Tony didn't give Enel a chance to react. Once again, he charged at Enel, arriving at his back in an instant.

A terrifying sense of oppression descended from the sky, overwhelming everything like a tsunami, making it hard to breathe.
The beasts on God's Island were scrambling and howling, their animal instincts alerting them to the danger.
The residents of Angel Island knew this was the wrath of the God of the Sky Island, and they were swiftly evacuating to the lower seas, fleeing toward the cloud seas.
The roar of overwhelming thunder reverberated through the sky, shaking the heavens. Only Tony, in this moment, was still thinking of a way to resolve the situation in his mind.
He knew he couldn't run. If he fled now, his companion Nami, who remained here, would certainly die...
That foolish girl, despite appearing so weak, would undoubtedly wait for him to return.
This was the bond of companions. Nami, too, believed that Tony could end all of this.
Tony stared at the black sphere, about to fall from the sky, and began chanting his Kido incantation.
