me." Amaranth said.

"Please, you have to promise me that you'll release them after this is all done!" Akari shouted. "They're not at fault here, they were simply trying to help me."

"... That's not a promise I can make, sorry, child." Amaranth answered before walking away, but not without his Mime Jr. tossing a small round device that fell right in front of the cell, causing Johanna to stand up take Akari to a corner of the cell.

'That's probably a microphone or something.' Johanna whispered. "Guess we can only hope that you know who does you know what." She sighed before sitting down on the floor again and Akari did the same to then hold onto her arm.

"I'm... Really sorry for all the trouble I've caused to your family." Akari said. "Had I known things would end up like this, I wouldn't have even thought of entering your house."

"Don't worry about that, Akari." Johanna replied taking her into a hug. "You're also part of our family, girl, don't you dare forget that."

Back in a forest of Kalos.

"So Malva, huh? I'll have to figure out where she is." Emma said. "But first." Emma raised a hand and a small flame formed on it, burning the the remains of Xerosic's heart.

"Uh, Millis?" Domino called her and the two saw Millis was now staring at the bush the two were hiding behind.

"Merde!" Millis shouted before Emma shot a Flame Burst at the bush, creating an explosion that shot the two girls in different directions.

"I would've normally asked why you were trying to free Xerosic, but I'm not really in the mood." Emma said approaching them while the fire started to extend around the forest. "Tell me who your friends are and I'll tell you who you are... I'll make this fast." She said walking to Millis who was struggling to get up, Emma then grabbed her by her arm and raised her up to take a closer look at her while Millis grunted in pain. "Well, this day just can't get any better." Emma said before grabbing Millis by her neck. "You remember me, right?"

"Neurotox!" Domino shouted running to them and releasing her Liepard and shiny Roserade, only for Emma to quickly use Discharge on Millis before letting go off her and putting her arms in front of herself, projecting a Hurricane that trapped Domino's Pokemon, raising them in the air to then slam them against the ground and leave them defeated.

"W-What?!" Domino shouted perplexed.

"Big mistake, girl." Emma said raising a hand and several sharp rocks rose from the ground, she then pointed at Domino and the rocks shoot themselves at her, with Domino barely managing to jump away and avoid them, Emma was about to repeat the attack, but her body started glitching again and stopped her.

"She... She keeps doing that... That's it!" Domino shouted before running away, while Emma screamed in pain for a few seconds until her body returned to normal and left her panting heavily.

"I'm almost done..." She said to herself to then look at Millis again, seeing her trying to reach her pocket, but failing due to a paralysis from the Discharge.

"I'm surprised that didn't knock you out." Emma said to then hold Millis by her hair and raise her up again. "Nevermind." She said closing her free hand and four long purple needles emerged from her knuckle. "This is a Poison Sting, a very special kind of it, with no existing cure, it'll be a painful and slow death, but that's honestly more than what you deserve, hope you have better last words than Xerosic."

"I-I... I'm sorry." Millis said in a weak voice. "When we kidnapped you and handed you over to Team Flare, it was just a job, we thought they would ask money for a rescue or something... If we had known what they would do to you, we wouldn't have accepted."

"Let's say I believe you." Emma said pulling back her arm to go for a stab.

"Let her go!" Domino shouted before Emma could land the attack on Millis and the two looked at her, seeing Emma's helmet being under one of Domino's boots.

"I don't know you are, I don't what you are, but I heard what Xerosic said to you and I know you need this thing!" Domino shouted. "So you let her go right now or I'm stomping your helmet to bits!"

"I could just teleport in front of you and rip your heart out like I did with him." Emma said.

"Y-Yeah, you probably could." Domino stuttered. "But trust me, my reflexes are on point and I'm a little proud of my legs. Even if you reach me, I would've crushed your helmet before you do so. Are you really willing to take the risk?"

"You could've just ran away and I wouldn't have bothered to follow you." Emma said. "I assume you're also a criminal, so why are you risking your life for hers?"

"Ever heard of honor among thieves?" Domino answered. "Besides, she's my partner... I don't have anyone else."

"Heh, I knew you were a softie." Mills said before Emma tossed her away onto the floor and left her unconscious.

"Millis!" Domino shouted raising a knee.

"Fine then." Emma told her. "Toss the helmet aside and I promise I won't hurt either of you further."

"How can I know you're telling the truth?" Domino asked.

"You were willing to trust Xerosic. I can't be much worse than him." Emma answered, Domino stared at her for a moment before taking the helmet in her hands and tossing it behind her, Emma sighed and slowly walked towards it while Domino ran to Millis.

"Millis! Hey, are you okay?!" Domino shouted once she reached her and seeing the girl didn't answer she started to shake her. "Millis! Millis, don't you fucking dare dying! MILLIS!" Domino gave her a sudden slap finally getting her to react and let out a groan.

"Ugh, what the hell?" Millis asked. "Was that seriously your best idea to wake me up? Not even a kiss or something?"

"Y-You... You're okay..." Domino whispered.

"Yeah, a little paralyzed and beaten, but I should be fine." She answered to then feel a drop fall on her face and opened her eyes wide once she saw Domino crying.

"I thought... I-I thought you..." Domino kept crying until she noticed what she was doing and quickly stepped back from her and started drying her tears while Millis got out of her surprise only to look at Emma again, who picked up her helmet and put it on again before staring at them.

"Whatever you two were planning with Xerosic, stop it." Emma said raising a hand and snapping her fingers, which caused a black cloud to appear above them and this started raining, putting down the fire around the forest. "The next person who corners you may not have as much mercy." She said before teleporting away with a flash of light.

"Great... looks like you saved me." Millis giggled to then lay on the floor. "I suppose we're even now... But seriously, she could've killed you, why'd you take that risk for me?"

"I... I-I don't know." Domino answered laying by her side and trying to hide her eyes with her cap. "I've never... saved anyone before, I guess... I just didn't want you to die..."

"Well, I appreciate that." Millis said with a smile.

"Hey... Where do you know that girl from?" Domino asked.

"From one of my last jobs... You see, my Dad and I kidnapped that girl and handed over to Team Flare by their request." Millis sighed. "We didn't usually deal with people, and to make the matter worse she was the daughter of some rich family, but Team Flare offered us a ton of money so we accepted, it was nothing personal, we thought they would ask even more money from their family in order for them to get her back, we didn't know they would keep her and turn her into... Whatever that was... Even then, after the deal was over, my Dad told me he didn't really feel satisfied with the job, then the whole Diancie fiasco happened and... He just gave up... He suddenly didn't like stealing anymore... After teaching me this profession my whole life... I tried to do the same for him, I tried to give up as well, but I just couldn't... Crime is the only thing that I know, which is why I contacted an old friend of mine and he got me into Team Rocket... Dad said we shouldn't have kidnapped that girl and... after hearing... Seeing what they did to her... Guess I can't say he was totally wrong. But this only proves my point." She said struggling to move but managed to sit down on the floor. "The damage I've done, the lives I've ruined, there's no way to go back from that, I don't have the right to live a 'normal life', I don't deserve such a thing ...not like I want to... You get me?"

"I... guess." Domino replied.

"Great, let's get out of here." Millis stood up with Domino's help and the two then looked at Xerosic's corpse. "Well, that's one way to ruin a mission."

"We'll just have to tell Giovanni what happened." Domino said pulling out a Rotom Phone and taking a picture.

"Yeah, sure." Millis sighed and looked at her watch, she tried to activate it, but this only sparked as the screen shattered. "Aw, shit."

"Wait, it's broken?!" Domino shouted.

"Looks like it." Millis said. "Must have been that electric attack she used on me."

"So we're stranded here in Kalos?!" Domino shouted.

"Not necessarily." A voice called and the two found Courtney looking at Xerosic's corpse before blankly staring at them. "I think I can help you with it."

Back in Alola.

"Well, it's finally your Mom's turn." Malva said on the stands along with Tina. "You better be ready."

"I'm really excited!" Tina exclaimed. "I've never seen her battle in person, I mean, Flareon and I had a practice with her, but she obviously swept us despite not even trying, this is the first time I'll see her battle seriously."

"It's been a while since I've seen her battling too." Malva said. "Oh, well, it'll be fun, I guarantee you that."

"And now, it's time for the last Elite Four Battle of Ash Ketchum, against the Kalos region representative, Drasna Caena Moore!" Dahlia exclaimed and both trainers walked together to the battlefield.

"My, I'm truly excited for this." Drasna said. "I saw your battle against Flannery and Kabu and I must say you left quite an impression on me, not to mention your five previous battles against the other Elite Four members, It's an honor to be your last obstacle before facing a champion."

"That means a lot, Miss Drasna." Ash answered. "And I'm excited too, Flannery and Korrrina both helped me train for this, they mentioned how strong you actually are, I can't wait to test that out myself."

"Ah, right, those two." Drasna giggled. "For the record, Ash, I'm totally aware of what you have with all those girls."

"Uh, you are?" Ash asked.

"Yup, and of course, I'm also aware of what Flannery is planning, and as her Auntie, I'll just tell you that her happiness is the only thing I could possibly want, as long as both your hearts tell you to go through with this, then you both have my blessing."

"...Thanks a lot, Miss Drasna." Ash said with a smile.

"Now, show me what you're made of!" She shouted and the two went to their designated spots.

"And the condition for this battle is..." Dahlia spun her roulette again and this stopped on a slot with the Z-Moves, Mega and Dynamax symbols all together inside a circle. "All three mechanics must be used during the battle and no switching allowed!"

"Oh, this will be fun." Drasna smiled. "Then I know perfectly who's going first. Let's do this, Butterfree!" She exclaimed releasing the small butterfly on the battlefield.

"A... Butterfree?!" Lana shouted. "Wasn't she supposed to be a Dragon specialist?!"

"Uh, well, you know Dragon-Type experts, they love using non-Dragons." Skyla said. "Lance's Gyarados, Iris's Excadrill and so on."

"You can do it, Mom!" Tina shouted.

"Kick his ass!" Malva shouted.

"Fine then. This is my first Pokemon. Boldore, I choose you!" Ash shouted and released him, but the moment he was outside, Boldore started to shine brightly and evolved right on the spot and stomped with force on the ground.

"There we go." Ash said with a smile while scanning him.

'Gigalith, the compressed Pokemon, Compressing the energy from its internal core lets it fire off an attack capable of blowing away a whole mountain. Gigalith's moveset has been updated: Flash Cannon, Rock Blast, Earth Power, Body Press

"W-W-Wait, what?!" Selene shouted.

"Well, Boldores evolve by Trade. Ash must have traded him back and forth with someone." Skyla explained, meanwhile in the VIP section, Iris was looking at the battle with a huge smile.

"My, Marshal is right, your luck never runs out." Drasna laughed. "Well, alright then, fight me with all you got!"

"If both trainers are read the battle begins now!" Kukui shouted.

"Rock Blast!" Ash called out and Gigalith's crystals illuminated in silver light before they shot themselves like rockets aiming at Butterfree, but he simply evaded them flying from side to side.

"Signal Beam!" Butterfree touched the tips of his antennae together and fired off a green beam that hit Gigalith directly, damaging him, but without moving it even a centimeter. "Use Twister!" Butterfree quickly flapped his wings and formed a purple tornado that pushed Gigalith away a few steps.

"Flash Cannon!" Gigalith's eyes illuminated before he fired off two silver beams from them, Butterfree once again avoided him by flying away, but Gigalith followed him with his sight and managed to land the Flash Cannon, knocking Butterfree out of the skies. "Body Press!" Gigalith's body became surrounded by red energy and he surprisingly jumped high in the air and tried to drop himself onto Butterfree, but this flew away just in time and Gigalith crashed against the floor.

"Earth Power!" Gigalith stomped the ground and several eruptions of energy surged from below, Butterfree once again avoided them by flying, but while he was focused on that, Gigalith took the chance and landed another Flash Cannon on him, knocking him out of the sky again.

"Well, just flying away obviously isn't going to work, huh?" Drasna said with a giggle. "Alrighty, let's make that challenge worth it, I want you to guess what Kabu gave me as a wedding gift." She said while revealing a Dynamax Band and activated it, with it gathering energy from around the stadium and shining brightly while she recalled Butterfree and her Poke Ball grew in size. "Looks like the battles from yesterday left enough leftover energy for this! Let's do it. Butterfree, Gigantamax!" She shouted tossing the ball up and a giant Butterfree appeared in the battlefield, his antennae were now green and his wings were now far larger than his body, with a simple flap from them creating a massive gust that was enough to push back Gigalith. "Ah! So this is how it feels? Kabu was right, the energy coming from this is a lot different from Mega Evolution." Drasna said with a smile to then laugh out loud. "Watcha say, Ash? Join me and let's make some rampage together! Let's make a pledge to make our spirits run wild!"

"Yes, Ma'am!" Ash shouted activating his Dynamax band to then recall Gigalith.

"Ugh, not this again." Kukui sighed. "I hope the stadium can take this."

"Gigalith, Dynamax!" Ash tossed the Poke Ball up and the giant Gigalith came out of it with a roar.

"Max Drake!" Drasna ordered and Butterfree roared before being surrounded by purple energy that then shot itself at Gigalith, taking the form of a giant Dragon and crashing against him.

"Max Rockfall!" Gigalith formed a giant Boulder and fired it to Butterfree, hitting him directly and kicking up a sandstorm that quickly surrounded the whole stadium.

"Nice! Nice!" Drasna exclaimed to then laugh out loud.

"Uh, she's getting a little too excited, don't you think?" Tina asked to Malva.

"Don't let that cute smile fool you, that woman enjoys chaos and destruction more than anything else." Malva replied.

"Max Ooze!" Drasna ordered and Butterfree shot a massive stream of poison from his mouth.

"Max Steelpike!" Gigalith roared again and summoned several metal pikes from the floor, using them to block the poison move and then extending them to stab Butterfree, who cried in pain upon impact. "Now Max Knuckle!"

"We only got three of those, right?" Drasna asked with another laugh. "Then I'll make the last one count! G-Max Befuddle!"

Gigalith roared yet again and a giant fist of energy suddenly came falling from the sky while Butterfree formed a giant green orb of energy in front of him and then flapped it to Gigalith, both moves exploded upon contact with their target, creating a massive shockwave that knocked back most of the people of the stadium including Ash and Drasna, while their Pokemon returned to their normal sizes.

"M-Miss Drasna, are you okay?!" Ash shouted standing up and seeing the woman laying on the floor.

"That was amazing!" Drasna exclaimed to then sit on the floor. "I've never felt something like that, that burst of energy was incredible!" She said to then look see how the two Pokemon were back to their normal sizes, with Butterfree flapping his wings slowly, while Gigalith was struck by poison damage. "And it was quite efficient, it seems. Venoshock!" She ordered and Butterfree shot a blob of poison that surrounded Gigalith and heavily damaged him. "I appreciate you were worried about me, sweetie, but this is still a battle. Twister!" Butterfree once again summoned a purple tornado, but this time it was far larger and managed to raise Gigalith on the air.

"Rock Blast!" Gigalith quickly shot his crystals and successfully hit Butterfree, knocking him out of the sky again, but right after that, the Twister brought Gigalith down onto the battlefield and left him defeated.

"Gigalith is unable to battle!" Kukui said to then look at Butterfree, who was shook by the attack but managed to get up and take flight again. "Butterfree is the winner!"

"And the first victory is for me." Drasna said while Ash recalled Gigalith. "Sorry that you wasted your Dynamax, Ash!"

"A Dynamax is never truly wasted." Ash said looking up at the ongoing sandstorm to then smile. "Dracovish, I choose you!" Ash called upon the fossil who roared and then started running around at high speed.

"Huh, that's quite a curious Pokemon you have there, I've never seen anything like him." Drasna said. "And by the looks of it, his ability is Sand Rush, right?"

"And that's not all that we've got! Dracovish, use Primal Law!" Ash shouted and Dracovish roared again as the ground began to shake, all the colors of the battlefield and the sky turned into a blue, purple and pink pattern with an oil painting-look, resembling the day turning into dusk, while Dracovish was surrounded by blue pulsing energy.

"Yeah! Wreck her down!" Peonia shouted.

"My, what do you have up your sleeve now?" Drasna asked.

"This field will boost the power of any fossil Pokemon." Ash answered. "And Dracovish here is made up from two different fossils so he gets a double boost."

"Well, let's see if that'll be enough! Twister!"

"Dragon Rush!" Before the tornado could reach him, Dracovish dashed away and became surrounded in purple energy as he ran towards Butterfree.

"Air Cutter!" Butterfree quickly flapped his wings, but the Dragon Rush easily withstood the attack and Dracovish then jumped towards Butterfree, slamming his head against him and knocking him back onto a wall.

"Ice Fang!" Dracovish once again rushed towards Butterfree, biting him down and freezing him instantly to then smack him against the battlefield and leave him defeated.

"Butterfree is unable to battle! Dracovish is the winner!" Kukui said as Dracovish happily danced around.

"So this field boosts fossil Pokemon, huh?" Drasna asked recalling Butterfree while she looked around. "That's quite interesting... well, I didn't bring exactly one, but there's a very special Pokemon that I brought for you today and this could be a good way to show him off." Drasna then pulled out what seemed to be a regular Poke Ball, albeit it appeared to be made out of wood and had a clip on the front. "This was a gift from my grandparents, let's see if you're prepared for this! Go, Go, Goodra!" Drasna tossed the Poke Ball and what came out of it was a giant snail shell, after a few seconds, the head of a Goodra came out of the shell, being followed by his whole body, the Goodra seemed thinner than a regular one and his antennae were also larger, and once he was outside, Goodra became surrounded by the same energy as Dracovish.

"Alright! The boost affects him too!" Drasna exclaimed.

"What... Is that?" Ash asked activating his Pokedex app, which answered with a 'no info' tab."

"This is Hisuian Goodra." Drasna started explained. "He's among the several regional variants that lived in Sinnoh long ago, but they all went extinct as the time went on, Goodra here is the last remaining member of his species, he's been alive for quite a few centuries in fact, the last of his kind at the end of the line, such a beautiful tragedy."

"Now that's something you don't see everyday." Dahlia said. "But will this extinct fella be enough to throw Ash off course?"

"That's amazing actually." Ash said. "So any extinct Pokemon is boosted by the Primal Law... Well, let's see what he can do! Fishious Rend!" Dracovish roared and his jaw illuminated with blue light before he jumped to bite Goodra.

"Shelter!" Drasna exclaimed and Goodra quickly hid inside his shell, causing Dracovish to bite on it and hurt himself in the process, only for Goodra's shell to suddenly start moving forward and roll over Dracovish, leaving him on the ground. "Poison Tail!" Goodra stopped rolling and then came out of his shell, which shined in purple light before uncurling and turning into a long tail-whip that he used to smack Dracovish away, before it turned back to a shell while Dracovish was hit by poison damage.

"Use Psychic Fang!"

"Shelter!"

Dracovish rushed towards Goodra as his fangs shined with pink light, but Goodra hid inside his shell again and rolled towards him, knocking him back again.

"Earth Power!" Dracovish roared and caused several explosions from the ground, but Goodra simply his on his shell again and withstood the attack.

"None of Dracovish's moves are working." Nessa said.

"And Ash can't switch him!" Gloria shouted.

"Poison Tail!" Goodra once again went out of his shell as it turned into a long whip and smacked Dracovish with it a few times before wrapping the whip around his neck and raising him up in the air. "Draco Meteor!" Goodra roared and several purple meteors fell from the sky, Goodra then used his tail to smack Dracovish against the ground before sending him flying up to let the meteors hit him mid-air, causing an explosion that dissipated the sandstorm and while Dracovish was falling, Goodra hit him with another Poison Tail and crashed him against the floor, knocking him out.

"Dracovish is unable to battle! Goodra is the winner!" Kukui said while Ash recalled Dracovish and Goodra's shell returned to normal.

"Guess you weren't prepared for that after all." Drasna giggled.

"That shell is really something, huh?" Ash asked. "But I think I've got an idea. Noivern, I choose you!"

"Hydro Pump!" Drasna shouted and the second Noivern was out, he was surprised by a giant stream of water that came from Goodra's mouth and knocked him out of the sky. "Don't lower your guard, dear!" Drasna said with another laugh.

"Fine then. Dragon Claw!" Ash ordered and Noivern's wings were covered by green energy as he flew towards Goodra.

"Shelter!" Goodra hid in his shell again and Noivern slashed it several times with his wings, causing him seemingly no damage. "You're gonna need a different strategy, Ash."

"Well, I think I have one! Flamethrower!" Noivern took flight and shot a stream of fire from his mouth, completely surrounding Goodra's shell and after a few seconds, he came out of the shell and shot a Hydro Pump to Noivern, making him stop his attack.

"I see." Drasna said while seeing Goodra was sweating. "Goodra is mostly an aquatic Pokemon so it'd make sense that the heat inside the shell could become a problem for him. Heh, you're a really smart kid, I wouldn't have figured that out myself. but well, Poison Tail!" Goodra quickly uncurled his tail and whipped Noivern's face to then grab him by his neck.

"Boomburst!" Noivern's ears glowed with white light for a brief second before he sent massive sound waves from them, causing Goodra to let go of him and hide on his shell again, only for Noivern to use Flamethrower again.

"Shelter!" Goodra rolled inside his shell again and jumped with it, slamming himself onto Noivern.

"Grab him with your feet and take him up!" Ash said and Noivern quickly reacted doing as told and taking Goodra up to the skies only to drop him once they were high enough.

"Use Hydro Pump to slow down your fall!"

"Dragon Claw!" Noivern quickly descended by the shell's side and when Goodra pulled out his head to shoot the Hydro Pump to the floor, Noivern dove to him and slashed him with his wings right on his head, making him stop the attack and causing him to spin around until it crashed against the floor. "Acrobatics!" Noivern roared as his whole body was surrounded by blue energy and then descended as he zipped on the air, crashing against Goodra again, who pushed Noivern away another Hydro Pump before hiding briefly inside his shell.

"Poison Tail!" Goodra came out of his shell again and turned it into a whip again, but after the first smack, Noivern grabbed the whip with his feet.

"Boomburst!" Noivern again fired off a massive Sonic boom from his ears, causing Goodra to cringe in pain while he tried to pull his whip and hide inside of it again, but Noivern refused to let go of him.

"Hydro Pump!" Goodra shot the attack and this landed on Noivern's chest, but he still didn't let go of the whip and even intensified the Boomburst. "Ugh, Draco Meteor!" Drasna shouted and Goodra roared to the skies, calling upon several purple meteors that rained over the two of them, causing yet another explosion. "E-Even with all that, he still didn't let go?" Drasna asked and after a few seconds Noivern emerged flying from the dust of clouds, albeit severely damaged, he then flapped off the remaining dust with his wings and revealed the fainted Hisuian Goodra to everyone.

"Goodra is unable to battle! Noivern is the winner!" Kukui said while Noivern landed on the floor and panted exhausted.

"Well, well, this has probably been the most balanced battle we've had so far." Dahlia said. "This two have been trading blows back and forth, but who's gonna win in the end?"

"You and your Pokemon are truly reckless, kid. I honestly like that." Drasna said as she recalled Goodra. "But my last two Pokemon, are my strongest ones by far. Here goes, Altaria! Play Rough!" Drasna called upon the Hoenn Pokemon, whose wings became surrounded in pink light while she flew to Noivern and smacked him with her wings.

"Dragon Claw!" Ash said and Noivern jumped off the ground while aiming at Altaria.

"Cotton Guard!" The moment Noivern tried to slash her, Altaria was surrounded by a ball of white cotton that blocked the attack and then exploded with a puff, disorienting Noivern. "Breaking Swipe!" Altaria's tail glowed in purple light and she used it to smack Noivern several times until Noivern bit down on her tail to stop her.

"Boomburst!" Noivern shot the move again, but this time the force was enough to make him let go off Altaria's tail and push her away. "Dragon Claw!" While Altaria was still being pushed by the Boomburst, Noivern took flight aiming at her and slashed her down with his wings, pushing her to the floor. "Flamethrower!"

"Breaking Swipe!"

Noivern shot the attack, but Altaria flew away just in time to avoid the fire and reached him to slap with his tail again.

"Dragon Claw!"

"Play Rough!" Altaria stood on her position and when Noivern tried to slash her, she blocked it with the fairy move to then slap Noivern away again with her wings.

"Acrobatics!"

"Cotton Guard!" Altaria surrounded herself in cotton, and while the force of impact of the Acrobatics was enough to push her away, the puff of the cotton once again disoriented Noivern. "Sky Attack!" Altaria roared as her whole body was surrounded by flaring blue energy before she dove down to Noivern.

"Acrobatics!" Ash called out and Noivern barely managed to make the move in time and crashed against the Sky Attack, but this was far from enough and Altaria ended up pushing him into the floor with an explosion; and this time Altaria was the one to fly out of the dust cloud, while Noivern laid down defeated on the floor.

"Noivern is unable to battle! Altaria is the winner!" Kukui exclaimed.

"You seem to be down to your last Pokemon." Drasna said while Ash recalled Noivern. "I don't want to scare you, but my remaining Pokemon is even stronger than Altaria. Will your last team member be enough for the two of them?"

"There's only one way to find out." Ash answered. "You've probably already noticed by now that I'm not someone who just gives in. Sceptile, I choose you!"

"Ah, the famous Sceptile." Drasna said while the Hoenn Starter took presence in the battlefield, with his twig on his mouth as always. "This guy really gave Kabu quite a beating, but let's see if he's up to this task!"

'We're counting on you, Korrina.' Ash thought.

Meanwhile in the mansion.

"Korrina, he's down to his last Pokemon! It's Sceptile!" Flannery shouted watching the battle on her Rotom Phone.

"Could you not shout?! We're like 1 feet apart!" Korrina replied to then sigh and use a pincer to carefully place the Key Stone on a black glove. "I... I think it's done."

"What?! For real?! That was it?!" Flannery shouted. "That was all the build-up for?!"

"Would you prefer if I took even longer to finish it?!" Korrina shouted.

"Huh, point taken." Flannery admitted while Korrina sighed.

"Nevermind that, let's get going, Ash is waiting for us."

"You said it, girl!" Flannery exclaimed and the two girls ran out of the room.

Back at the battle.

"Breaking Swipe!"

"Leaf Blade!" The leaves on Sceptile's wrists elongated and he used them to block the attack, while Altaria tried to hit him with her tail from different directions, but Sceptile's reflexes were far faster. "Dragon Pulse!" Once Altaria was close enough, Sceptile opened his mouth and fired a purple stream of energy that pushed her away. "Frenzy Plant!"

"Sky Attack!"

Sceptile slammed his fist onto the ground and several giant roots rose from the battlefield to try and smack Altaria, but this surrounded herself in energy and broke through the vines without much issue to then slam herself onto Sceptile.

"Thunder Punch!" Sceptile jumped in the air as his fists were surrounded in electricity and landed a fast punch on Altaria sending her to the floor. "Do it again!"

"Cotton Guard!" Altaria covered herself in cotton while Sceptile descended on her and pushed him away with a puff.

"Frenzy Plant!" Sceptile landed with his fists on the ground and the roots rose from the ground again, without giving Altaria time to fly away and smacked her repeatedly to then wrap around her and squeeze her.

"Looks like you got her." Drasna said. "Or perhaps not." Drasna revealed a Z-Ring and quickly activated it, doing her corresponding poses while Altaria was surrounded by energy and Sceptile still tried to contain her with the roots.

"Supersonic Skystrike!" Drasna shouted and a giant burst of energy came from Altaria setting her free from the roots before she dove down aiming at Sceptile, who dodged the attack with his speed, but Altaria simply flew higher before diving again with the still ongoing Z-Move and started following Sceptile while he ran around the battlefield.

"You can't run forever!" Drasna exclaimed.

"We don't exactly need to." Ash answered. "Frenzy Plant!" He ordered and Sceptile strongly stomped the ground with each step while he continued to run away, summoning roots every step that formed a wall which the Supersonic Skystrike easily broke through, but after roughly a minute, Altaria started to slow down and Sceptile kept using Frenzy Plant until the Z-Move had weakened enough to be unable to break through anymore. "Dragon Pulse!" Sceptile fired off the attack and caused another explosion that destroyed the roots, fully stopped the Z-Move and left Altaria defeated.

"Altaria is unable to battle! Sceptile is the winner!" Kukui said, but right after that, Sceptile dropped himself to the floor.

"Sceptile!" Ash shouted while the starter struggled to stand up.

"Heh, with all those Frenzy Plants one after another, it wouldn't be any other way." Drasna said. "Unfortunately, I have one more Pokemon left. Your turn, Tyranitar!" She exclaimed releasing the Rock-Type who entered the scene with a roar and summoned another sandstorm. "And just in case." Drasna activated the Key Stone of her wedding ring and the Tyranitarite, which was in a brace attached to Tyranitar's tail, reacted to it, surrounded him in black pulsing energy.

"Awaken the Dragon inside you! Our courage won't be stopped! Our courage won't be buried under the rubble! Show them why only the rampaging ones know gentleness! ABARETA!" She shouted and the now Mega-Tyranitar roared as several bursts of dark energy emerged from his body and the sandstorm intensified, knocking Sceptile off his feet again.

"Heh... Ash, you've made a great show today, but your Sceptile isn't in condition to keep battling." Drasna said to then sigh. "As much as I'd like to continue this battle to the end, I wouldn't want to take advantage of him and I know you care a lot about your Pokemon so I'll give you a chance to surrender... I understand you don't like to do that and you're truly remarkable for that, but it seems like you're not fit to be a champion yet, so-"

"ASH!" Korrina shouted arriving into the scene along with Flannery and tossed him a small white box that Ash caught in his hands. "I did my part! The rest is up to you!" She shouted smiling at him.

"You better don't let our efforts go to waste, Ash Ketchum!" Flannery shouted and Ash smiled at the two before opening the box to find two black fingerless gloves, one of them with a Key Stone attached to it and the other one engraved with golden letters that read 'AxK'.

"Thanks, Korrina." Ash whispered as he put on the gloves before looking inside his pocket and pulling out the Sceptilite that Kabu gave him after their Gym battle.

Meanwhile in Motostoke.

"You can do it, Ash." Kabu said. "See the world through the Dragon's eyes and watch it burn."

"Show her what you got, kiddo!" A slightly drunk Gurkinn said.

Back at the stadium.

"He's gonna do it, folks!" Dahlia shouted. "Ash's first Mega Evolution will happen right there, right now, live for the world!"

"Let's even up the score, Sceptile!" Ash tossed the Sceptilite at him and he caught it with his claw while staring at Tyranitar. "...I don't have a big speech or some great phrase, but you believe in me and I believe in you, so let's do this together!" He exclaimed before activating the Key Stone and the Sceptilite started reacting to it as Sceptile shined brightly with green light that fully surrounded him as his body shape changed, letting out a roar as the light disappeared and revealed his new form.

"That's what I'm talking about! ABARE! ABARE! ABARE!" Drasna shouted opening her eyes. "HAHAHAHA! LET'S DESTROY THIS PLACE!"

"Please don't!" Kukui shouted.

"And people think I'm the one who wears the pants in our relationship." Malva laughed nervously.

"Sorry, Mom, but I don't think anyone actually thinks that." Tina told her.

"ASSURANCE!" Drasna ordered and Tyranitar ran towards Sceptile as the horn on top of his head suddenly elongated surrounded by black energy, he tried to slash Sceptile with it, but he dodged the attack with an striking speed.

"Leaf Blade!" Sceptile's leaves elongated even longer than before as he rushed towards Tyranitar.

"Breaking Swipe!" Tyranitar roared and his tail became surrounded by purple energy that took the shape of a spiked mace, which he used to knock Sceptile away, the Dragon instantly stood up, but ended up kneeling afterwards.

"Don't let the Mega-Evolution get to your head, he's obviously still exhausted!" Drasna said.

"Sceptile! Use Thunder Punch on yourself!" Ash ordered and the dragon looked back at him confused. "Just trust me!" He said and Sceptile prepared a Thunder Punch on both fists and bumped them against each other, causing the electricity to surge around his whole body, but instead of taking damage, he became surrounded by golden energy.

"That's Lightning Rod!" Korrina exclaimed.

'Thank, Sawyer.' Ash thought. "Frenzy Plant!" Sceptile slammed both fists on the floor and giant roots rose from the ground.

"Blizzard!" Tyranitar breathed in before roaring and letting out a massive cold wind that froze solid all the roots and reached all the way to Sceptile, pushing him away and freezing him slightly. "Stone Edge!" Tyranitar roared again as his spikes shot themselves like spears towards Sceptile, breaking through the frozen vines.

"Leaf Blade!" Sceptile quickly ran towards the spikes and slashed them all away until he made it to Tyranitar and slashed him several times, but Tyranitar took advantage of him being up close and hit him with a Breaking Swipe, sending him flying away.

"Now Blizzard!" Drasna said and Tyranitar hit Sceptile while he was falling, freezing him mid air before he crashed against the floor, which cracked the ice and fred him albeit he was now shivering by the cold. "Assurance!" Tyranitar ran towards Sceptile again and this tried to avoid like last time, but he couldn't move fast enough and Tyranitar managed to slash him away with his horn. "Blizzard!" Tyranitar roared again and the cold wind pushed away while he nailed his claws on the floor to not be sent flying again.

"Dragon Pulse!" Ash called out and despite the freezing cold, Sceptile managed to fire the move, landing it right inside Tyranitar's mouth and causing him to stop the Blizzard and cough out dust. "Now's our chance!" Ash pulled out a Grassium-Z, placing it on his Z-Ring and activating it to then do the corresponding poses along with Sceptile, who was then surrounded by green glowing energy.

"A Mega-Evolution using a Z-Move?" Lillie asked.

"Oh, this will be good!" Acerola exclaimed.

"Bloom Doom!" Ash shouted and Sceptile roared as a burst of green energy emerged from him, dissipating the sandstorm and covering the battlefield in flowers, the energy then formed a green orb in front of Sceptile and shot a massive green beam that exploded onto Tyranitar, leaving the Johto Pokemon bruised, but still able to battle, while Sceptile panted exhausted and fell to his knees again, causing Tyranitar to smirk at him.

"Stone Edge!" Drasna ordered and Tyranitar's spikes regrew as he charged the attack, but before he could do so, the flowers that were covering the battlefield started generating small balls of pollen that surrounded Sceptile in a swirling motion, causing his body to shine as the twig on his mouth shined as well, blossoming into a red flower.

"What the-" Ash was interrupted by a ring from his Rotom Phone and he quickly picked it up while it instantly opened the Pokedex App. "A new move?" He wondered but his thoughts were interrupted by Tyranitar's roar as she shot the spikes towards Sceptile. "Well then... FOREST FLASH!" He shouted and Sceptile dashed forward so fast it almost looked like he teleported, using Leaf Blade to break through the spikes as his tail started spinning like a drill.

"Blizzard!" Tyranitar expelled the move from his mouth again and the cold wind pushed Sceptile back, but he nailed his claws on the ground and the seeds on his back illuminated to then suddenly shot themselves up and rain over Tyranitar, exploding like fireworks and causing him to stop his move, Sceptile then continued running and used Dragon Pulse but Tyranitar blocked it with an Assurance and once Sceptile was close enough he jumped to use Leaf Blade only for Tyranitar to block him with Assurance again and send him flying upwards but once Sceptile started falling down he aimed his still drilling tail against Tyranitar.

"Breaking Swipe!" Tyranitar roared and slammed his tail against the floor before it was surrounded by purple energy and crashed it against Sceptile's tail. Both attacks stopped each other in a power struggle, but the mace on Tyranitar's tail started to crack before suddenly exploding and letting Sceptile finish his attack, with his drilling tail slashing through Tyranitar and leaving the tip of Sceptile's tail on Tyranitar's chest, Sceptile then landed roughly on the ground losing his Mega-Evolution and both Pokemon stood motionless for a few seconds that felt like an eternity to everyone in the stadium, who were all holding their breaths.

"Uh, S-Sceptile is unable to-" Kukui was able to call out, but the tip of the tail that was still on Tyranitar's chest suddenly started shining with a bright green light and a burst of leaves and flowers came out of it with a explosion that forced Tyranitar back to his base form and left him defeated before he finally fell to the floor, while Sceptile smirked and sluggishly stood up again to then give Ash a thumbs up.

"Heh... Tyranitar is unable to battle! Sceptile is the winner and the victory goes to Ash!" He shouted and the stadium roared while Ash sighed relieved and ran to his Pokemon, with Drasna walking to hers as well.

"That was amazing!" Ash shouted taking Sceptile into a hug. "That was... Really different from just facing a Mega-Evolution, the power that was surging from you, that energy we shared, just... Wow."

"Wow indeed." Drasna replied walking to her Tyranitar and patting his head. "You also did amazing, thank you." She said while recalling them to then face Ash and Sceptile. "Looks like I ended up underestimating you as well, my apologies... And my congratulations as well. Hehe, that was some real rampage!"

"Thanks a lot, Miss Drasna." Ash answered. "I also think-"

"ASH!" Flannery and Korrina shouted running to him and taking him into a double hug that almost caused them to fall.

"You did it! It worked!" Korrina exclaimed to then shed a few tears. "I-I'm so happy."

"That was so crazy! We need to battle again! I don't care if you wreck me, I need to experience that power first hand!" Flannery shouted.

"Thanks a lot, Girls." Ash said looking up at them and placing his hands on their cheeks. "I surely wouldn't have won without you two... That's why... I know you both are still thinking about it, but I feel like I need to said it clearly... I want you both to be my girlfriends." He whispered only for them to hear and the two girls blushed madly at this.

"Alright, everyone! This is the moment you've all been waiting for!" Dahlia said pulling out a different roulette with the faces of the present champions on it. "Ash overcame the six Elite Four battles like he was tasked to do, so now it's time to decide who will be the champion that he has to face in order to finally earn his title! And that will be..." Dahlia spun the wheel as a camera focused on it and the whole stadium stayed silent expectantly until it finally stopped. "Cynthia!" She shouted.

Up in the VIP section.

"Argh, damn it!" Iris exclaimed.

"Iris, language." Lance told her.

"FUCK YES!" Cynthia shouted and the rest of the room simply looked at her. "Uh, I-I'm just really excited after seeing those battles!"

"Yeah, sure." Diantha said with a laugh.

Back in the battlefield.

"Alright then." Ash said with a smile, happy to face one of his girlfriends.

"Well, I guess my job here is done. Best of luck!" Drasna said before pulling Ash from Flannery and Korrina to then pinch his cheek. "You're just too much! You and your Pokémon are simply charming! My, who knows? Had things played out differently in our lives, I'd be down for dating a strong young man like you!"

"W-Well, thanks." Ash replied with an embarrassed blush.

"M-Miss/A-Aunt Drasna!" Korrina and Flannery shouted also embarrassed by what the older woman just said.

"There, there, no need to be embarrassed, he's all yours after all." Drasna replied with a laugh before pushing Ash back to them, with Korrina and Flannery catching him and looking at each other before smiling and kissing him on his cheeks at the same time, causing the whole stadium to gasp.

"G-Girls! We're in public!" He shouted.

"Like I give a damn!" Flannery said with a laugh to then hug Ash and bring his head to her chest. "You're officially mine now, Ash Ketchum!"

"Yup, that's our way of saying that we accept your proposal." Korrina whispered to him.

"Well, well, it looks like the champion is having some fun tonight." Dahlia said and the audience shared a laugh, causing the three to blush embarrassed.

"Well, she's kinda right." Drasna laughed again. "You were really energetic today, Ash, but you look quite tired, so you should go home and rest, I'm sure you'll sleep like a baby tonight... Unless these ladies here don't let you, of course."

"Miss/Aunt Drasna!" They shouted again and Drasna laughed at them, Ash also laughed until he noticed someone entering the arena, he separated from the girls for a moment and spotted Phoebe, who had her arms crossed as she walked in silence until she was right at the center of the battlefield, taking a deep breath afterwards before staring directly at Ash.

"Kahuru Ash Ketchum!" She shouted pointing at him. "I mua o nā Kahuna, nā kānaka o ko kākou ʻāina a me nā ʻuhane o Alola, ke noi aku nei au i ke kānāwai o Kronan a ke hoʻohana nei au i ka pono i loaʻa iaʻu ma ke kuʻi ʻana i nā hoʻokolokolo moku āpau a me nā Kahuna ʻehā e hoʻokūkū iā ʻoe i ke kaua no kou poʻo inoa, ka mea a'u e hai aku nei ia oe aole pono e hooko!"

"...The what now?" Flannery asked.

"Wait, wha-" Ash was about to ask something, but a burst of purple energy emerged from the middle of the battlefield in front of Phoebe, forming a pentagon beneath her, before extending into a whole pentagram around the battlefield, with the symbols of the Tapus being on four of the points while in the fifth point was something akin to a broken crown, with Phoebe standing on the center of it and raising her hand before a purple chain surged from the ground and extended itself at Ash, forming a shackle around his wrist to then pull him towards Phoebe.

"ASH!" Flannery and Korrina tried to follow him, but a circle formed around the pentagram and summoned a translucent purple barrier that stopped them.

"What's going on?!" Flannery shouted while Drasna followed them and placed a hand on the barrier.

"This type of aura..." Drasna whispered. "This can't be good."

"Girls! What did she say?!" Gloria shouted at the Alolan girlfriends after everyone saw the scene.

"Kahuru Ash Ketchum..." Acerola started translating. "Before the Kahunas, the people of our land and the spirits of Alola, I invoke the Law of Kronan and I use the right I have earned by defeating all the island trials and the four Kahunas to challenge you in a battle for your title, which I declare you unfit to fulfill..." She explained while Ash was dragged across the battlefield until he was at Phoebe's feet, with him looking up at her to see a similar shackle around her wrist.

"Ash Ketchum!" She shouted and her voice echoed around the whole stadium. "I, Phoebe Uhane, officially challenge you for your title of Kahuru!"

"Kahuru?" Ash asked as he stood up.

"You know nothing, do you?" Phoebe asked. "Champion may be the 'legal' way of saying it, but Kahuru is title you officially have as the strongest trainer in Alola, as per our most ancient laws, since humans first appeared in Alola, the Kahuru has been the ruler of the whole region, he was the one person in Alola who was above all 4 Kahunas and oversew the 4 islands, though Alola hasn't had a Kahuru in centuries and that's not a topic which is usually brought up, but by overcoming the four Kahunas and becoming champion, you also became the new Kahuru; however along those same Alolan laws, there's one law in specific, the law of Kronan, which says that if an inhabitant of the islands happened to be unhappy with the rule of a Kahuru he would have to clear all island trials and defeat all four Kahunas and only then he would have the right to challenge the Kahuru in a battle for his title, conditions I've finished to met today and a right I have earned and therefore I'm making use of it now."

"Wait, she can do that?" Delia asked on the stands with Lei on her arms.

"Well, apparently." Burnet replied while she quickly looked at the Alolan law in her Rotom Phone.

"S-So that's why she wanted to fight me so bad." Hapu said.

"I wouldn't have expected her to do something like this." Olivia asked.

"And I imagine we can't do anything about it, right?" Nanu asked.

"No, we can't." Hala said. "All that she just said is true, she's enforcing her right as an Alolan."

"...And what if I decline your challenge?" Ash asked.

"You can't do that." Phoebe smiled. "As the Kahuru you're the king of Alola by our most sacred law, and that same law allows to me to do this, if you turn your back on that now, then the Alola you claim to be fighting for is already dead. Besides, I think it's obvious you're not ready to be a champion, just look at the battles you had today, all those evolutions and gimmicks your Pokemon keep coming up with, you would have lost each battle if it wasn't for them, so consider this an opportunity to prove me wrong, I mean, you're supposed to go through Elite Fours representing the regions you've travelled in, right? I'm not part of the Hoenn Elite Four anymore so I'll proudly represent the Alola Region for your challenge, see me as the last pebble on your road before you get to fight Cynthia." She said offering a handshake. "Come on... won't you shake a poor sinner's hand?"

"...Fine then." Ash said accepting the handshake, but once he did so, the force field that was around the Battlefield shrunk until it only surrounded Ash and Phoebe in the shape of the central pentagon.

"That's it, I'm going in!" Bea shouted tossing her pompoms aside and summoning her sword, but Meray stopped her.

"C-Calm down! He doesn't seem to be in danger." Meray said. "You girls still need to keep a low profile, let's only intervene if absolutely necessary."

"Phoebe, what are you doing?" Acerola asked.

"Now this is the last part of the challenge agreement, it's meant to be private." Phoebe kept explaining as her voice wasn't heard around the stadium anymore. "The Kahuru and the challenger both make a condition that must be fulfilled after the battle, the condition tends to be exile, but one can ask for anything and if the loser happens to disobey the condition once the battle is lost, he'll be punished by the spirits of the island, so I imagine you can guess what my condition will be, if I win our battle, you'll have to break up with Acerola and never approach her again."

"I'm not going to do that, Phoebe." Ash replied.

"Oh, Ash, you don't have a choice." Phoebe answered. "The challenge is already on the run, if you don't accept my terms, neither of us will get out of here, I'm sorry to say it, but you've fallen into my trap."

"You can't just do this to Acerola!" Ash shouted. "She already told you that she wants to be part of my family!"

"Stop calling it a 'family', what you have is not normal, you've stolen those girls from their future!" Phoebe shouted.

"I know is not 'normal' and I couldn't care less about what most people think." Ash answered. "But Acerola has told me that you've been like a sister to her and it hurts her that you don't want to accept our relationship."

"It's because I love her as a sister that I'm doing this." Phoebe said. "This is for Acerola's own good. Isn't that what you say to care about? Both you and her are too blind to recognize it so only I can do something about this!"

"... So for my condition I can ask for anything I want from you?" Ash asked.

"Anything that'd be under my obvious capabilities, of course." Phoebe asked. "But you said it yourself, you know I'm like a sister to Acerola, what could you possibly take from me without making her hate you?"

"...Fine then, Phoebe, if you win, I'll break up with Acerola." Ash sighed. "But if I win, then you are going to become my girlfriend as well."

"... ME WHAT?!" Phoebe shouted.

"Yup, I lose the fight, I lose a girlfriend, I win the fight, I win a girlfriend. Symmetry, my friend." Ash explained. "I'd be lying if I say you aren't pretty."

"Y-You..." Phoebe simply stuttered and took a few steps back only to be stopped by the barrier.

"Oh, you didn't like that, did you?" Ash asked. "Well, that's the only condition I can put, as you said, neither of us is getting out of here until we accept each other's conditions, right? Unless you're lying about all this stuff."

"...Of course not." Phoebe replied before offering another handshake and once Ash accepted it, the chains around their wrists broke from the ground only to link with each other before disappearing along the barrier, but the pentagram remained in the battlefield. "The deal is sealed, our fates are linked, the Gods are our witnesses. I'll see you in 24 hours, as per the rules tell it'll be a 5v5 battle and you can use all the gimmicks you want, until then." After Phoebe said this, she simply walked out of the arena, with Ash staring at her for a moment before sighing and going back with Korrina, Flannery and Drasna.

"Are you okay?" Korrina asked.

"For the moment, did you hear all that?" He asked.

"Up until the last part." Flannery said. "After the barrier closed we couldn't hear anything."

"Well that's what Phoebe said would happen." Ash sighed again. "Listen, I need to discuss this with the rest of the girls too, let's go with them for now."

"I wish you both luck." Drasna said hugging both Korrina and Flannery to then pat Ash's head and walk out of the scene, while Ash went back to the changing room along with Flannery and Korrina.

"Uh, well, you heard that, folks." Dahlia said to the audience. "We'll see you tomorrow for this surprise special battle against Phoebe Uhane!" She said and the crowd started to leave while the girlfriends made their way to the changing room as well.

Up in the VIP section.

"Shouldn't we do something about this?" Lorelei asked.

"I don't think we have the right to intervene with another region's traditions." Marshal said.

"Yeah; and even if we had, Ash accepted that challenge on his own, that was his decision." Juan said. "And Phoebe may be strong, but Ash already defeated all of us, I don't think we should be worried."

"We can only come back tomorrow and hope he defeats Phoebe." Bertha said. "And then he'll have his battle against Cynthia."

"That girl seemed to have something else up her sleeve though." Karen said. "What do you think she told Ash there at the end?"

"I'm not sure, but something tells me we'll find out tomorrow." Diantha answered.

"Ash still shouldn't have accepted like that, it wasn't his obligation." Iris said. "Hmp, just when I thought he was finally maturing."

"I'll admit all this has made me a little anxious." Clair said. "It seemed like that girl had been planning that for a long time."

"Even if that's the case, I'm sure he'll manage to push through like he has done so far." Lance said before noticing Cynthia silently standing up and walking to the door of the room. "Where are you going, Cynthia?" He asked.

"Well, our job here is done for today, isn't it?" She asked.

"Yes, it seems like it is." Goodshow answered.

"Then I'll try to find out what is that girl Phoebe planning. See you tomorrow." She said walking out of the room.

A few minutes later.

"SHE DID WHAT?!" Acerola shouted after Ash had finished explaining the situation with Phoebe to the girlfriends.

"Yeah, basically that." Ash answered.

"She really had everything planned out, huh?" Meray asked with Pikachu on her shoulder.

"I've never heard of such laws." Lillie said.

"Yeah, I mean, they're basically a bunch of old stuff." Mallow added. "Most people in Alola don't tend to look back at them."

"You shouldn't have accepted, Ash." Cynthia said. "Phoebe just said those things to get into your head."

"Yeah, I probably shouldn't have." Ash admitted. "But I feel like if I hadn't, Phoebe would still pester me about this. This might be the only way to get her to accept my relationship with you."

"So if you win then she'll be forced to join us?" Bea asked.

"Yeah, like, what about the 'punished by the spirits of the islands' and all that?" Nessa asked.

"It wasn't what I had in mind honestly." Ash replied. "I thought saying something like that would make her back down from the challenge."

"It rather looks like you gave her even more motivation to not lose." Peonia said.

"Whatever's the case, you girls know there's no way I'd force her to join." Ash said.

"Nah, I say you make her go through with it and we punish her ourselves for trying to mess with us!" Lana said. "Let's make her our slave! That way she'll learn!"

"Lana..." Ash trailed off and Acerola simply held his hand.

"...I know you're gonna win. Because you promised me nothing would ever pull us apart." Acerola said. "So, uh, when you do, I'll take care of Phoebe, okay?"

"What are you planning to do?" Ash asked.

"Pay it no mind, my prince, you have enough things to worry about already." She said giving him a quick lip kiss. "Just focus on defeating her and I'll take care of the rest."

"If you say so." Ash answered.

"Well, alright, we should be moving to the next topic then." Bea said to then point at Korrina and Flannery. "You two, that is."

"We're really sorry about kissing Ash like that in front of everyone." Korrina said.

"Yeah, I guess we were both a little moved by everything." Flannery. "But, well, we both finally accepted Ash's proposal."

"Yup, they did." Ash said walking to the two girls and holding hands with them before looking at the rest of the group. "So, girls?"

"Geez, three girlfriends on the same day? We might need to put you a weekly limit or something." Bea said. "But of course it's fine by me, I'm really fond of these two."

"Yup, they've been in the house for a few days and they're great!" Nessa said.

"I look forward to getting to know them better as well." Peonia said.

"Yup! These two are great battlers! I love training with them!" Gloria said.

"They're... Both nice girls indeed." Acerola said while looking away.

"Why do you even ask us honestly?" Lana asked. "Like, we all joined your already existing relationship, sure it's fine."

"Yeah, when you think about it, it'd be pretty hypocrite for us to not accept a new member." Mallow said. "Like, even with Selene, we didn't have much room to complain."

"Ash is making sure we all consent, which is extremely important for this type of relationship." Lillie said. "Though they do have a point, Ash, there will be a point when you won't have direct access to all of us after getting a new girlfriend."

"Yeah, we probably should make a group chat or something." Cynthia said with a laugh. "But fine by me, if course!"

"So this is part of the girlfriend routine, huh?" Selene asked. "Well, of course, I just joined, there's no way I'd reject them."

"I also agree for the record!" Meray said and the rest of the girls looked at her. "Y-Y-Yeah, I'm not his girlfriend yet, but like... I just wanted to say something."

"All set then." Ash said squeezing their hands. "My, 13 girlfriends, is this the part when I start to get worried?"

"Oh, come on, you brought this on yourself." Flannery said with a laugh before planting a kiss on his lips.

"And you don't need to worry." Korrina said before taking her turn to kiss him. "Like the girls always say, we'll do everything we can to make sure you don't overwork yourself."

"So, now that we're officially dating... How about?" Flannery gave him a lustful look while she slowly raised her shirt.

"At least wait until we get home!" Bea shouted.

"And you two also have to wait for your turn now!" Lana complained.

"R-Right, it's Acerola's and mine tonight!" Skyla said.

"I... Don't think I'll be able to do that tonight." Acerola said.

"Uh, are you sure?" Ash asked.

"Y-Yeah, don't worry, Ash, it's not your fault." Acerola said. "I'm just really worried with all that just happened with Phoebe, I don't think I'll be able to focus for tonight."

"Must be serious if you're calling me Ash instead of prince, huh?" Ash said holding both her hands. "Fine then, don't push yourself, we'll move your turn to the next night."

"Sounds great." Acerola nodded. "I'll be giving my turn to Flannery and Korrina then, is that okay?"

"W-W-Wait! So we're letting those two cut in line too!" Lana said. "A-After everything we discussed about Selene?"

"Well, all of us are discussing it right now, so it is a different situation." Cynthia said. "The others who haven't done it with Ash besides Skyla and Acerola are you three and me, but Ash and I have a little agreement regarding who wins in the champion battle so it'd be contradicting to do it with him before that so I'm out of the picture at the moment."

"I also don't want to do that with him if you two are not present." Lillie added. "But I don't want you two to go before me either and four girls at the time would be way too much, so if we can't all go then letting Flannery and Korrina have their turn is the only logical solution."

"Yeah, I guess it could also be a good way of thanking them for helping Ash with that last battle." Peonia said.

"Or I could just... You know, have Ash for myself tonight?" Skyla asked.

"...Nah." Every other girl said.

"Oh, well, it'll be us three tonight then, girls!" She said to then hug Flannery and Korrina.

"Heck yes!" Flannery shouted.

"F-Flannery..." Korrina stuttered while felling both girls' chest pressing against her.

"Come on, girl! Get a smile on that face!" Flannery told her. "We're gonna have our way with Ash! Just imagine all the crazy things we can try out with your flexibility!"

"...I don't feel safe." Korrina whispered.

"You can't keep doing this to us!" Lana shouted.

"H-Hey, let's calm down." Mallow said.

"This is what you get for lying." Lillie said giving them a grim smile.

"Although thinking about it, will it really be okay for Ash to be with three girls at the same time after what happened last night?" Nessa asked.

"You don't have to worry about that." Meray said. "It seems like the medicine had its full effect, Ash should have enhanced durability for a few nights."

"Looks like everything is in order then." Ash said. "Now we should be splitting in groups before we head home to not gather too much attention.

"Oh, right! I almost forgot!" Gloria exclaimed. "Uh, would my group like to accompany me to the port?"

Meanwhile at the Prism Tower.

"Clemont, is that thing done?!" Bonnie shouted with Dedenne on her shoulder.

"Almost." Clemont answered managing some cables under what seemed to be an antenna. "Looks like we're done!"

"Got it!" Bonnie ran to a wall and pulled down a lever, which powered on the Antenna Clemont was preparing.

"I hope this works." Clemont took a deep breath before pressing a button on the antenna, which then pointed to the roof and shot a yellow beam that keep going through the roof and went all the way to the point of the Prism Tower, which then amplified the beam and shot it to the skies and once this reached enough altitude the beam expanded into a yellow dome that surrounded all of Lumiouse City. "There we go." He said with a smile.

"I knew you could do it!" Bonnie exclaimed giving him a hug.

"Good thing I was already working on this as a contingency plan." He said. "I told the Interpol that having such a huge jail close to a city as big as Lumiose would be a risk, but they never listened, at least that dome should keep the inmates outside until enough officers arrive."

"Double good thing that we received the signal early so we could give the alarm to the city." Bonnie said to then pout. "Still, to think we had to miss Ash's battles because of this. Those criminals have no matters."

"I also had my Gym inspection today, looks like it'll have to be postponed." Clemont said.

"Right, what Elite Four was coming for the inspection anyway?" Bonnie asked.

"From what Mr. Wikstrom told me it was supposed to be the newest Elite Four Member, it was also meant to be some kind of test for them."

"Oh! So they finally found a replacement for Malva?" She asked it. "Who is it?"

"I don't know, they haven't made it public yet." Clemont answered. "If I had to guess, I'd say they chose Wulfric, he's definitely the strongest of us Gym Leaders, if not him, maybe Olympia or Ramos."

"Does it have to be a Gym Leader?"

"Not necessarily, but it is the most common outcome." Clemont answered. "If not a Gym Leader, then a trainer who has proven to be strong enough to the other Elite Four members, or just someone who they consider worthy of the title. Like the newest Unova champion."

"Excuse me, Mister Clemont." Clembot walked into the scene. "We seem to have a guest."

"A guest?" Clemont asked and Clembot then guided them to the reception of the Gym, where they found Drasna waiting for them.

"Miss Drasna?!" They both shouted.

"Good evening, uh, Mister Gym Leader." Drasna said. "How is it going?"

"Uh, I-I, wait, wait, what are you doing here?" Clemont asked. "Y-You're supposed to be in Alola!"

"Really? And I would I be there?" Drasna asked.

"Because you're one of the Elite Four members our friend Ash is facing." Bonnie replied.

"I see... Hmp, I don't know, I saw a light and somehow ended up here." Drasna said looking around. "Hey, do you happen to know where Malva is?"

"What do you mean?" Clemont asked. "She was with you in Alola."

"With me? Why would I take Malva with me?" Drasna asked.

"Because... you two are married." Bonnie answered as she slowly placed a hand inside her bag.

"Married you say?" Drasna kept asking.

"Yeah, we, uh, we were at your wedding." Clemont said. "Miss Drasna, are you feeling okay?"

"Extreme Speed!" Bonnie suddenly shouted and tossed a Friend Ball, releasing Zygarde in his 10% form, with the canine quickly dashing towards Drasna and tackling her with enough force to send her flying to a wall.

"BONNIE!" Clemont shouted. "W-W-WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!"

"Look!" Bonnie pointed and the siblings looked at Drasna's body glitching until it revealed Emma in her suit.

"An illusion?" He asked.

"I knew it! I didn't feel my urge to ask her to take care of you!" Bonnie shouted. "I knew something was wrong!"

"I wanted to believe that was your common sense telling you that she was a married woman but ok." Clemont answered releasing his Luxray, Chespin and Bunnelby, who stood by Zygarde's side along with Clembot, while Dedenne jumped to Zygarde's back. "Whoever you are, stand down!" Clermont shouted.

"T-That's blood on her suit, isn't it?" Bonnie asked. "Do you think she's one of the prisoners who broke out of jail?"

"She could be." Clemont answered.

"I'm already contacting the authorities." Clembot said while Emma stood up again.

"Hey! I told you to stand down! We don't want to hurt you!" Clemont said.

"That's your mistake." Emma said while her pupils turned black again before she punched the floor, which then started to shake and crack as several energy explosions came from beneath and surrounded the sibling's Pokemon.

"That's Earth Power!" Bonnie exclaimed.

"Watch out!" Clemont shouted grabbing his sister on his arms and running away with her before a huge explosion took place and knocked them both to the floor.

"Guys!" Bonnie shouted looking back at their Pokemon and seeing Clembot and all of Clemont's Pokemon defeated, but Zygarde was running at Emma with Dedenne riding on his back. The Legendary tried to use Extreme Speed again, but Emma stopped him with a Bullet Punch and sent him flying back.

"Pfft, to think Team Flare was making such a big deal about you." She said and Zygarde prepared a Dragon Pulse, but Emma quickly pointed at him and an Ice Beam came from her finger, freezing Zygarde's head completely and making the Dragon Pulse to explode in his mouth, which caused his body to tear apart and separate into the Zygarde cells and Squishy, with the explosion also knocking out Dedenne

"Squishy!" Bonnie shouted and tried to run to him, but Clemont stopped him.

"You..." Squishy talked with Emma through telepathy. "I knew I've felt your energy before, you're that freak of nature that Team Flare created."

"Sticks and Stones, Mr. God." Emma answered.

"To me, my cells!" Squishy said and the cells started to illuminate but at the same time Emma charged two Dragon Claws and used Extreme Speed, slashing through all the cells and leaving them defeated before they could reach the core to then go to Squishy and grab him with one hand.

"So you think I'm a freak, huh?" Emma asked. "I didn't ask for any of this, and believe me, Team Flare's leash holds me no longer."

"That doesn't change what you are." Squishy said. "You're still the product of Team Flare's efforts, something like you shouldn't exist."

"You're in no position to insult me." Emma said as she started to squeeze him. "That core inside you isn't exactly durable, now is it?"

"Let him go!" Bonnie shouted running to her.

"Bonnie, wait!" Clemont followed her and Emma simply looked at them before raising her hand preparing a Stone Edge and both siblings froze in fear.

"Don't forget that you shot first." Emma whispered before hurling the rocks at them.

"BONNIE!" Clermont quickly put himself in front of his sister to take the hit, but both siblings were suddenly grabbed from above and lifted in the air out of harm's way.

"What-" They both looked up to see a Noivern smiling at them.

"Huh?" Emma wondered only to be surprised by a Gogoat using Giga Impact on her, causing her to let go of Squishy and sending her flying away, but Emma managed to land on her feet.

"Looks like I'm just in time."

"Alexa!" The siblings shouted while the woman stood by Gogoat's side.

"Well, this surely will be an interesting story." She said activating her camera.

"I hate paparazzi." Emma dashed to her with two Bullet Punches ready, but Alexa's Heliolisk suddenly crawled from behind her back to the top of her head and extended her collar to use Flash and blind Emma for a moment which gave Gogoat the chance to land another Giga Impact cleanly, this time leaving Emma on the floor.

"I'm a journalist, dear." Alexa answered. "A journalist who doesn't like to see people messing with her friends." She added while Noivern left the siblings next to her, with Bonnie instantly taking her into a hug. "You guys okay?"

"Thanks to you that is." Clemont answered.

"You seriously saved us, but what are you doing here?" Bonnie asked.

"Well, you knew the new Elite Four who replaced Malva was coming for your Gym inspection today, right?" She asked. "Well, surprise! Here I am."

"...WHAT?!" They both shouted.

"Hehe, yeah, Viola recommended me and I apparently surprised them during the tests so here we are." She answered. "She was also supposed to be here to help me with the inspection, but I guess that between the curfew and that dome she hasn't made it... Now, what do we have here?" She asked while approaching Emma and carefully took off her helmet to reveal her unconscious face.

"It's... Just a little girl." Alexa said. "She doesn't look any older than you, Clemont."

"She's quite pretty actually." Bonnie said.

"Don't you even think about it!" Clemont shouted.

"Her face looks familiar." Alexa said. "I think I've seen her in one of my journals, but I might need to check it out to be sure." After she said that, Emma groaned right before her body started to glitch and the group took a few steps back from her.

"W-What's going on?!" Bonnie shouted.

"I'm not sure." Clemont said hugging his sister close to him while Emma continued to glitch until she finally returned to herself.

"M-My helmet..." Emma held her head and another glitch hit her and caused to scream out loud in pain before she looked at the group again and saw Alexa holding her helmet. "You- GIVE ME THAT!" She shouted dashing to them and was intercepted by another Giga Impact from Gogoat, but this time Emma held him by his horns and spun him around, tossing him against Noivern and leaving both Pokemon on the floor.

"Heliolisk!" Alexa shouted and her Pokemon jumped from her to Emma's shoulders, wrapping his tail around her neck before releasing a Discharge, but Emma grabbed the lizard and used Superpower to toss him onto the floor, leaving him defeated.

"I'm done playing!" Emma shouted preparing a Poison Sting on her knuckle again and dashed to the group, nailing her needles on Alexa's arm, making her scream in pain and let go of the helmet.

"Guys, you run away!" Alexa shouted before kicking the helmet away.

"YOU!" Emma shouted before kicking Alexa away, sending her flying across the room.

"Alexa!" The siblings shouted and ran in her direction, Emma was about to follow them, but she was stopped by another glitch that made her fall to her knees and forced her to crawl to where her helmet was.

"Alexa, are you okay?!" Bonnie shouted carefully holding her head.

"Ugh, is the camera still running?" She asked.

"That attack she just landed." Clemont took the woman's arm and saw that while she wasn't bleeding, there were purple marks slowly growing over her skin. "L-Looks like she used some kind of Poison-Type move."

"I got an antidote here!" Bonnie quickly looked for the item inside her bag and gave it to Clemont so he could apply it to Alexa's injury, causing the purple marks to stop growing, but they didn't disappear."

"It doesn't seem to be fully working." Clemont said.

"What did you do to her?!" Bonnie shouted looking at Emma while she picked up her helmet and stood up before looking back at them while her body glitched again.

"This is all your fault...YOU JUST HAD TO TELL ME WHERE MALVA WAS!" Emma shouted. "I would've just left!" She said as another glitch hit her and she put her helmet back on, stabilizing her body again. "...I don't have time for this." Emma raised a hand before firing a Flame Burst to a wall, leaving a huge hole on it before teleporting away.

"I-Is she gone?" Bonnie stuttered.

"Looks like it." Clemont answered while Alexa breathed heavily and the purple marks on her arm started growing again.

"B-Bonnie, call the ambulance, I need to make another call." Clermont said pulling out his Rotom Phone.

"What's going with her?! Who was that girl?! What did she want?!" Bonnie shouted again.

"I'm not sure, but... I Think I have an idea of where she's going."
