One Piece : Start As Celestial Dragon And Take Down Hancock

Chapter 100: [ Feedback: Sea-Stone Resistance +1]

The next day, as the sun reached its peak, Lakeman stirred awake. He glanced around, noticing the absence of Hancock and Robin, who had already departed for their daily training session. After a brief sigh, he made his way to the luxurious bathroom, where Lily awaited him. Her gentle hands carefully washed him, every touch precise and attentive. Her serene expression never faltered as she moved gracefully around him.

"Did you sleep well, Master Lakeman?" Lily asked, her voice soft and soothing as she rinsed his shoulders.

"Quite well, Lily," Lakeman replied, a slight smirk on his face as he grabbed her ass and squeezed it. "I can always count on you to start my day perfectly."

After finishing his bath and dressing, Lakeman headed to the dining room, where he enjoyed a leisurely meal. The flavors were rich, the portions ample, as he savored each bite, knowing the day's entertainment lay just ahead.

Stepping onto the deck, he settled into a comfortable recliner with a clear view of the training ground below. There, Hancock, Robin, and Hancock's sisters were deep into their training, moving through intense drills under Kizaru's sharp-eyed supervision. The scene was mesmerizing—each of them pushing themselves to the brink, drenched in sweat, breaths coming in ragged pants as they fought to maintain their stance.

"Interesting," Lakeman muttered to himself, his lips curving into a smile. "They're finally adapting."

Kizaru noticed Lakeman watching and approached him with a nod. "Saint Lakeman," he began, respectful yet direct. "They've made considerable progress. Even with the sea stone bracelets, their stamina has improved far beyond my expectations."

"Is that so, Borsalino?" Lakeman asked, his eyes glinting. "Tell me more."

Kizaru pointed toward Hancock, who was engaged in a sparring session with Robin. "When they first wore the bracelets, they could barely stand, let alone train. The sea stone's influence was… debilitating. But just a week later, Hancock can handle herself well enough to defeat opponents with bounties of fifty million Beli, now they have been training for almost a month. Impressive, wouldn't you say?"

Lakeman chuckled. "Indeed. And what about you, Borsalino? Have you been participating as well?"

Kizaru shifted, holding up his own wrists, where a pair of sleek sea stone shackles glinted in the sunlight. "I thought it would be wise, Saint Lakeman," he admitted, with a touch of humility. "If a situation arises where I am shackled, I'll need to know how to fight regardless."

Lakeman raised an eyebrow, impressed. "A smart choice. And how are you finding it?"

"Challenging, but beneficial," Kizaru replied, a proud smile crossing his face. "Thanks to my… physique, I adapted faster than Hancock and Robin. Yet it's no small feat."

Lakeman nodded, leaning back in satisfaction. "I expect nothing less. Your determination is admirable."

As Kizaru turned back to the training ground, Lakeman's gaze followed, watching Hancock and Robin as they pushed through each grueling drill. Every strike, every defensive move, spoke of resilience earned the hard way.

"Master Lakeman," a voice interrupted his thoughts, soft yet steady. It was Lily, gracefully approaching with a crystal glass of chilled lemonade in her hands. She held it out, her blue eyes meeting his with a gentle smile. "You seem pleased with their progress."

Lakeman accepted the drink, taking a slow, thoughtful sip as his gaze shifted to the notifications flashing before his eyes, courtesy of the system.

The notifications rolled by, each update adding to his own arsenal of attributes without the slightest effort on his part. He leaned back with a satisfied smirk, savoring the coolness of the drink.

"Of course," he replied, glancing at Lily with a glint of satisfaction in his eyes. "The more they train, the stronger I become. It's… quite an enjoyable arrangement, wouldn't you say?"

Lily looked at him curiously, but didn't press further. Lakeman's system had been feeding him feedback from Hancock, Robin, and even Kizaru, enhancing his own sea stone resistance without him lifting a finger.

Lakeman's eyes returned to the training ground, watching as Hancock and Robin sparred with unwavering resolve, Kizaru occasionally stepping in to correct their stance or technique. The sea stone bracelets they wore added an extra weight to every motion, draining their strength, yet building their resilience.

"Isn't it amusing?" he mused aloud, swirling the lemonade in his glass. "They struggle, pour out every ounce of their strength… and with every drop of sweat, I gain more power."

Lily tilted her head curiously, her gaze soft but focused. "Your strategy is flawless, Master Lakeman. They're growing stronger, but only under your guidance. They'll forever be bound to your strength."

Lakeman chuckled, watching as Robin stumbled slightly before steadying herself, her eyes fierce with determination. "Precisely, Lily. With every improvement they make, I gain the upper hand. And soon, they'll be perfected tools, extensions of my will."

Lily, ever loyal, gave a small smile. "Indeed, Master. Their dedication to you knows no bounds."

The notifications continued to blink across his vision, each one a silent testament to his growing power.

Lakeman's smile deepened, his voice a soft murmur. "Just a bit more… and they'll be everything I need them to be."

Lakeman watched the sparring below, his eyes narrowing in satisfaction. The bonds between him, Hancock, and Robin only grew tighter through this training. For every ounce of effort they expended, he gained strength. And soon enough, he mused, that strength would be put to even greater use when pounding their pussies.

Watching Hancock's determined face as she landed a powerful blow, he whispered to himself, "Excellent. Just a bit more, and you'll all be ready."

Lakeman leaned back in his recliner, watching the intense training unfold before him, his mind buzzing with thoughts about the true potential of his fully awakened Devil Fruit ability .

In that state, he would be a force unlike any other—a puppet master capable of controlling allies and enemies alike, extracting knowledge, absorbing power, and redistributing attributes to create an unstoppable army.

But such power came with its costs, each requiring careful thought and precise strategy.

A small smile played on his lips as he considered the first limitation, Mental and Physical Strain. The expanded scope of his powers would demand immense focus and energy, draining him severely if overused. Yet, he felt a quiet confidence about this drawback.

"In truth," he murmured, "it hardly matters."

His body and mind had been honed relentlessly by the continuous feedback from the system, amplifying his physical and mental resilience with every passing day. This strain, while real, would likely be a fleeting inconvenience at most.

He sipped the cool drink Lily had brought, his gaze momentarily flickering to another notification that appeared as Hancock completed another set of exercises. Another gain—more stamina, more resistance.

"A minor weakness," he muttered, "easily countered by the system's endless improvements."

The more delicate issue lay with Emotional Instability. With his ability to reach into others' minds and alter them, the risk of losing his sense of self loomed. Memories, emotions, entire identities could blur, drowning him in a flood of foreign impressions. Yet, he dismissed this too. His conqueror's and observation Haki grew sharper with each feedback, fortifying his mind to an unbreakable degree. He was prepared to wield his powers without fear of losing himself in the process.

"The only real threat," he admitted softly, "is the strength of others' wills."

Haki Countermeasures were the true hurdle. Strong-willed opponents, particularly those with mastery over Haki, could resist or even nullify his Devil Fruit's influence. He could feel the gap when comparing himself to titans like Garp or the emperors, whose reserves of Haki had been built over decades.

But Lakeman smirked, undeterred. "A year… two at most. With a few more skilled individuals bound to the system, that gap will close swiftly."

He glanced back at Kizaru, who had begun training again, sea stone shackles clinking as he moved. With powerful individuals like him at his disposal and Rayleigh's recent feedback fortifying his techniques, Lakeman's path to supremacy was clear. He would reach mastery over physique, strength, stamina, Haki, and even devil fruit capabilities. He would conquer every domain: swordsmanship, shooting, defense, all of it.

'What I lack,' he thought, clenching his fist slightly, 'is simply time… and perhaps more geniuses to bind to my system.'

He envisioned the future—himself as an untouchable, invincible entity. Soon, he would hold all the cards, his ambitions realized. Only a few more years, and he would sit atop the world, unrivaled in strength and control.
