One Piece: New Luffy

Chapter 35: CHAPTER 34: There's no reason to stop a man from pursuing his dreams!

Boom!

The waves swelled in all directions.

The once stable maritime restaurant, Baratie, also suffered violent fluctuations from the waves.

Inside the restaurant.

Sanji served the delicacies on the table.

Just as Zoro and the others were about to enjoy their meal, the ship beneath their feet tilted.

"What is happening?"

Usopp quickly picked up the wine glass that almost fell.

"It's Mihawk."

Luffy raised an eyebrow and looked outside the restaurant.

The huge warship belonging to Krieg was now in three pieces and sinking little by little.

"Mihawk...!?"

Zoro's drinking stopped, and with a loud crash, he smashed the wine glass in his hand and stood up abruptly, his expression changing.

"Migawk?" Sanji couldn't help but ask, "Who is this?"

"One of the Seven Shichibukai recognized by the government," Luffy explained casually, "The strongest swordsman in the world, Dracule Mihawk. If he wasn't a Shichibukai, his reward would probably be... Something like 3.5 billion."

3.5 billion!?

Not just Sanji, but everyone was shocked by this number.

In East Blue, where the average bounty was 3 million, pirates with over a billion bounties had never appeared

"Luffy!"

Zoro's body shook, a mixture of excitement and fear.

But he was smiling.

"I told you, we would find him sooner or later. If you want to go, you can go."

Luffy also smiled.

The next moment, Zoro ran out.

"Hey, what are you doing?" Sanji was stunned.

"I set out to find this man!"

Zoro left the restaurant without hesitation.

Sanji was stunned for a moment, dropped the plate in his hand and did the same.

"We will also watch the fight."

Luffy smiled slightly.

When everyone arrived outside the restaurant, they saw Mihawk sitting on a small boat in the distance, slowly entering their field of vision as if he was taking an afternoon stroll.

"It's him!"

Zoro took the bandana off his arm and tied it around his head.

Then, he jumped onto the wreckage of the warship, drew the sword from his waist, and pointed the blade at Mihawk, who was approaching from afar.

"Is this guy crazy? He wants to challenge that monster?"

Sanji's emotions fluctuated, and he looked at Luffy abruptly, "You're not going to stop him? You're the captain, right?"

Although they had known each other for less than ten minutes, this group of people helped the restaurant out of a difficult situation and defeated Krieg.

No, even without all that, he still wouldn't want to see others die.

"Why should I stop you?" Luffy shook his head.

"Can that green seaweed head win?"

"No. He might even die."

"Then why don't you stop him? Are you going to watch your subordinate go to his death?" Sanji's emotions gradually became more agitated.

Luffy laughed, "There's no reason to stop a man from pursuing his dream!"

Sanji was silent.

His hand was shaking a little, so he took a pack of cigarettes out of his pocket and lit one for himself.

"Aniki..."

Johnny and Yosaku watched the scene nervously.

As the boat slowly approached, Mihawk finally noticed Zoro's presence.

He found it interesting to see someone drawing a sword at him.

In an instant, he appeared in front of Zoro.

"You seem free. Do you want to fight me?" Zoro smiled and extended an invitation.

"I am free indeed. You appear to be a skilled swordsman."

Faced with the challenge, Mihawk did not draw his ultimate sword, Yoru. Instead, he took out a small knife hanging from a necklace on his chest.

His attitude was extremely dismissive.

Of course, he also had qualifications for this.

Zoro couldn't take the insult and his eyes darkened.

"Are you looking down on me?"

"This will be more than enough for this fight. It will be good to pass the time"

Mihawk held the small toy knife, raising an eyebrow as he said provocative words.

Zoro didn't say much, immediately launching an attack with his Three Sword Style.

"I don't care if you die!!"

The two fought a fierce battle.

No, calling it a battle would clearly be subjective.

It was just a one-sided mockery.

Facing East Blue's famous swordsman, the monstrous pirate hunter Roronoa Zoro, Mihawk easily blocked many of his moves with just a small knife.

It all seemed like a smooth ride, just as he had said, just to pass the time.

The spectators in front of the restaurant were completely shocked.

The movement of Sanji smoking froze on the scene, completely dumbfounded.

However, the next scene caused his pupils to constrict even more.

When Zoro launched a series of fierce attacks, but failed to touch any part of Mihawk's clothes.

Zoro understood, just as Luffy had said, that the difference between the two was as big as the difference between moonlight and a firefly.

He used his proudest move.

"Santoryu Ogi: Sanzen Sekai!" (Three Swords – Secret Skill: Three Thousand Worlds).

Faced with such a serious blow, Mihawk also seemed satisfied. He responded to Zoro's expectations by using his sword, Yoru.

At the end.

The two passed each other.

Mihawk maintained his swinging motion, unharmed.

The two swords held by Zoro were instantly broken and cracked.

A jet of blood gushed from his chest.

"He lost...." Sanji muttered absently, "It's like an adult and a child... even someone like me, who knows nothing about swordsmanship, can understand!"

Didn't Zoro himself know?

The difference between the two swordsmen is so great that the outcome is already decided the moment they start fighting.

But the next scene once again moved him, making him even feel the other person's burning will.

"The scars on the back are a shame for a swordsman!"

Admitting defeat, Zoro opened his arms, welcoming Mihawk's judgment.

"Incredible!"

Faced with this determination, Hawkeye smiled for the first time and, with a tone of approval, lowered his sword.

A flower of blood bloomed in Zoro's chest, and he smiled, even enduring a near-fatal blow with a sense of satisfaction.

Splash!

He fell into the water.

"Aniki!!"

Johnny and Yosaku screamed in shock, about to run over and attack Mihawk.

Luffy grabbed both of them by the shoulders.

"Luffy-Aniki! Hold me back! Otherwise, I'll definitely kill that bastard!" Johnny declared.

"Haha, the captain comes first, you just wait," Luffy laughed, took off his straw hat and placed it on Nami's head. "Take care of it for me."

"Lu..." Nami opened her mouth, nervously wanting to stop him.

Luffy jumped to the spot where Zoro was before.

"Hmm? Who are you?" Mihawk raised an eyebrow.

"That idiot's captain with the green hair."

"Are you free too?" Mihawk smiled.

"No, I'm not that free."

Luffy clenched his right palm, and his bones made a cracking sound. He calmly said, "You hurt my crewmate, I can't just ignore it. I'm going to beat you up a little, do you mind, Dracule Mihawk?"

As soon as he finished speaking.

The drum of liberation sounded.
