Charlotte Cracker scoffed from his hiding place in his cookie armor, trying to shield himself from pain. "He's just a little brat."

"Hahaha! Cracker, are you feeling a bit challenged?" 

Perospero chuckled softly, like a mischievous older brother stoking the fire. "If things get heated later, are you going to take him on?"

"I'll make that kid go back crying to his Mom." 

Cracker was filled with confidence.

"Alright," Ian grabbed Yamato, who was ready to charge forward, "No need to be so loud."

The girl really seemed like she wanted to rush over and hit Charlotte Linlin with a stick. 

That would definitely be an international incident.

"But," the little girl pouted and turned back angrily, "She wants to take you away!"

"It's not that she wants to take me away!" 

Ian said, forcing a smile while seriously emphasizing it.

"Anyway, the one who will always be with Ian is me!" 

Yamato declared loudly.

Ian knew all too well what that meant.
