One Piece: Signing In as a Pirate Begins with Roger's Execution

Chapter 125: Chapter 125: The Dragon and Tiger

Fisher Tiger emerged from the water with a powerful burst.

His grand motion sent a wave of water splashing onto Dragon, drenching him from head to toe.

The sudden soaking created an awkward atmosphere.

At first, Fisher Tiger didn't notice anything wrong, but when he turned and saw Dragon standing there completely soaked, his expression changed drastically.

"Apologies, apologies, I didn't mean to do that!"

Fisher Tiger hastily offered his apologies.

Though he harbored little affection for most humans, his sense of morality was firm, and he knew he was in the wrong.

Cough "It's fine, I'm alright. But are you… Fisher Tiger? The fishman hero who climbed the Red Line with his bare hands?"

Dragon waved off the apology and used his abilities to instantly dry himself off.

He quickly recognized the figure before him, even though they had never met in person.

Dragon had seen Fisher Tiger's face on bounty posters but had never confirmed his identity firsthand until now.

"Yes, I'm Fisher Tiger. But I'm no hero—Karl is the real hero.

Without Karl's help, I, along with those slaves, would never have escaped the Marines and the World Government's encirclement."

Fisher Tiger humbly waved his hand, then approached Karl and patted him on the shoulder.

Koala, standing beside them, eagerly grabbed Karl's hand and nodded fervently.

"Uncle Tiger is right—Uncle Karl is the true hero.

It's just a shame he has to remain an unsung hero because too many people knowing the truth would put him in danger.

Uncle Dragon, could you help us keep this secret?"

Koala looked up at Dragon with wide, tear-filled eyes that sparkled with innocence.

Even the normally stoic Dragon couldn't help but feel a pang in his heart at her expression.

Cough "You can rest assured, Uncle will keep this secret safe.

But Karl, you're quite the enigma. All this time, I thought the Red Line raid was solely Fisher Tiger's doing.

Turns out, you were behind the scenes as well. You really are everywhere."

"Hahaha, 'everywhere' seems a bit harsh, don't you think?"

Karl couldn't help but laugh at Dragon's playful jab.

Dragon's lips curled into a rare smile as well.

At that moment, Fisher Tiger, through Koala, realized the man before him was none other than Dragon, the leader of the Revolutionary Army!

"So, you're the leader of the Revolutionary Army? My apologies for not recognizing you earlier—how rude of me!"

Though the Revolutionary Army was still small in scale, Dragon's legend had already spread far and wide.

Even Fisher Tiger knew of the monumental significance of Dragon's actions.

Once he realized Dragon's identity, Fisher Tiger walked up to him and shook his hand firmly.

"Tiger, this is the man I wanted to introduce to you. If you ever decide to set sail again, you'll likely need his support.

Dragon, I'm sure you understand the kind of person Tiger is. The two of you should have much to discuss.

Oh, and Koala will be in your care now. That won't be a problem, right?"

At Karl's suggestion, Dragon pondered for a moment before glancing at Koala's adorable face.

In the end, he couldn't resist and agreed to let her join the Revolutionary Army.

Fisher Tiger was thrilled. He had never imagined he would have the opportunity to connect with Dragon—something he had never dared dream of before.

He had always worried Dragon might harbor prejudice against fishmen.

And given the elusive nature of the Revolutionary Army, with its leader as enigmatic as a phantom, Fisher Tiger had long abandoned the idea of seeking them out.

"Tiger, let's talk. There are many things I'd like to ask you.

Karl, feel free to explore. Robin is teaching in the ship's cabin. You can visit her and take Koala along—someone will take care of her."

With that, Dragon led Fisher Tiger toward the stern, where they could talk in private.

The matters they were about to discuss were not for others to hear, not even Karl.

Though Karl and Dragon were close, even like brothers, their differing affiliations made it necessary to maintain some distance.

For the sake of their mutual safety, keeping certain boundaries was best.

Karl took Koala to the ship's cabin. The person Dragon mentioned was none other than Emporio Ivankov, the Queen of Kamabakka.

But Ivankov was not in their usual flamboyant form. Instead, they had taken on the appearance of a stunningly beautiful woman with an alluring figure.

This only made Karl's expression darken further.

"Well, well, if it isn't Karl-boy! Coming aboard a Revolutionary Army ship—are you turning yourself in?"

Ivankov shot him a flirtatious look, nearly causing Karl to vomit his breakfast.

"Cut it out, ugh…"

Karl fought back the urge to gag as he gently pushed Koala forward.

"This is your new recruit. Treat her well. She's been through a lot at Mary Geoise—you know what I mean."

Hearing this, even Ivankov, usually so lighthearted, turned serious.

Seeing Koala's small frame, it was hard to imagine she had been a slave of the Celestial Dragons.

A wave of maternal instinct overtook Ivankov.

"Don't worry, Karl-boy, Koala is in good hands. I'll take excellent care of her!"

Ivankov thumped their chest in reassurance.

Watching the exaggerated motion of their "assets," Karl felt like his eyes were being assaulted.

Deciding he'd had enough, Karl crouched down to meet Koala's gaze, speaking seriously.

"Koala, be careful. This person is a genuine okama, a real deal.

And they're a Horm-Horm Fruit user, capable of switching between male and female forms—and even transforming others.

Don't let them trick you. I don't want to meet a bearded, burly version of you in the future."

"That's so creepy…"

Koala's face turned pale as she clung tightly to Karl.

"Karl-boy, you wound me! That hurts my feelings…"

Ivankov's voice oozed with exaggerated sweetness as they batted their lashes.

To an outsider, Ivankov might seem like a beautiful woman with a sweet voice and a killer figure.

But knowing the truth made Koala uneasy.

Fortunately, Ivankov didn't mess around for too long.

Robin soon emerged from the cabin, rushing over to hug Karl excitedly.

"Karl, it's been so long!"
