One Piece: Rising to Power as a Warlord of the Sea

Chapter 19: Chapter 19: Smile Pirates vs. God Enel and the Four Priests

"Damn it, stop him! He must not reach God Enel! Otherwise, even if we achieve a great victory, we'll face divine punishment!" Om's expression changed dramatically as he shouted. As one of Enel's subordinates, he knew all too well how cruel and unpredictable Enel could be.

"Hey~ hey~, am I invisible here?!"

"Taiji: Crashing Force!"

Kumo, who had grown rounder than a ball, zoomed past the rotund Shadeli, who was wielding the Trial of Control, intending to chase after Natsu. In an instant, he used his skill to move at super speed, appearing right in front of Shadeli, and struck down with his small paws.

"Impact Shell!"

Seeing Kumo's paw about to hit him, Shadeli hurriedly pulled out his Impact Shell, rapidly releasing its energy to collide with Kumo's attack.

"Boom!"

The powerful clash of their attacks generated a terrifying shockwave, creating a ring that blasted through the surrounding trees, bending them under the force and causing the leaves to rustle wildly.

"Holy, release the White Thorn!"

"Iron Whip! Lash!"

Seeing Shadeli easily stopped, Om finally got serious. He commanded his pet, Holy, to release a cloud of smoke that enveloped the surrounding forest, aiming to use his Mind Network to attack and gain the upper hand. However, what he didn't know was that Gin could also utilize this ability, and he was continuously honing his Kenbunshoku Haki.

"Ghost Hammer: Dance of Chaos!"

On another front, Gin was engaged in battle with Om. Initially, he refrained from using his Devil Fruit abilities, wanting to use this opportunity to train his physical skills and Haki.

On Hiro's side, despite feeling some fear, he thought about the challenging road ahead and knew he had to be able to help Natsu. His gaze quickly firmed as he grasped his great ring knife. He grew from his average height of about 5'7" to a towering three meters, his clothes exploding off except for his shorts.

"Come on!"

Seeing Hiro's tension, Gan Fall stepped forward, pointing his sword at the Trial of Control wielder, Nirvana. It was two against one—advantage on their side.

"What do you want, Blue Sea person?"

Enel, sitting in his palace, casually bit into an apple, his eyelids drooping lazily, spoke indifferently.

"Let me introduce myself. I'm Monkey D. Natsu, from the Blue Sea. I've come to Sky Island and heard you're quite powerful, so I'd like to invite you to join my ship and become strong in the New World together." Natsu said directly and straightforwardly.

"Yahaha! Are you joking? Do you know who you're talking to? I am a god!"

Enel burst into laughter, tapping his ear and closing his eyes in self-adoration, clearly enjoying himself, before responding with a tone of disdain.

"God? Is that really strong?!"

"Of course! I am invincible!"

"How about we make a bet? If I win, you join me!"

"As a god, I cannot lose!"

"Then I'll take that as your agreement!"

Enel: "???"

Natsu's lips curled into a slight smirk as he stretched his limbs, yawning widely.

"Armament Haki!"

"Ordinary Punch!"

Natsu extended his hand, coating his arm with Armament Haki, and launched an attack at Enel. His speed rivaled the Marine Six Forms' Soru, not even using super speed.

But it was very effective. The arrogant Enel, relying on the power of his Rumble-Rumble Fruit, had always believed no one could touch him. Seeing Natsu's unremarkable punch seemingly frozen in mid-air, he floated confidently above.

"Boom!"

With a punch, a loud explosion echoed in the air. This technique, gifted to Natsu by the system, was the result of training in Saitama's simple yet brutal boxing style, enhanced with Armament Haki, and struck Enel's physical form directly.

"Wah pu~"

At the moment Natsu's attack landed, Enel's heart jolted, a sense of crisis filling him. He tried to dodge, but it was too late—he took a solid punch.

With that one punch, Enel's eyes bulged as his body bent in a bow shape, his eyes almost popping out. How long had it been since he felt pain after consuming the Rumble-Rumble Fruit?

His reliance on the powers of the Devil Fruit made his body considerably weaker than others. Under Natsu's attack, he felt like a fragile mage.

"Hey, God? Is this all you've got?"

Natsu taunted, looking down at Enel, who was now on the ground. Although Enel claimed to possess the strongest Logia-type Devil Fruit, in the New World, he was not invincible. In fact, the arrogant Enel was at great risk of being killed by someone stronger.

"Why can you hit me?" Enel asked, terror etched on his face.

"Let me give you a simple science lesson: you on Sky Island can predict attacks and sense your surroundings using your Mind Network, which we in the Blue Sea refer to as Kenbunshoku Haki. The ability I just used to hit you is a different form of ability, Armament Haki, allowing me to attack the physical body of a Logia-type user."

"So, as long as I don't get close to you, I remain invincible! Yahaha! Foolish Blue Sea person, accept the judgment from a god!" Enel exclaimed, feeling a scheme form in his mind. He transformed into lightning and shot up high, creating distance from Natsu.

Enel waved his arms, forming thunderbolts, and with a gentle press of his arm, a massive thunderbolt crashed down towards Natsu.

"Yahaha, die! The commands of a god are absolute!"

"Is that so?" Natsu's voice rang out again, his cold tone making Enel shiver. He turned his head mechanically.

"Serious Punch! Crashing Force! Ura Ura~"

"Boom!"

Unbeknownst to him, Natsu had already reached above Enel, a terrifying force coalescing into a massive shadow. An inexplicable pressure enveloped the space, moving in sync with the punch.

Without even transforming into his elemental form, Enel was struck down by Natsu, his tall frame embedded into the ground as the powerful force of the punch instantly shattered the earth, causing the ground to rise and form countless hills of various sizes.

Enel's palace instantly turned into ruins, and even the terrain sank a few levels.

"Hoo hoo hoo~"

After a while, Enel resurfaced from underground, his brow furrowed into a bun shape. He swung his golden staff, unleashing thunder that burst from his body, illuminating the sky with dazzling white light as more dark clouds gathered.

In Cloud Village, the village where the Shandians lived in hiding.

"Wapah, the place where thunder flashes is the Holy Land Apayado!"

"Could someone be challenging Enel? The people of the Angel tribe?"

"Hmph, impossible. The Angel tribe doesn't have the guts." Wapah scoffed dismissively.

"Let's go take a look!"

Under Wapah's lead, a group of Shandians headed toward the Holy Land.

"30 million volts, Thunder Beast!"

Enel tapped the three-pronged drum behind him, summoning a wolf-shaped lightning creature that sprinted towards Natsu, the fierce energy crackling in the air. The lightning wolf leaped high, mouth open, aiming to devour Natsu.

Heaven and Earth's Grand Dao, the root of all energy.

Cultivated over countless eons, I prove my divine power.

In the Three Realms and beyond, only the Dao reigns supreme.

My body shines with golden light, enveloping my form.

...

As all gods come to worship, I command the thunder.

Seeing the oncoming lightning wolf, Natsu remained unfazed, his voice calm and steady as he chanted the Golden Light Spell, enveloping himself in radiant gold.

"Golden Light Spell! Scatter!"

The golden light flowed from Natsu's fingertips, entwining with the lightning wolf, resisting for a moment before dissipating into the void under Natus's authoritative command.

"N-no, it's impossible!" Enel shook his head in disbelief, unwilling to accept what had just happened.
