Chapter 68: Chapter 68: The Strongest Form! Thor!

"That's Garp??"

Hippolyte D. Asa ducked toward the port, his gaze locked onto the figure charging wildly through the sky. His expression turned grave.

"Am I being treated like Roger now? Is Garp targeting me?"

He knew that his current strength wasn't enough to warrant such a high-profile capture mission. At most, he was considered a "threat," but the idea of Garp personally coming to Carnival City still seemed unreal.

"Let's see just how strong the strongest man on the seas truly is!" Asa chuckled lowly, licking his dry lips as his solemn expression transformed into one of pure excitement.

"Zzzzzssssssssss!"

Electricity crackled violently around his body, resonating with the dense storm clouds looming overhead.

"Boom!"

"Thunder!!"

Asa's voice rumbled like an omen of destruction. In the sky above the warship, the rolling thunderclouds surged as bolts of lightning took shape—first as dragons, then as soaring birds, and finally as Kirin. Each of them locked onto Garp.

"Boom!!"

The heavens roared in rage, as if nature itself sought to unleash its fury. The murky sky instantly ignited with a blinding flash of light.

"Hahahahaha! This little bastard Asa sure knows how to welcome someone!" Garp's booming laughter echoed through the battlefield, unshaken and filled with enthusiasm.

"Bone Fist: Meteor Fist!!"

With a powerful step midair, his massive arm muscles trembled, resembling a beast about to break free from its cage. The Justice cloak behind him billowed violently, as if struggling against an impending storm.

His iron fist, wrapped in pitch-black Armament Haki, blasted forward to meet the descending storm of lightning.

"BOOM!!!"

For a moment, sound ceased to exist. It was as if the world itself had been swallowed by the overwhelming collision of forces.

The sheer intensity of the impact caused weaker pirates to foam at the mouth and collapse instantly. Even Vice Admiral Sauro shielded his ears with his massive hands and shut his eyes tightly against the brilliance of the explosion.

By the time the light finally faded, the battlefield was left in utter shock.

The dense thunderclouds that had once loomed over the warship were gone—completely blown away by Garp's devastating punch.

"Hahahahahahaha! Kid, you're too young!"

Garp landed effortlessly on Sauro's warship, turning his gaze toward Asa, who stood motionless at the port. The battle-shaking punch he had just thrown seemed almost insignificant in his eyes.

"Garp truly deserves his title as a naval hero. No wonder he was able to push Roger into desperate situations so many times," Asa mused, his voice carrying across the battlefield.

"With men like you, the so-called 'boring' sea becomes a place worth dying for. Hahahaha!"

He grinned wildly, electricity crackling around his body.

"Come fight me!"

"Twenty Million Volts: Thor!!!"

Lifting his head high, his eyes burned with an uncontrollable fighting spirit. He didn't wait for Garp's response—he launched the challenge head-on!

The electrons in the air stirred into a violent frenzy. Arcs of electricity snaked wildly around Asa's body, condensing and compressing, making him grow in size.

The transformation had begun.

"Zzzzzssssssssss!"

The blue lightning coiled around him, forming an armor of pure electricity. His body expanded to five or six meters in height, becoming a massive, lightning-wrapped deity suspended in the sky.

In an instant, Asa teleported to Garp's side and swung a colossal lightning-formed fist down upon him.

"Take this, old man Garp!!"

Thunderous energy surged through Asa's body, pushing his power to the extreme. His enormous Thunder God form radiated suffocating pressure, the sheer force of his presence distorting the air itself. The powerful electric field around him even suppressed the Justice cloak on Garp's back, keeping it pinned against his frame.

"You brat, do you want to take out the entire navy?!"

Garp roared furiously, ripping off his constricted coat. His muscles swelled like overinflated steel, veins bulging before being coated entirely in Armament Haki.

With an iron fist, he met Asa's incoming Thunder God punch head-on!

"Thunder God's Fist!!"

Asa's electrified fist tore through the air, carrying the unstoppable power of the heavens. It collided violently with Garp's Haki-coated fist.

"BOOM!!!"

The impact was catastrophic. The force repelled the airflow in all directions, launching navy vessels into the sea. The warship beneath them groaned in protest before shattering into debris under the immense pressure!

Garp remained unscathed.

But Asa...

His arm had split open. After being forced out of his elemental form, blood sprayed from the wound, his veins ruptured from the overwhelming force of Garp's strike.

Sauro, having fallen into the sea, quickly surfaced and began pulling the sailors to safety, dragging them toward the dock one by one.

"You damn brat, take this fight to the skies!"

Garp stomped on the air, running forward as if the sky itself was a solid battlefield. His fierce determination radiated from every fiber of his being.

"I'm going to personally send you to Impel Down!"

"Hahaha, you think I'd let that happen?" Asa laughed, unfazed by his injuries.

The air was his domain. Garp had to continuously use Moonwalk to stay airborne, expending far more stamina in the process. Asa knew he had the advantage here.

"Come take another punch!"

With an earth-shattering roar, Asa swung his colossal thunder fist downward, releasing a storm of electrified destruction.

"You're still too green, kid! Bone Fist: Meteor Fist!"

Garp grinned, stepping forward midair with explosive force. His fists launched a barrage of consecutive strikes, each blow more devastating than the last.

"Electromagnetic Stance!"

Sensing imminent danger, Asa instantly wrapped himself in an electromagnetic field. A second layer of lightning armor encased him, reinforcing his already formidable Thunder God form.

But even as the protection formed, he refused to retreat.

He charged head-on, meeting Garp's brutal offensive with everything he had!

"BOOM!!!"

The collision sent shockwaves rippling through the battlefield.

The electromagnetic armor trembled violently, struggling to withstand Garp's brute strength. It seemed as if it would shatter at any moment.

Meanwhile, Asa's Thunder God Fist struck Garp's body, burning away his remaining coat. A faint yet visible scar formed where the electric force had torn through.

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

Asa had launched one punch.

Garp had landed several.

The force of the impact sent Asa staggering midair, his electromagnetic stance nearly breaking apart.

"This old man… is terrifying…"

Blood trickled from the corner of Asa's lips. He could hardly comprehend how Garp's punches were bypassing even his electromagnetic defense. The sheer force was simply unreal.

At that moment, he finally understood what it meant to stand at the pinnacle of the sea.

And that lingering any longer would mean death.

"Teleport!"

After resisting a few more blows, Asa flickered away in an instant.

He deactivated his Thunder God form, conserving what remained of his stamina.

Wiping the blood from his mouth, he accepted reality—he had been injured.
