People are writing diaries in Douluo, Bibi Dong is crazy about it

Chapter 100: Chapter 100

**Chapter 100: An Old Friend Arrives**

As expected, the moment Zhao Ling arrived, the representatives from the branch halls and sub-halls across the Douluo Continent swarmed around him, creating chaos.

"So this is the Demon Suppressing Douluo? As expected, he is both handsome and talented! I am Mo Fang…"

"Demon Suppressing Douluo, a pleasure to meet you! I am Liu Feng, the Archbishop of the Longxing City Branch Hall."

"I am Qin Yi, Archbishop of Barak City. Greetings to the Demon Suppressing Douluo."

...

The crowd's enthusiasm was overwhelming, and Zhao Ling grew increasingly concerned that someone might accidentally touch Bibi Dong or Ah Yin. 'They're my wives!' he thought. 'If anyone takes advantage of them, it'll be a huge loss for me.'

Just as Zhao Ling was considering clearing the crowd with a few kicks, a cold voice cut through the noise.

"Enough!" Ghost Douluo's commanding tone silenced the crowd. "Why are you causing such a commotion? Make way for the Demon Suppressing Douluo and the others! The auspicious hour is near—can you bear the consequences of delaying the ceremony?"

Hearing this, the crowd quickly dispersed, creating a path.

Zhao Ling let out a quiet sigh of relief. While he could've dealt with the crowd physically, injuring Spirit Hall members—especially those who had traveled so far to celebrate—might have caused unnecessary tension.

Leading Bibi Dong and Ah Yin, Zhao Ling finally entered the Pope's Palace.

---

Inside, Qian Xunji and the elders showed no displeasure at Zhao Ling's arrival with both women. After all, Zhao Ling had achieved what seemed impossible—ascending from an ordinary person to a Titled Douluo in just fifteen years, with three 100,000-year soul rings to his name.

With such qualifications, no one dared to criticize him. If Zhao Ling had decided to bring another dozen women to the engagement ceremony, they still wouldn't have dared to object.

As Zhao Ling and Bibi Dong approached, they both respectfully greeted Qian Xunji.

"Teacher…"

Qian Xunji nodded approvingly and turned his attention to Zhao Ling. "Xiaoling, from today onward, I entrust Dong'er to you. Treat her well."

"Thank you, Teacher. Don't worry—I will cherish Dong'er for the rest of my life," Zhao Ling replied, his voice steady. He reached out, gently brushing Bibi Dong's cheek with a tender smile.

Bibi Dong lowered her head shyly, unable to meet his affectionate gaze.

"Alright," Qian Xunji said, clapping his hands lightly. "The auspicious hour has arrived, and all the guests are present. Let's begin the engagement ceremony."

At his command, Ju Douluo stepped forward to commence the proceedings.

---

Meanwhile, outside Spirit City, a woman with long sea-blue hair and an elegant, noble demeanor rode in a carriage through the bustling streets. Her features were exquisite, her warm temperament captivating. She gazed out at the lively scene, her tired eyes curious.

"I didn't expect Spirit City to be so prosperous," Bo Saixi murmured to herself. "It surpasses even Sea God Island. As expected of the Spirit Hall's headquarters."

As her carriage navigated the streets, she occasionally glanced at the various shops, her intrigue growing.

Upon arriving at the city's station, Bo Saixi disembarked and turned her gaze to the largest, most opulent building complex in sight. "That must be the Spirit Hall," she said softly, her lips curling into a faint smile. "Qian Daoliu, an old friend is here. How will you react?"

Her true purpose for coming to Spirit City was clear: to find Zhao Ling. Meeting Qian Daoliu was merely incidental.

Driven by urgency, Bo Saixi quickened her pace. For over a week, she had pushed herself relentlessly, traveling across the ocean and then by land. Even as a Level 99 Extreme Douluo, the journey had been exhausting.

But she couldn't rest—not until she found Zhao Ling and uncovered Tang Chen's whereabouts.

Arriving at the Spirit Hall gates, Bo Saixi was immediately stopped by a group of guards.

"Who are you?" one demanded. "This is the Spirit Hall. Do you think you can just waltz in here?"

Another guard, his gaze lecherous, muttered, "She's stunning—almost as beautiful as Miss Dong'er. Maybe we should… introduce ourselves."

Bo Saixi's eyes narrowed at the disrespect. With a swift, casual motion, she slapped the guards away. Her strength was such that she didn't even need to release her martial soul. The guards were left dazed, sprawled on the ground as she strode through the gates.

---

The commotion quickly reached the Pope's Palace, where Qian Xunji and Qian Daoliu were observing the engagement ceremony.

Hearing of the intrusion, they exchanged concerned glances. Neither wanted the ceremony disrupted, so they ordered Ghost Leopard Douluo and Snake Spear Douluo to intercept the intruder.

Before the two elders could even leave the square, a strikingly beautiful woman ascended the steps outside.

Seeing her, the guards' protests faltered—they were utterly outmatched.

Ghost Leopard Douluo and Snake Spear Douluo quickly released their martial souls, nine soul rings rising around them in dazzling displays of power.

"Who are you?" Ghost Leopard Douluo demanded.

The woman ignored their posturing, her voice calm but commanding. "Qian Daoliu, an old friend is here. Will you not come out to greet me?"

Inside the Pope's Palace, Qian Daoliu froze. That voice…

His hands trembled, his heart pounding. Could it be… her?

Memories flooded his mind. Could she have come all this way to see him? Had she finally realized he was the one she truly loved, the one she could rely on?

In that moment, a spark of hope reignited within him—a flame he thought had long since been extinguished.
