CHAPTER 31: The Flow of the Planet
The morning sun cast a warm glow over the beautiful green forest, making the dew-covered leaves glisten like gems. Birds chirped melodiously as the forest came alive with the sounds of nature. Ayaan, with his calm and steady demeanor, walked ahead, his steps barely making a sound on the forest floor. Blue, his upper body covered in bandages, followed closely behind, his eyes scanning the surroundings with a mix of curiosity and determination.
"Ayaan," Blue called out, jogging to catch up to the old man. "Uhm, I have a question. Do you know where the World Tree is?"
Ayaan stopped and turned to face Blue, his expression inscrutable. "Why do you seek the World Tree, Blue?"
Blue's gaze dropped to the ground for a moment before he looked up, his eyes filled with a mixture of hope and urgency. "I'm looking for my mother. She said she's at the World Tree."
Ayaan's eyes softened slightly, and he began to speak in a philosophical tone. "The World Tree is the source of all life on this planet. It gives life to every single being and tree. It is the heart of our world, pulsing with the essence of existence itself."
Blue listened intently, his amazement evident. "So how do I get there?"
Ayaan smiled, a faint yet enigmatic curve of his lips. "Only if you follow the flow of the planet will you find it."
Blue furrowed his brow in confusion. "The flow?"
"Yes," Ayaan said, his voice calm and serene. "The flow comes from the World Tree. It is the lifeblood that courses through the veins of our world. To reach the World Tree, you must follow the source, where it begins."
"But how can I do that?" Blue asked, his frustration and confusion growing.
Ayaan's smile widened slightly, a glimmer of wisdom in his eyes. "Easy," he said, leaving Blue with a sense of anticipation and mystery.
