One Piece : Winged Dragons of the Beast Pirates

Chapter 171: Chapter 111.2 : Love Sickness??

Ian felt a bit regretful and then said, "Well then, let's change the subject. I've heard,"

"There's an island full of fierce wild beasts near Kuja Island?"

"Hm?"

Tritoma was surprised. "There is such an island. It's an uninhabited island, Rusukaina Island, located in the northwest direction of our Kuja Island, but Lord Ian, how do you know about it?"

The Calm Belt is very isolated. In the past, even if someone occasionally passed by, they would never stay here.

News from this place should be difficult to get out.

"I saw it in the autobiography of an adventurer from many years ago," Ian casually gave an excuse. "I heard that it was full of extremely ferocious beasts?"

"That's right," Tritoma nodded lightly, her expression a bit serious. "It is said that there was once a kingdom on this island, but in the competition with nature, it was defeated and ultimately destroyed by the island's savage beasts."

"Great!"

Ian laughed. "This is exactly the kind of monster the Beasts Pirates need!"

Right now, in the face of the beasts on this uninhabited island, the Beasts Pirates really have no face to call themselves the Beasts.

What did Rayleigh say in the original story?

He said that there were at least five hundred beasts on that island, each stronger than Luffy after the Summit War!

Even Luffy from two years ago was not weaker than a regular Navy Headquarters Rear Admiral, and might even be able to easily defeat some of the trashy Vice-Admirals like Maynard or Red King.

And there are five hundred beasts stronger than this version of Luffy!

What does this mean?

In the original, the Beasts Pirates' army created from Caesar's research into artificial Devil Fruits probably wouldn't even compare to these beasts.

Well, if Shiki the Golden Lion knew about this, he'd cry and faint in his artificial sky island.

He wasted twenty years studying vicious beasts, but here, there are ready-made ones!

"Do you need such monsters?"

Tritoma was confused. "But Lord Ian, these beasts aren't very intelligent, and their nature is violent and hard to tame. What do you need them for?"

"Hard to tame?"

Ian smiled, as if amused. "That's not necessarily true."

On the way to Kuja Island, he had already asked Morgans to investigate. The previous user of the Millet Millet fruit had been a long time ago, and the fruit had probably been quietly lying somewhere, waiting for its owner to arrive.

And this somewhere is likely in Wano Country, in the Kuri Region, near Amigasa Village.

After all, in the original story, the one who ate this fruit was a little girl from Amigasa Village, who had no ability to leave the village for too long.

Ian had already asked Kaido-sensei to start searching in that area.

As long as they get the Millet Fruit, those ferocious wild beasts will turn into obedient little puppies, right?

They could even have the Fish-Man army use the manufactured Dango to tame sea beasts.

Sea Kings should be different though—they are highly intelligent and only submit to Sea Kings.

Also, the Dango has a time limit, it seems, about one month.

But it doesn't matter; they can just feed it again when the time's up.

It's more than enough!

The Beast Pirates are about to become a true Beast Legion!

Uh, I think I've said that before.

Never mind, Judge's artificial Devil Fruits are also part of this Beast plan.

"Is that so?"

Tritoma nodded. "Then Lord Ian, I'll take you to Rusukaina Island afterward."

Since Ian said so, she, of course, had no objections.

Ian smiled brightly. "Then I truly thank you."

Just then,

The doors of the banquet hall were pushed open with force, and two tearful girls ran in. They were crying so hard their faces were drenched, gasping for breath. "Queen Tritoma! Elder Nyon, Miss Shakky! Sis, sis is going to die!"

What?

Ian froze.

He quickly sized up the two girls.

A round-faced girl with green hair and a slender girl with brownish-yellow hair.

Although their appearances were quite different from their future selves, it was undoubtedly Hancock's two younger sisters.

Second sister, Sandersonia, and third sister, Marigold.

The sister they were talking about—could it be Hancock?

Hancock is going to die?

Ian couldn't help but feel anxious.

In his plans, Hancock was an important asset for the Beast Pirates in the future.

How could she die?

But she was completely unharmed before, wasn't she?

Was it an internal injury caused by Akainu's haki attack?

Akainu, you're utterly evil!

Tritoma and Shakky exchanged glances and saw the smile in Gloriosa's eyes.

The current Empress of the Kuja Pirates could only sigh in frustration, standing up. "Lord Ian, Hancock is sick. Please come with me to check on her."

Ian felt somewhat confused.

I'm not a doctor. Why would I need to go see her—

Wait!

Ian suddenly thought of a possibility.

No way...

His smile froze.

So, Ian followed Tritoma, Shakky, and Gloriosa all the way to Hancock's room.

The two younger sisters, who were leading the way, were still crying uncontrollably. "We don't know what's wrong with her, but after she fainted, she's been lying in bed, her body is burning with fever, and despite the doctor's efforts, they can't bring her temperature down."

Shakky, however, showed no sign of worry. "Don't worry, Sonia, Mary. This illness isn't something that ordinary methods can cure, but—"

She casually glanced at Ian. "We've already brought the special medicine."

Ian's lips twitched.

He, too, casually glanced at the woman walking beside him, Yamato.

"What's wrong?"

The young girl, with instincts as sharp as a beast's, looked at Ian in surprise.

"No, nothing."

Ian shook his head.

Soon, they arrived at Hancock's private room.

It was a room not very large, as Hancock wasn't yet the Empress of the Kuja Pirates at this point.

A moderately sized bed was placed on one side of the room.

The black-haired girl lay on the bed in her pajamas, the blanket tossed aside.

The girl's skin had an odd flush, her hand pressed to her chest, breathing heavily. Her body twisted restlessly, like a snake.

To be honest, it was a bit suggestive.

Hancock was already a sixteen-year-old girl, with a more developed figure than Yamato.

"Sis!"

The two younger sisters, seeing this, cried out in despair and rushed toward Hancock.

But before they could reach the bedside, Tritoma spoke up, "Hancock, are you alright? We were planning to take Lord Ian to Rusukaina Island. We were hoping you would join us to give him a tour of the island, but if you're not feeling well, we can skip it."

The two younger sisters turned around in shock.

Your Majesty Tritoma, even though their sister is this sick, she's still saying things like—

I can't believe it!

Before Tritoma could finish his sentence, Hancock, who was severely ill in bed, suddenly sat up without warning, her body stiff like a zombie. The flush on her face vanished instantly, but her bright, beautiful eyes locked onto Ian. A lovely red flush returned to her face, like the glow of a sunset.

"I'll take Lord Ian with me."

Ian's eyelids twitched.

Without thinking, he glanced at Yamato beside him.

Yamato tilted her head, curiously examining Hancock, then tugged at Ian's sleeve and whispered in his ear, "Is she really sick?"

On the bed, Hancock, who had just regained some strength, witnessed this scene. Her eyes rolled back, and she instantly collapsed again.

"Sister!!"

The two younger sisters screamed in unison.

Yamato also gasped, "She really is sick! What a strange illness!"

Tritoma covered his face.

What a pity.
