One Piece - Life Choice Ask Me to Kiss Marine Goddes Hina

Chapter 6: 06 On the way Back, System Mall

After the doctor left, Lynch stood up from the bed.

Gazing at the white armbands encasing both arms, he couldn't help but smile wryly.

He wasn't sure what the doctor had applied, but it was making him itch.

Reflecting on the battle, he became secretly wary. He knew he needed to work on his physical strength; otherwise, even Moonwalk wouldn't be sustainable for long. Additionally, he realized he had to enhance his melee combat skills as soon as possible.

Faced with those powerful pirates, he realized he was still too weak.

Listening to the deafening snores of the patients in the ward, Lynch became increasingly irritated and decided to go for a walk.

Under cover of darkness, he made his way to the deck, only to find an unexpected figure waiting there.

Zephyr no longer exuded the fierce aura he did when confronting pirates; instead, he appeared much older. Leaning against the railing, he gazed blankly at the moon in the sky.

At this moment...he seemed like a twilight old man.

Lynch deliberately made some noise, drawing Zephyr's attention away from his melancholy. "It's you, Lynch"

"Teacher Zephyr, why are you still up so late?"

"I'm an old man. Come out and enjoy the night view."

With that, a long silence settled between them.

After a moment, Zephyr reached into his pocket and retrieved a key card, handing it to Lynch. "You can't sleep in the ward. I was the same when I was young. Go to this room and get some proper rest."

Lynch took the key card, opened his mouth as if to say something, hesitated, then silently turned and left without uttering a word.

Following the numbers on the key card, he located the room. With a soft creak, the door opened as soon as he inserted the key.

Hina's head popped out from the room, and upon seeing Lynch, she nodded before retreating back inside.

"This girl's still up so late..."

Upon opening the door, Lynch found a very standard room with just one bed, one table, and one chair.

Lying on the soft bed, Lynch let out a long sigh of relief. He closed his eyes and began to carefully recall every detail of the battle, reflecting on it deeply.

Making mistakes isn't terrible, but repeating them means he hasn't learned his lesson.

"Dong~dongdong~"

Just as Lynch was about to drift off to sleep, there came a sudden knock on the door, followed by Hina's soft voice. "Are you asleep? If not, could you open the door?"

"Hina? Why is she here in the middle of the night?"

Lynch opened the door in a daze and saw Hina standing in front of the door holding a tray filled with food.

Hina raised the tray and said with a smile, "Does your arm still hurt? I see you didn't go to eat tonight, you must be hungry."

Gululu~

At that moment, Lynch's stomach growled loudly, breaking the silence.

Considering the time, he realized he hadn't eaten in nine hours, let alone after the intense battle.

Lynch didn't feel embarrassed. "Your words just made me realize how hungry I am. Thanks,"

he said gratefully. He stepped aside to let Hina place the food on the table.

Noticing that Hina hadn't left even after placing the food, Lynch was puzzled: "Why are you still here?"

"I...will wait until you finish eating before leaving." Hina said hesitantly, standing beside the table with her plump figure.

"Okay, whatever."

Hina brought the things, so he wouldn't even agree to this request.

Lynch replied casually. Hina had brought the food, so he didn't mind her staying here.

The meal was plain but plentiful, including seven white steamed buns and a large bowl of piping hot mixed vegetable soup.

In this world, people have huge appetites, and the strong ones can often consume hundreds of times their own weight in one sitting.

Lynch grabbed a large white steamed bun and took a bite. It was big , fluffy, and irresistibly sweet and delicious.

However, since the steamed bun had cooled down a bit, it wasn't piping hot when he ate it and wasn't thoroughly heated.

But he was so hungry that he ate all kinds of delicacies, including steamed buns, but he was very satisfied.

Hina watched, a smile playing on her lips.

"Ugh..." Lynch suddenly widened his eyes and began patting his chest while eating.

"Quick, have some soup"

Lynch was choking at this point. Unaware of the subtle expectation in Hina's words, he took a couple of sips from the large bowl.

"Phew~ I'm alive."

Lynch let out a long sigh of relief, but then he suddenly frowned, licked his lips uncertainly, and lowered his head to take another sip.

"I guess the cook who made this soup must be related to Rear Admiral Momonga."

"Oh, is that because the soup tastes so good?" Hina smiled.

"No, it's a fact that making soup this bad could get you fired."

Hina's smile froze.

"No, there's something murderous!"

Lynch abruptly stood up from his chair, scanning the room for the source of the ominous feeling until his gaze settled on Hina.

"Did you make this soup?" Lynch asked, his tone uncertain, and Hina nodded.

"Is this your first time cooking?" Lynch asked again, and Hina nodded once more.

Lynch nodded in understanding, settled back into his chair, picked up the bowl of mixed vegetable soup, and drank the soup in one gulp.

Seeing this, Hina burst into laughter. She leaned over to clear the dishes and said softly, "If it doesn't taste good, you don't have to force yourself to drink it. It's up to you."

Although Hina said this, the raised corners of her mouth proved that she was in a good mood.

Hina's figure was already extremely good, and now she bent down to pack her things, making her already full breasts look even more spectacular.

Lynch, who had just eaten, suddenly felt hungry again.

"Women are such lovely creatures." Lynch thought to himself as he looked at the thing in front of him that could not be grasped by one hand.

"Okay, you can go to bed early. I'm leaving."

Hina carried the dinner plate and left the room with light steps.

The soldiers on the warship's observation deck suppressed their sleepiness and were still alert to the surroundings, while Lynch had already fallen asleep.

The warship's return journey was less urgent than its outbound trip. It wasn't until the next dawn that the group finally arrived back at the Marine headquarters.

When he woke up, Lynch was pleasantly surprised to find that his arm no longer hurt. He took off the bandage and found that the original bloody wound had healed without even leaving a scar.

"It's great. It seems that my body has adapted to this world."

In the world of pirates, a strong appetite is matched by a strong resilience.

As long as he doesn't lose his hands or feet, he can recover very quickly no matter how serious the injury is after eating enough.

In some cases, even lost teeth can regrow within five seconds just by drinking a bottle of milk.

After moving his arms casually a few times, Lynch disembarked with the large group of people.

The moment the body set foot on land, the system's voice sounded on time.

[Congratulations to the Host for completing the task. The system mall has been opened. Please check it yourself.]

[Since the Host has just activated the mall, the system will grant the Host 1,000 points.]

Lynch paused and narrowed his eyes, "System, how to get points?"

[You can earn points by killing evil people. The greater their level of evil, the more points you'll receive.]

[Example: If you kill an enemy who kills one person, you will get 1 point. If you kill an enemy whose crime value is less than one point, you will not get any points.
