One Piece: The Strongest Female Pirate Crews

Chapter 226: Chapter 226: The Battle with Imu and Uranus, Teleportation Escape—Imu Enraged

"We're the ones doomed? Hahaha."

"Today, it's you who will die."

The two Elders, unfazed, sneered at Kuke.

Kuke's blade slashed down.

A sharp wave of sword energy tore through the air.

"Not good!"

The two Elders panicked and tried to escape.

But they were too close—they realized there was no way to avoid it.

With their strength, they couldn't possibly block this attack.

"Lord Imu, save us!"

"Whoosh!"

A sharp shockwave burst from Imu's fingertips, slicing through the air and shattering Kuke's flying slash.

The Elders opened their mouths, ready to mock Kuke again.

But the oppressive aura igniting around him silenced them.

They dared not speak—if Imu failed to intervene in time, they could genuinely die.

"Thunderborn! Extinction of All Things!"

Kuke leaped forward, dragging his blade, enveloped in the power of thunder.

He aimed directly at the throne where Imu sat.

"Boom!"

Imu raised one hand to block the blade, but the throne beneath her shattered instantly, golden fragments scattering.

The thick wall behind her split open, creating a massive hole through which sunlight and fresh air poured into the sealed chamber.

"Hm."

Imu maintained her relaxed posture, still sitting as though there were a throne beneath her.

She hadn't taken a single step back, though her face flushed even redder.

The sunlight illuminated her figure, making her pale skin appear even more lifeless.

"Retreat."

Imu's voice rang out as she extended her other hand toward Kuke.

"Golden Crow in Flight!"

A blazing golden radiance formed a barrier-like screen, enveloping Mary Geoise.

"Has the captain encountered a true enemy?"

On the distant battlefield, Gion and her crew looked up at the brilliant golden light.

The battlefield crumbled as Kuke staggered back dozens of steps, finally steadying himself.

His chest was exposed, his shirt torn to shreds, and a delicate handprint was visible on his chest.

"Impressive power." Kuke leaned on his blade, slowly straightening his body as he gazed at Imu standing on the shattered throne platform.

"What is your body made of?"

Imu's eyes widened in disbelief as she looked at Kuke.

He had taken her direct blow and stood there as if nothing had happened.

"You still haven't shown your trump card?"

Kuke's aura exploded, a visible pillar of energy shooting skyward, shattering the clouds above.

Imu glanced down at her right hand, where a trace of blood dripped from her fingertip—a faint wound.

"To defeat him, I won't just pay a price. I'll have to stake my life on it."

Imu was taken aback by this realization.

She seemed to glimpse hours, even longer, into the future.

"He isn't one of the torchbearers. He isn't one of them… How can someone like him pose such a threat to me?"

"There's no choice but to use Uranus."

Imu's wary gaze lingered on Kuke, whose aura continued to climb.

"Uranus!"

Imu called out the name of the ancient weapon.

A multicolored light descended from the heavens, bathing Imu in its glow.

Her entire figure seemed wrapped in radiant, multicolored clouds.

"So this is Uranus?"

Kuke watched curiously.

What abilities does Uranus possess? What form does it take? Is it a person? A weapon?

It seemed more like an intelligent, shapeless energy.

"Go!"

Imu raised her finger again.

The air froze, as though all its particles converged at her fingertip. A multicolored beam streaked toward Kuke in an instant.

"Overlord!"

Kuke swung his blade with all his might, meeting the beam head-on.

"Boom!"

Kuke flew backward like a streak of light, smashing through the World Government's headquarters. Wherever he passed, palaces crumbled, leaving a massive trench of ruins.

"Screech—"

The sharp sound of friction echoed as Kuke's feet dug into the ground, his blade embedded in the earth to halt his retreat.

He skidded all the way to the port—a distance of at least five kilometers.

"Captain?"

In the midst of battle at the port, Gion and the others looked at Kuke in shock.

Their invincible captain had been forced back.

"Pah, now that's more like it." Kuke spat out blood and lifted his head, his eyes meeting Imu's in the distance.

This finally fits the image of a ruler behind the world.

"About five million combat power. Not bad."

Kuke laughed loudly.

He charged forward like a berserk dinosaur, heading straight for Imu.

From Imu's partnership with Uranus, Kuke estimated her combined combat power to exceed four million—perhaps even five million.

That was roughly three times Kuke's current power.

At this point, Kuke had a clear understanding of the sea's individual power ceiling.

For most, the limit was around two million combat power.

"Boom!"

The battle became truly earth-shattering.

Every clash surpassed the grandeur of Mary Geoise, shaking the entire Red Line.

Far away on the Sabaody Archipelago—

"What is that?"

Terrified residents looked toward the sky.

The clouds overhead had suddenly split, as though severed by an unseen force.

"Is this the result of a battle?"

"There's no fighting on the Sabaody Archipelago…"

"Wherever this battle is happening, it's shaking even us."

Panic spread as the residents feared the world itself might collapse at any moment.

A slash of sword energy cleaved through thousands of palaces in Mary Geoise.

The sky was blanketed in multicolored light.

"Does the World Government have such powerful figures?"

Gion and the others hurried to the scene, stunned by the battlefield's devastation.

Kuke was at a disadvantage.

The threefold difference in power felt insurmountable—like fighting an Admiral at his peak.

Yet amidst the battle, it wasn't Kuke who seemed anxious.

It was Imu.

"Uranus, we can't keep fighting like this. We've expended too much. How will we handle the coming era?" Imu repeatedly reminded Uranus.

"What should we do?"

Uranus's voice, neither male nor female, echoed.

"Use all our strength and kill him as quickly as possible. The cost will be lower that way," Uranus replied.

Kuke was sent flying once again.

He glanced at Gion and the others, all of whom had taken their strongest forms.

"Captain, let us join the fight!" Yamato, in her hybrid form, readied her weapon.

Gion unsheathed her sword.

Stussy transformed into her Thunder God form.

Shakky discarded her cigarette, shifting into her vampire form.

Smoothie drew her longsword.

"No, you all need to leave," Kuke refused.

It wasn't that he disdained a group fight—it was that even with their added strength, the gap was still too great.

Though they could be revived if they died, Kuke didn't want them to suffer a needless death.

"I'll handle this. You go."

"You think you can attack Lord Imu with us still here?"

The two Elders rallied what little strength the World Government had left, glaring at Gion and the others.

Against Kuke, they wouldn't dare make a move.

But against Gion and Yamato, they were confident they could hold their ground for a long time.

"Go!"

Kuke forcibly used his teleportation ability.

Before the stunned eyes of the Elders and Imu, Gion and the others vanished in an instant.

"Teleportation?"

Imu extended her Observation Haki to its maximum range, surpassing even the Red Line.

But she still couldn't sense their presence.

They had teleported beyond her range of perception.

She couldn't determine how far they had gone—but it was certainly not close.

"Elders, didn't you claim the teleportation user wasn't here?!"

Imu's anger erupted as she glared at the two stunned Elders, who were left speechless in their terror.
