In the original game, the God Card is immune to the opponent's effects. When this ability is transferred to Ian, it makes him impervious to various special abilities.

"As for what Kaido-sensei is planning, you can return with me and ask him directly," Ian said.

It was unknown how long in future Kozuki Toki had fled, but in the original story, she sent Momonosuke and others twenty years into the future in one go.

In the original story, Momonosuke was sent to the future while Hiyori stayed behind, but this time, the situation was reversed.

Momonosuke, already frightened, broke down completely.

Ian grabbed Momonosuke and returned to the hole he had crashed into, leaving the castle tower behind as he looked down.

The battle was still raging.

Ian hadn't taken long to capture Momonosuke, and neither Yamato nor Shimotsuki Yasuie were weak enough to be defeated in such a short time.

In the ongoing fight, it was clear that the Yamato trio had gained the upper hand.

Yamato, in particular, had a clear advantage. The strength of the Shimotsuki Yasuie was indeed limited. He had just been hit by a fire attack, leaving him burned and struggling against Yamato.

Jack and Black Maria were faring poorly.

Despite being of similar age to Ian and Yamato, the disparity in talent was significant. They had initially been able to bully the samurai with their abilities, but as the elite samurai adapted, they were forced into a passive position. The gap in numbers was also a significant disadvantage.

Within just a few minutes, both Jack and Black Maria had sustained several wounds.

Black Maria, being quite astute, used her ability to climb up to the side tower of the castle. From her elevated position, she attacked while remaining out of the samurai's reach.

Jack, on the other hand, was in a dire situation, besieged the most. Fortunately, his mammoth form had tough skin, and his injuries were mostly superficial.

"That's enough," Ian declared as he landed slowly with a flap of his wings, holding Momonosuke up. "If you don't want this kid to get hurt…"

"Ian!" Black Maria exhaled in relief.

It was finally over.

"Big Brother Ian!!" Jack cheered, amazed. "Big Brother Ian never lets us down!"

"Momonosuke..."

Shimotsuki Yasuie, who was engaged in combat with Yamato, was both anxious and enraged. 

His anxiety stemmed from the uncertainty surrounding the whereabouts of Kozuki Toki and Hiyori, while his anger was fueled by their inability to protect themselves effectively.

The once-formidable blade he wielded was now completely encased in ice. How could he stand by and watch as Momonosuke was harmed?

Gritting his teeth, Yasuie's eyes locked onto the child, still crying in Ian's grip.

"Stop!"

He finally shouted, "Everyone, stop!"

At his command, the samurai ceased their attacks, their expressions dark and foreboding. 

"Eh! Is that it?" 

Yamato, who was enjoying the battle, puffed up her cheeks in frustration and looked up angrily, "Ian! I was about to win!"

Ian, still holding Momonosuke, slowly descended to the ground. He glanced at Yamato, then at Yasuie, whose face was filled with resentment. "Then why don't you continue?"

Of course, Ian didn't care. It was preferable to delay the confrontation for a while, able to just avoid the fight between Kaido and Kozuki Oden.

"Hmm!"

Yamato's delicate brows furrowed in thought as she pondered the situation, her small head bobbing with determination. Finally, she shook her head resolutely and declared, "No!"

Clenching her tiny fists, she announced loudly, "Since we've caught someone, let's head back! The battle between Dad and Kozuki Oden is way more interesting!"

Ian sighed to himself. It didn't matter; he had no idea where Kaido-sensei and Kozuki Oden were fighting.

Wouldn't it be simpler to fly back to Onigashima?

"But Big Brother Ian," Jack, now back in his human form, approached while wiping blood from his body. "Why did you only capture one? What about Kozuki Oden's wife and daughter?"

"They escaped."

"Escaped? Brother Ian, you couldn't catch them?" Jack was incredulous.

"No one could catch them."

Ian shook his head.

"How can we possibly catch up with someone who can traverse through time?"

"After returning, I can ask Kaido-sensei to send someone to guard this place, but who knows how many years it will be before the mother and daughter reappear?"

Upon hearing Ian, Shimotsuki Yasuie let out a sigh of relief.

However, he turned to look at Momonosuke, whose face was now severely burned, making it almost unrecognizable.

"So, what about these people?"

Black Maria's gaze fell on the samurai led by Shimotsuki Yasuie, all of whom were glaring at them with anger.

"These people?"

Ian turned his attention to the Shimotsuki Yasuie and said, "It's enough to take this one back."

Though he wanted to say to leave them alone, the Kozuki family's name held significant weight in Wano Country. Letting him go in front of Kaido-sensei would undoubtedly lead to severe repercussions.

"What are you going to do with Shimotsuki Yasuie?"

The samurai under Shimotsuki Yasuie were the first to protest!

Even if Momonosuke were used as leverage, they would never allow harm to come to their lord!

"No!"

At that moment, Shimotsuki Yasuie looked at Ian and said, "I will go with you!"

"Lord Yasuie!!"

The samurai were stunned. "You don't have to do this!"
